PROS: New, clean, secluded, decent enough gym, quiet, boring, no chemical cleaner scents other than the towels and sheets that will stay on your skin 100%... I always bring my own due to this. Free floride water lol...đ Don't drink it.
CONS: The heavy room doors slam insanely hard, fast and would chop fingers off, blow out eardrums and shake the walls. I woke up every door slam, hard to not. Mind blowing to spend money building a Hotel and not consider to have quality safe quiet doors.
SOLUTION! I had to use some âwhite noiseâ to drown out the crazy door slams.
CASINO is a lifeless end of the line in purgatory vibe, but I'm not into that activity and wasn't there for that.
If you want a clean, new, mostly quiet nice hotel, this is a good choice if you find a good deal.
Service I never ordered food but the complementary tea and coffee are ok if stocked, NO Milk Alternatives and boring list of food to over pay for.

This hotel is pretty good. I had a bad experience in London before, where my bag and everything was stolen from the lobby of a Hilton there. But this Hilton overall is really nice, and the location is ideal.
Fantastic stay! The hotel has a wonderful environment, and the surroundings made it easy to relax and enjoy every moment. Combined with friendly staff and great service, it was an absolutely memorable experience. Highly recommended!
Travelled with my friend for a one night stay. The hotel is beautiful. However, the customer service was terrible! We were placed on a floor where they were doing renovations and not informed, no information was provided regarding amenities and when we inquired about the pool, all they did was provide us a piece of paper indicating the pool closed at 7pm on a weekend. The beds were extremely soft and the blankets were so stiff it was âloudâ. We were looking forward to enjoying what the hotel had to offer but unfortunately, it was far from being a good stay.
We stayed here for 1 night. We were allowed early check in for free due to it not being peak season. We booked a full falls view. Our room was fairly big and extremely clean. The bathroom came complete with a spa bath, which was lovely after being out in the cold.
We were in walking distance to a casino, now I've been to Vegas, but this was massive and made me feel like I was back in Las Vegas. We were also within walking distance to all the Niagara Falls attractions. The hotel had offers for breakfast and dinner, which at the time was really good value for money. There is Starbucks in the hotel along with other shops, which we found were good value for money. We got some souvenirs cheaper than the local shops in the area. Niagara Falls isn't cheap, the Hilton is a welcome break, value for money, great customer service kinda place. We would visit here again. I didn't get pictures of the room, but I did take a picture from a small portion of the views we got from our room. It was foggy, that was out of the hotel's control...and the infinity mirror gave me Poltergeist vibes, but in a very good way, I love nostalgia!
This was by far the most amazing stay we had throughout all of North America. Absolutely everything was perfect. We were welcomed by Audrey, who was the sweetest hotel employee we encountered in Canada. She made us feel so comfortable and pampered. I had an amazing birthday thanks to you, the upgrade was already such a beautiful touch, but the piece of chocolate cake you left in the room while we were out was so thoughtful and very delicious. Thank you â€ïž
The room is spacious, beautiful and with the most gorgeous view on the falls. The beds are big and comfy, the bathroom products are good as I already knew that brand.
The breakfast was great, diverse and generous. There is a restaurant in the hotel open til 23:00, as well as a souvenir shop. The lounge area is so relaxing and also allows you to enjoy the view . We were given vouchers to try light therapy at the spa, it was great and everyone was so lovely!
The gym is really good, thereâs everything youâd find in a regular gym and even headphone, apples, towels and water + you can train while looking at the Niagara Falls!
The jacuzzi and sauna outside are right next to the swimming pool and spa. Most importantly, the waterfalls are a 25-minute walk or 5-minute drive from the hotel.
I will tell everyone who visits the Niagara Falls to stay at this hotel, itâs worth the price and the surrounding hotels are really not as nice, (and this is coming from someone who stayed in Marriotts and budget hotels in 100+ countries.)
Thanks again for making me feel special on my birthday đ«°đ»
We decided to do a quick staycation with our 3 year old twins and this place was perfect! Big pool, spacious rooms with balconies and great Starbucks coffee served downstairs in the hotel store in the morning along with croissants, cinnamon buns, oatmeal, etc. All for extra cost but great to have that available!
