3-Star Hotels in Hubei, China

I booked last minute and it's my second stay here. I chose it because of the location, staff, and room. It's conveniently located in front of a bus stop and a 10 min walk to Zhuyeshan metro station. There's a little convenience store on the first floor to get snacks and drinks. There are food and fruit markets in an alley around the corner. There's a pedestrian bridge so I don't have to cross the road. There's bubble tea, Starbucks, luckin coffee and burger king across the street as well. The staff are always busy but always willing to help. I used a translator app mostly to communicate and they were very patient and helpful. The housekeeping staff /aunties are great and will smile if you smile and be friendly first. The morning breakfast is on the heavy side for me but full of variety and delicious. If you're able to, reserve the room with the breakfast included, I found the value was excellent. I especially liked the lady who prepares the noodle soups. I stayed in a larger queen deluxe room this time and thought it was great! I had a better view of the gas station across the street. The regular room was awesome too. I didn't hear street noise but there were times in the evening when I could hear other guest's noise. It didn't bother me, and I suppose it depends on who comes and enjoys the hotel. Another amazing part of the hotel is it offers free laundry and there are dryers. I think they offer a free laundry service too but I didn't mind doing my own. Overall, a very pleasant experience and I would come again to stay. Wuhan was an amazing experience and this hotel was part of it. Xièxiè.

The actual room layout is different from the pictures, and the curtains aren't the same type shown in the pictures; they don't block out light either. When I asked the front desk, they said the horizontal stripes should be staggered, one light and one dark. I didn't know they needed to be staggered. That type of curtain doesn't block out light; it only blocks people.

A solid old style hotel. The room was big, the water hot, the bed comfortable and everything needed was provided. The hotel is access from a laneway off the main road and there was no noise from outside. The internal plumbing was very noisy. The hotel is not far from the east gate of the ancient city wall, a great place for a walk and itks easy to get to all the beautiful surrounding gardens. If you turn left on the main street and walk about a block you will find a good little restaurant. Don’t forget to visit the terrific museum.

This hotel has excellent service. They provided everything they needed, from small rubber bands to small clips. The crystal chandelier was incredibly beautiful. It's also close to the subway station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. We were picked up at the airport and it only took 15 minutes to get there. The driver even helped carry our luggage.

The room was spacious, and the hotel even upgraded us to two 1.5-meter king-size beds, making it comfortable for a family of four. The staff were friendly and even provided breakfast vouchers. The location is excellent, close to the train station and the passenger transport center, with shuttle buses to scenic spots available, making it very convenient. On our last day, we requested an hour's delay in checkout, and the hotel's friendly staff agreed. The air conditioning was also excellent, centrally located, providing ample cooling. It's a very pleasant hotel, and the rooms are cleaned and replaced daily. It's a good budget hotel. It's very close to Folk Custom Street, just across the underground passage. The back door leads to a food court, supermarket, and Tujia restaurants.

The stay experience has always been good. Every time I go back to Shiyan, I stay directly in this hotel. The location is excellent for transportation, the room is very quiet, the air conditioning and heating are sufficient, the breakfast is rich, and you can also eat local food.

Excellent hotel. From the check in moment; we loved everything about this hotel. Wonderful front reception team. The room is super bright & clean. Was nice to be able to wash & dry our clothes at ease. The amazing station drop off service is very much appreciated. It was raining hard… the driver made an exception to pick us up from the garage & dropped us off safely. We thank you so much for the kindness and the professionalism of the driver. Will book again without hesitation next time.

The location is OK, no matter where you go to the city, it takes only ten minutes to drive. The hotel is quiet and the service is good. It also helped to print the children's exam papers for free. There is a small parking lot. There is a local breakfast opposite, and travel is worth choosing
