great location, close to shops and public transport. was in the 4 mixed dorm, was abit too hot in there for me, ended up getting a private room to have my own AC. in saying that, i sleep with a fan on, so warm to me is hot. great place would stay again!

Firstly, the room was excellent, ultra clean with bath and shower. The sheets were exemplary, bed very comfortable as were the pillows. Bar fridge and microwave, toiletries in the bathroom. Towels excellent. Airconditioning excellent. I was excited to see a very large, modern wide screen TV with onboard Android system. Disappointed that no internet connection (so I could have used my own passwords for my streaming services. Even more disappointed that there was no aerial connected, but I had brought my own tech and internet. I just switched off the TV. Imagine my extreme displeasure to board the 3rd floor lift at 05:00 to have the doors closed - but no button worked! I WAS TRAPPED IN THE LIFT!!! I pressed the yellow emergency button for 5 seconds - no answer - pressed multiple times. I phoned the hotel main number, so they could press the lift call button - no answer. I phoned the 24/7 emergency 1300 number. The operator said she would send someone out - who would phone me with an ETA. Getting anxious, being 60 years old with a heart condition, I dialled 000 to call the POLICE! The dispatcher commended me on remaining so calm. I assured her, being very hot in cramped spaces with very little air was definitely not conducive to my remaining calm. They said to call 000 back if I got out before the fire brigade arrived. Five minutes later I heard voices outside. Someone heard my banging on the lift doors and cries for help. I GOT OUT That night the guy on reception said sorry. I explained that, although the room was marvelous - and that I did eventually get out, a man of my age and I'll health could have died - why wasn't anyone on duty to answer the damn lift emergency phone? He said he was sorry.

Beautiful views along the long beaches from every room in our spacious apartment on the 15th floor. A friendly welcome and efficient check-in. Rooms are comfortable but attention to minor maintenance and cleaning issues will improve the experience. WiFi and TV channels good. Lovely pool area, with hot tubs and sauna/steam rooms. Location is great: across the street to the beach and a short walk to shops etc.

This hotel is in a great location, on the famous Kangaroo Point, within walking distance of the Story Bridge. Brisbane's CBD is across the river. There is a No. 234 bus to the city center next to the hotel, so transportation is very convenient. In particular, the hotel owner and the front desk manager are very kind and enthusiastic, giving people a very comfortable feeling. I like it!

The room was nice and clean. Basic. Price was decent for a quick one night stay so I could run off to the airport at 4am the next morning. Room is very basic. But decent quality bedding for sure.

Located fairly close to the domestic terminal and very convenient for international travelers arriving into Brisbane staying overnight and catching a domestic flight next day. Since domestic terminal is joined to the airport walkway, all basic services or facilities such as dinner place and convenience store are accessible within walking distance. If you have enough time you can also catch train from domestic terminal and visit City. Overall very nice clean place.

Cheap, you get what you pay for. It's so close to everything so if you just want to explore and have somewhere to rest your head it's perfect! Showers were alright, toilets were clean, beds were comfy, and there's even laundry facilities

Amazing hotel in Brisbane city to stay with a convenient location close to everything, and professional service from their friendly staff! The gentleman named Ray at reception is amazing! We finished our city walk in just one day by his informative and useful tips with pleasant memory and nice photos I would definitely choose soho again if I have chance to visit Brisbane 👍

The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, and checked me in early from my morning flight. They are also arranged a cab for my early 6am flight out. The room was spacious but felt like a lived in apartment. The gym was functional and the basketball court was fun but covered in sand. The hotel location was close enough to the beach madness without feeling like you were always in the holiday mess of tourists shops and stuff.

Before check-in, I missed the front desk check-in because my flight was late. However, I met a Chinese staff member by phone one day in advance. She gave me the entrance code and the code for the safe where the room card is placed. She was very patient. I give a thumbs up to the front desk lady.

The staff as always were pleasant and courteous. The meals were yummy. This time we both had lamb shanks. Disappointed that the bed base made cracking noises and the lounge chair had a tear.