I had a very fun stay. The hotel is very neat and has many places where you can take your pictures. Clean towels ,shower gel, shampoo and conditioner and all provided. You can make your own tea or coffee there. The bathroom lighting is actually very good. The food provided was very nutritious and the walls are pretty thick so it's likely you won't get noise disturbance

GGuest UserIâll start with the positives. This is a fantastic location. You are steps from major downtown Toronto attractions. Restaurants and shops are everywhere. The CN Tower rises right in front of the building, which is pretty hard to beat. The apartment was clean. There were lots of towels. The bathroom was bigger than expected. If you split this with another couple, the price becomes very reasonable for downtown. That said, the second bedroom is tight. Thereâs basically no space for suitcases or personal items. Now the not so good. Arrival and check-in were chaotic. It was pouring rain during rush hour and there was nowhere to park as instructed. My husband had to keep circling while I ran inside getting soaked. Despite completing online check-in and receiving an âonline check-in completeâ email, my security deposit hadnât gone through. I had checked the many emails they sent and didnât see anything flagging this. Even though everything else was fully paid in advance, they wouldnât let me go to the room to dry off or grab my glasses to fix the issue. I had to authorize a manual credit card charge over the phone because I couldnât read their links without my glasses. Not a great feeling. The building entrance is nice. Big, clean, and airy. The hallway to the unit is the opposite. Worn carpet, scuffed walls, chipped paint. Not the best first impression. Inside the unit was better. It looked freshly painted and was clean. I paid extra for a balcony thinking âMetropolitan Lofts â CN Towerâ meant weâd be sitting out admiring the tower. That part is on me for not checking. The listing didnât promise a view. Our balcony faced an office building and a parking lot. Below was a sad patch of grass filled with old boots, a broken broom, crushed beer cans, and what felt like 10,000 cigarette butts. The neighbour used their balcony as a full-time phone booth at max volume. If youâre not on the Front St side, donât bother paying extra for a balcony. The unit had enough space for two, but it was too warm. The thermostat didnât do anything. It stayed around 24â25°C the whole time, which made sleeping uncomfortable. The bedding didnât help. The bottom sheet was just a tucked flat sheet. It came loose both nights. The duvet setup was also odd, with layers of flat sheets above and below the duvet that slid around. I kept waking up on the mattress pad or directly on the duvet. A fitted sheet and proper duvet cover would fix this. The worst part was the elevators. They are very slow. Plan an extra 10â15 minutes just waiting. The middle elevator felt unsafe. It opened and closed repeatedly for no reason. It stopped at every floor with no one there. It randomly changed direction mid-trip. One time it didnât line up with the floor and we had to step down. That was enough for me. I took the stairs after that. Overall: 5/5 for location, 4/5 for cleanliness. If youâre a group of four, the two-bedroom can be a decent value, just expect tight space. If you care about smooth check-in, reliable elevators, temperature control, and decent bedding, this might not be your place.
GGuest UserVery nice hotel! I originally booked a Queen-size waterfall view suite, but when I arrived the room wasnât ready, so they kindly upgraded me to a King corner suite. I would definitely consider booking the King again if I return. The view was absolutely stunningâyou can see both the US and Canadian falls, and itâs perfect for watching fireworks. The hotel is also very close to the casino, the WEGO bus, and plenty of dining options.
The facilities were excellent. The room had everything you might need: plenty of bottled water, tea, coffee, a mini-fridge, and other essentials for a comfortable stay. The shower was a bit on the small side and the water pressure could have been stronger, but since this was the penthouse, I somewhat expected that. Overall, the room was very clean, the location was convenient, and the experience was wonderful.
VVivian Dewi ShenRequested the newly renovated room instead of non renovated. The hotel staff was very kind and friendly to let us check in at 1.30pm as our rooms was ready. Eventhough we didnt get the connecting room as we requested but we were happy enough to let us an early check in.
SSimurkhotel was nice and clean! itâs walking distance to the byward market- only issue is parking if you have a pickup truck the garage parking only accommodates trucks and SUVS on the first floor and if thatâs not available you will have to park at the mall parking right across the hotel.
