Hotel was fine, room was small but modern enough. My room wasn’t cleaned or serviced one day, which was disappointing. When I alerted reception they didn’t seem to consider it too big a deal. Some kind of acknowledgment would have been nice. Not great location if you wanted to head into the city, was a few bars and restaurants within walking distance. If I were back in Antwerp I’d likely look at alternatives but as a last resort it’s not that bad a hotel to stay in for business travel.
Pros:
- decent location; about 7mins walk from the Antwerp Centraal, and 2mins from Flixbus busstop, though in a relatively quiet corner.
- they have a small common dining area on the ground floor with microwave, fridge, kettle and vending machines selling snacks and coffee. the coffee machine needs some upkeeping though, and the snacks vending machine was done during our period of stay.
Cons:
- if you stay on the lower level floors be prepared to keep your curtains closed - the whole room can be seen clearly from outside the hotel.
- room has everything you need but can't help feeling like it's hollow, barren and empty; there's barely any interior works done to the room.
- no kettle in the room and you will need to deposit 10euros to borrow one.
very nice layout. lots of room in the lobby to play games or read or relax. room had a desk, small fridge and lots of room to hang clothes and spread out. it's located right across the street from the Antwerp Central train station and within a block of shops and restaurants. staff friendly and helpful. and, yes, i did climb the stairs rather than take the elevator (sometimes). we were on the 11th floor, so it was no small feat.
Review:
My stay at this hotel was unfortunately not without issues. Upon arrival, there was an apparent payment error, requiring me to pay again on the spot, meaning I was charged twice. Thankfully, this was corrected the next day, but it was an unnecessary inconvenience. Additionally, the breakfast was disappointing, and our double room was only provided with one set of towels. The room itself was fine, but these shortcomings made the overall experience less enjoyable.
Fantastic! Walking distance to Antwerp Central Station so it’s very convenient if you travel a lot by train. Meir shopping street is basically behind the hotel and Opera station at the front. No key provided , access to the hotel and your room is by a code given to you at check-in.
The stay went very well, the hotel is quite close to the Center, the rooms are comfortable, with everything necessary kettle, iron, ironing board, hair dryer, good soundproofing except when you have very very noisy neighbors unfortunately the hotel is not responsible for the incivility of the customers. Too bad that the reception staff does not speak French so no information is possible. The breakfast is very limited but correct.
Spotlessly clean and just a couple of steps from the station. Parking was a bit pricey, and the hotel's vague instructions led me to pay 51 Euros, which was triple the actual parking fee. Otherwise, everything was excellent. The breakfast spread was incredibly generous, and the room was very spacious by European standards. Both twin beds were also very large.
Stayed at this hotel for Tomorrowland festival. A great location smack in the middle of the different cities which are easily accessible by public transport (although some locations might take 1-2h travelling time). Twin room was a little small for two man but it was still a relatively comfortable stay. Free coffee and tea at the lobby was great. Do note that for sustainability, aircon automatically shuts down at noon and you have to manually on it back if you’re intending to sleep in late or chill around in your hotel room.
The most beautiful train station in the world - next to it, convenient transportation, easy access, the hotel is a bit old, but it is clean and quiet to live in, the price is good value for money, the disadvantage is that parking is not very convenient.
Nice location, you are so in the main street. No explanation was given at check-in, so we were not aware of anything. Otherwise a nice clean hotel, but a small bathroom.

SSuper FurryAppartement and Hotel style stay in the Dockland neighborhood of Antwerp. About 20min with public transport very close by around the corner of Hotel and plenty of city bicycle and e-stepper options to move around. My check in experience was efficient and friendly making me feel welcome. The Hotel has a clean and tidy all over appearance and my room #306 had a spacious feel and a good size double bed.
NO AIRCO!! That was one major minus point for me, the Hotel does provide ventilators but during a heat wave it was not enough to feel comfortable. The Hotel has no ”Do not Disturb” door signs which resulted in Housekeeping entering without knocking on door.
I brought this to the attention of the receptionist.

GGuest UserA quick & easy 6-min walk from the Centraal Train Station, and another comfortable 12-min walk to the Cathedral and the main square. Very central. I didn't need a bus ride during my visit. Hotel staff very kind---the tall white man at the Reception (the name of whom I forgot to ask) was very kind and helpful, helping me solve all the problems smoothly. The lady at the Reception was also very kind, giving me my room before the check-in time, because the room happened to have been available at the time. The room had everything as promised. All perfect! What a delightful stay! Highly recommended!
JJohnny EuroNice hotel and good location. People who work there are friendly and helpful. Free coffee, tea and water in the room. Room clean and has aircon. You are next to restaurants, bars, take aways and supermarkets. Very quick walk to the central area of Antwerp and to the river. There is a cafe downstairs. You only have until 8pm to check in so be careful. Didn't see any staff during the evenings, and you have to buzz yourself into the reception with your room card. Might be a bit problematic if you have issues and no staff working. You can get breakfast buffet for around €20.
GGuest UserSuper stylish hostel. Loved the large lobby where you could get work done with good music. The free coffee was great.
The rooms were clean and secure. Slept very comfortably.
Suggestions:
Upgrade the gym equipment. Some of the machines don’t work and some of the weights don’t fit the dumbbells. Even a pair of adjustable dumbbells would be a huge upgrade.
I understand the lobby closes at 11, but it would be nice to simply close the service but allow the space to be used for late night work.