Stayed in the family unit one night. PROS: easy check in, friendly staff, very comfortable beds, big TV, shower good, close to bus transport into and out of city, restaurant and Cafe next door, quiet at night (back of property room). Easy after hours access. CONS: room air-conditioning needs service as a strong smell of smoke in the room and no windows that open other than bathroom louvers (mentioned smell to staff who said they would note it). Note for others: 5G phone antenna 30m outside room and stair access.

Close to the airport, easy to find. Had no trouble with train noises once asleep. Room was clean as well as the bathroom. On the negative and really not that big a deal is that the undercover parking is limited and spaces not very big. Also Watch the bottom step in the dark. Miss stepped going down at 4.30am as I didn't see the bottom step and landed on my knees. Could do with a bit more lighting at the bottom of the stair.

Stayed the re for one night only before my flight. It was a chill and relaxed hostel, very confortable. If you need some food or groceries, you have to walk a bit but not too far.

Was pretty good, but the toilet is downstairs. I could not find the accommodation access when i arrived and parked the car at the carpark behind the building. I had to ask staffs who work at the pub on ground floor, but they were not really pleasant. They finally contacted accommodation staff and let me in. He was nice and chill though. Although there are some inconveniences, the location, parking, interior and price are quite reasonable, so i will stay there again.

There were only 3 occupied beds that night. One girl brought a man to the room and had sex on the upper bed at 5 am in the morning. I was really shocked. It was the guest problem so I am not blaming the hostel. I'm just writing what happened that night.

This is located in Mermaid Cafe. I came to Gold Coast to attend a conference and stayed in Broadbeach area. I had a early morning flight from Gold Coast and wanted to spend the last night a little more nearer to airport. But found this place cozy and near to another beach. It was conveniently located near Tamborine Street bus stop from where you can take Bust # 777 to reach airport. Restaurants with seafood and other options are very near. Mermaid beach is also easily accessible from Camden Motor Inn. Reception was very helpful and check-in was smooth. She also printed my flight boarding pass upon my request. It seemed the facilities are not so good as they hanged the message that their pool was not heated and laundry was out of order. But when I got into my room, I found it was quite good. Spacios bedroom, comfortable and clean bed, nicely arranged kitchen made a very good impression to me. The stay was nice and well worth the price I paid for.

My experience was really good. You can meet  new people easy on the rooftop.  Maybe the hostel can add oil in the kitchen because I think a lot of traveller don't have oil with them for a travel duration of 3-4 days.  but all in all good:)

Service is very good. You can drink almost everything you want in the bar with the voucher they gave to you while check in. And you can get free bottle water at the reception.

The seas view is unbeatable . But can be cleaner .. reception closed early . Location very central and 3 min to surfer paradise . Reception was friendly though

A motel in Gold Coast, with a good location and free parking! Plenty of parking spaces. The hotel has a small swimming pool, so you can go back to the hotel to continue swimming after swimming in Gold Coast. I booked a connecting room, which is not very big, but enough. The hotel restaurant is open at noon, so there is no breakfast. But we had lunch and dinner in the restaurant, the quality is great and very cost-effective. The price level is lower than Brisbane. Very friendly price for a tourist area. The only dissatisfaction is that I found a big spider in the room on the morning of departure, which scared me to death, maybe it's the original ecology. Overall, it's still a very good hotel.

The apartment-style hotel feels like home. It is only a 10-minute walk from the Surfers Paradise Commercial Street. The large supermarket is economical and affordable to eat comfortably! Dining in Australia feels very expensive, so it’s better to buy something to cook in the hotel. The hotel is equipped with large and small pots, bowls, knives, and forks. They can make delicious and delicious. Sitting on the terrace and drinking an authentic Australian beer, Meidi what! ! You can also walk on the beach, blow the sea breeze, and watch the sunrise and sunset! ! The hotel is within 10 minutes walk from the coastal beach. We booked the two-bedroom and one-washroom and gave the 27th floor of the tower3. Every room and living room can see the sea view, which is very good. Downstairs is the supermarket, there are many restaurants nearby, and the bus stop is just across the road from the hotel. It is very convenient. Kitchen utensils are readily available and it is convenient to cook for yourself. The only downside is that the toilet is not well ventilated.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner can be made by yourself, two rooms with two double beds and one single bed. A few steps downstairs is the seaside, and a few minutes away to the commercial street, very convenient.
