Second time staying here — the hotel itself is clean and very comfortable, the rooms are well equipped. Breakfast is pretty good. This time around we had a bit of a struggle at check in which also caused a problem at breakfast the next day. The lady who checked us in (Megan) asked me four (4) times if I needed parking and didn’t seem to believe me when I kept saying no. She also told us our room wasn’t ready even though we checked in at 4pm, an hour after check-in time, and told us we’d need to take a 2 queen room instead of a king room. I told her we’d rather wait for a king room because that’s what we paid for, and lo and behold, suddenly she had one. We paid for breakfast with our stay, but she forgot to give us tickets for breakfast. Made it very awkward when we went to breakfast the next day and had to insist that we’d paid for breakfast. They still gave us a bill for breakfast, but then after talking to the front desk realized it was a mistake. They were kind, but it was still very awkward having to defend the fact that we’d paid for breakfast already. They said we were the second group that day which the front desk had forgotten to give breakfasttickets to. All in all, aside from the people and the awkwardness caused, it was a good stay. We’ll hope for better service next time we come back.

The hotel is good, suitable for business trips. Breakfast is provided downstairs, and the meals are relatively rich. The surrounding environment of the hotel is very good, and there are some attractions nearby.

I was there for a church conference. My room was not ready until after 4pm, however being involved with the conference, there was not an issue. I had spoken to Kevin, manager at the registration desk several times. He, as well as his entire staff, were personable, friendly, courteous and was able to accommodate and answer any questions I had. The facility was clean, they were doing some painting in the main hallway (everything was well marked) and, even the painter was friendly. The only hiccup was that the bathroom tub/shower was extremely narrow. Someone who is bigger than I am would have a tough time being comfortable while taking a shower. All in all the facility, conference center, parking garage, coffee shop and restaurant staff were all great. The food during our conference was good and the wait staff (buffet style, served us) were friendly and professional as well. My room looked out over Lake Erie and the lighthouse. I would definitely recommending staying as well as having your functions at this facility.

Hotel is in the center of the city, close to metro station. Staff were very kind and helpful. Hotel has all the services you need including laundry. Hotel is clean though the hotel seems a bit outdated. The price quality ration is very good

Nice sized apartments with good kitchen facilities. The bathroom was nice and clean. Good sized double bed and sofa-bed. The only downside was the noise from the neighbours, the rooms are not very sound-proof, the neighbour upstairs when flushing toilet was very noisy can wake you up.

This was a first class experience!! From the valet parking and bellhops when we arrived to the gorgeous room and view!! Super cool amenities, we really enjoyed the pool, exceptional!! We would definitely recommend going to Mount Airy and we are looking forward to coming back again! Shout out to the amazing staff at the hotel for being very helpful and accommodating!

The hotel was well located and we walked to the Calder Gardens that had recently opened. The room itself was good but I cant say it was 4 star. The bed was comfy and clean but the floor in the room was not carpeted which is cold to bare feet. . The bathroom was not great; one of the doors on the cabinet under the sink had broken off and was hanging by one hinge. The shower floor was delaminating and the retractable round mirror on the wall showed rust spots. None of these were deal breakers but it sure seemed to me that the room could use some ”love”. The gym was good and had a nice amount of equipment & machines but the floor layout is rather small and so with a handful of people in there it felt crowded. The other ”downer” was parking in that their garage and garages around it are extremely expensive. I arrived on a Saturday at 5pm and found street parking on Cherry & 23rd for only a few bucks as it is free after 6:30pm through Monday. Still, the staff was quite good and responsive to our needs. The location was great and the place was quiet at night.

The room size was decent, and the hotel lobby was quite spacious. They didn't provide toothbrushes. Water delivery to the room was very prompt. I didn't book breakfast, so I can't comment on that. The hotel had an overwhelming perfume smell.

Great location, close to UPenn. The front desk service was excellent! Our room was unexpectedly cancelled when we arrived in the morning due to an overnight move from out of state. After explaining to the front desk, they kindly offered an early check-in. The hotel also helped Ctrip process a refund for two nights, and Ctrip was very responsible, even refunding the price difference! Although the process was a bit troublesome, they genuinely solved the issue! Throughout the entire process, my trust in Ctrip and Sheraton was not misplaced! Thumbs up!

The decoration is old-fashioned, clean and tidy, and close to the airport. Overall, it is OK. In terms of facilities and items provided: American hotels do not provide toothbrushes, slippers and other items, which is quite different from domestic hotels of the same brand.
