This hotel truly exceeded my expectations! First, the ambiance: from the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was drawn in by its elegant yet cozy atmosphere. The common areas are spotless and bright, and the room's decor is incredibly thoughtful. The bedding is soft and comfortable, offering a peaceful retreat despite being in a bustling city. As for the service, every staff member was incredibly friendly. From the front desk to housekeeping, their responses were swift and attentive. The detailed and patient explanation during check-in made me feel very welcome. It was clean, comfortable, and far better than I anticipated. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time!

As reliable as always, the Hanting airport hotel was easy to find and provided a no-nonsense experience at the end of a long journey from overseas. The staff can communicate in English; depending on who is there, you might just have to add their account on Weixin to chat. (They confirmed with me, for example, that the front desk was open 24 hours.)

There's free underground parking right in the city center, which is super convenient if you're driving. Plus, you get unlimited in-and-out access during your stay – seriously top-notch service! The smart home system with Xiaodu voice control in the entire room is incredibly practical. Being able to turn off lights and close curtains just by speaking from bed is a godsend for lazy people and really adds a futuristic touch.

Beyond the issues I just mentioned, they also offer a late-night snack service at 9 PM. The front desk will notify you at 8 PM what the snack for the evening will be, and it's one portion per person. If you stay for three consecutive nights, you'll get a different snack each day: white fungus sweet soup, mini tangyuan (glutinous rice balls), and millet porridge. There's also herbal tea available at the front desk that you can brew yourself, or you can have the staff prepare it for you; the tea leaves are the same. One unique difference here is the 3 PM check-out time, so check-in on weekends might be a bit later compared to other hotels. This extended check-out is really convenient. The hotel is near Metro Lines 2 and 11, though not super close – it's about a 10-minute walk, which is still quite convenient overall.

This is another surprisely very good accommodation if you are at leisure trip to Wuhan by plane to arrive at Tianhe Intl airport Terminal 3 and you arrive late afternoon or you fly out early or mid morning. Easy to find and the staffs are all excellent with high service mind to customer. It's clean and everything are functional. It's under Huachu hotel group management too which is well-known in China.

I recently stayed at the Ausotel Smart (Shiyan Railway Station) for one night, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The hotel’s location is incredibly convenient, especially for travelers using the railway station. It’s situated right next to the station, making it easy to access transportation and nearby amenities. The staff were friendly and helpful and while it may not have any standout features, it provides good value for money and meets the basic needs of its guests. I would recommend it for short stays or for those needing easy access to the railway station.

The room had a huge, super comfortable bed and a large, spotless bathroom. There was also a full-length mirror, which was really convenient for getting ready! The hotel offers various facilities like a gym, though I didn't get a chance to try them this time. All in all, it was a fantastic stay! I'd definitely choose this hotel again if I'm ever back in Wuhan.

The stay experience has always been good. Every time I go back to Shiyan, I stay directly in this hotel. The location is excellent for transportation, the room is very quiet, the air conditioning and heating are sufficient, the breakfast is rich, and you can also eat local food.
