This place was definitely value for money! It was in a great location, not far from the airport and the variety of different places to eat was great. We didn't really see any staff but all all amenities were clean, the floor in our room was a bit sticky and it was a bit noisy from upstairs but apart from that we couldn't really fault it.

I highly recommend the Magnus Hotel to anyone visiting Airlie Beach. The privileged location and comfort made my stay unforgettable. I would definitely stay here again.

I live in a RV that can only accommodate one person. It is 7 square meters and has a private bathroom, kettle, microwave, and refrigerator. Bath towel soap. Free tea bags. Parking is possible in the open space in front of each room. The swimming pool is relatively small.

Access to accommodation was clear and concise and reminder texts forwarded just before my trip. Loved the luggage lift, as I thought I’d have 4 trips up the 14 steps to the first floor, which made it a “piece of cake” for this 70 year old to get to my room! 👍 … and a very helpful staff member offered to help me carry my luggage from the luggage lift to my room. My room, with kitchenette, was VERY clean. I was hesitant about noise when I saw a train line across the road and saw a plane fly overhead, HOWEVER, the unit was very quiet and I slept better and much longer, the 2 nights I was there than I do at home.

The location is also good, close to the market that is open on certain days of the week, and the room was equipped with towels, air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, kettle, disposable plates and cutlery. I thought there would be a restaurant or other facilities for breakfast, but instead, we just had cornflakes and toast with juice and milk. It was a little different from what I expected, but it was fun to try a small packet of cornflakes during a trip where it's difficult to buy a whole box of cornflakes and try them out. However, I was disappointed that the washing machine was broken and I couldn't use it, as I was planning to use it to prepare for my next trip.

Great location due to proximity to train station. Local ferals were a bit noisy around midnight. Room was clean and very comfortable.

Unique hostel with individual curtain and invidividual wardrobe: adding more privacy and security. Just next to Roma Street station: very easy access to many trains and busses. Also, just a short walk to the heart of Brisbane City. Next door is the Roamer Club which has many foods and drinks (including alcohol). At my visit, the customer service is super excellent especially Gonzalo.

Great hostel with swimming pool.. clean What can i suggest provide table lamp.. because lamp inside the room its central and to bright if u turn on when other already sleep
