The one-bedroom suite featured a king-sized bed and a sofa bed. With two closets, it offered ample space for our family of three. The sofa bed was significantly better than those at Homewood Suites in New York – it didn't creak and was actually quite comfortable to sleep on.
The hotel is conveniently located just 300 meters from Chinatown, ensuring our cravings for Chinese food were easily satisfied every evening. Getting to both the airport and the train station is easy with the free Silver Line (SL) bus service; just check Google Maps for the routes.
We absolutely loved Boston; it's a beautiful city! We used the Green Line a few times, but our transit cards never seemed to work successfully. The driver said something I didn't quite understand, and I also noticed other passengers weren't tapping their cards. I never really figured out why – perhaps it was free?
The room was clean and the overall cleanliness was very up-to-date. It is very close to the Green Line of the subway and convenient to various attractions. It's just inconvenient to use the iPad to operate the room, especially the TV and air conditioner. I would rather use the remote control directly. Although the room felt a bit small, it was probably reasonable considering the room rates in Boston.

We spent a long weekend at this hotel. First, a free local shuttle express bus takes you from Logan Airport to Back Bay Station, which is just a four-minute walk from the hotel entrance. Check-in was smooth, friendly and efficient, and we were given our requested room.
Our room was spacious and well-equipped, with a fantastic view over Boston Bay. It had a spacious seating area, a large flat-screen TV, a full size in-room fridge, a spacious rain shower, and ice stations on each floor. The bed and bedding were of high quality, and there was a selection of pillows to choose from.
One of the most impressive features of this hotel is the in-room security safe, which is rare in many US hotels. There are also excellent food and beverage facilities on-site, and an extensive room service menu. The housekeeping was of a high standard, and complimentary water was provided each day.
If you haven’t already, I highly recommend signing up for the Marriott Bonvoy awards programme in advance of your stay. This will give you free WiFi for your entire stay.
The hotel is located in downtown Boston, with easy access to Back Bay and Copley Square metros, the Boston Public Library, Prudential Centre, and many other facilities such as supermarkets, restaurants, and cafes. I would highly recommend this hotel.
free shuttle to airport is great
1min walk to train and silverline station which saves the need to pay extra to stay in downtown
though might take additional 20min to go in town but also can just take the train to Salem which is convenient
right across from a fbi building so assume it is top safety level though it gets a bit eerie at night as no one walking outside.
room is big just can hear the train honking every time it approaches which is a bit noisy
also a bit more walk further there is a supermarket and burger king which is great
The hotel is in an excellent location, not far from MIT. There are many parents attending graduation ceremonies these days, and the hotel prices have risen, but the service quality is not satisfactory. Despite this, we will always remember the beautiful Charles River!

Spacious room for three, great value for money! We discovered this hotel through TikTok reviews and were not disappointed. The art deco interiors are stunning, and the lobby is beautiful. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful. The hotel is very quiet both day and night—perhaps due to its residential location. A fantastic stay overall. Highly recommended and would definitely return!
Although the room seemed a bit outdated, it was VERY clean. The additional amenities such as coffee and tv access were a plus. My favorite was the sleep well lavender oil, which also came in handy after the trip was over and I was back home. My only big complaint is the parking. You have to use the parking garage which is on the same property and somewhat close, but when it’s less than 20 degrees outside and you have children and luggage to carry it becomes troublesome. Id suggest some kind of heating hallway or tunnel to connect the two.

The hotel charges a $300 security deposit and an automatic 18% gratuity on any food/drink purchased. A bowl of oatmeal and coffee was $23. There is no breakfast buffet available. The rooms are tiny and designed very much like a cruise ship cabin, complete with bunk beds! There are no closets, drawers or counter space in the room and only 6 hangers (to hang clothes where?) I had to use the ironing board for toiletries. The bathroom is separated from the bedroom only by a curtain. (I wonder how couples feel about each other after staying there?) The only window is a floor-to-ceiling window in the bathroom so you can flash nearby shoppers as you step out of the shower. The heated towel rack in not within arm's reach of the shower and featured hard and frayed towels. The room featured a large TV that was surrounded by LED lights. No obvious switch turned off said LEDs, but apparently the round rainbow-colored emblem in one of the built-in cubby holes turned it off.
On the plus side, the hotel is a half-mile from the Boston Convention Center. Also, travelers can take the Silver Line bus from Logan Airport to South Station (or one stop short of the station to this hotel) for FREE! The one-way trip back to Logan Airport is $2.40. There is a rooftop bar that features a nice city view.

Very Good
AAnonymous UserIn Southborough, very close to the company, nice and quiet environment
The front desk service was very good. I arrived quite late at night and was given freshly baked cookies, which was very considerate
The room was quite large, the two large beds were very comfortable, the bathroom facilities were also good, and the cloakroom was very convenient
You can watch Netflix and other movies on the TV for a fee, and there is also cable TV
The only drawback is that the coffee machine is very dirty, with dust inside and outside, and needs to be washed before use. The disposable cups and cup lids provided are also covered with dust
I don’t know if this room has not been occupied for a long time
Please check the hygiene of the room before checking in

GGuest UserWe have booked 2 rooms to attend our daughter’s graduation. Had a wonderful stay at your hotel. Was particularly impressed with housekeeping staff. Everyday we come back from a well cleaned room. There was one day when we were still in when the housekeeping staff came around and we told her to come back 2 hours later to do the cleaning and she did. Super efficient! Other staff from other departments that we come in contact with - the reception, the concierge were all very attentive and friendly making our stay truly enjoyable.

SShuaiwugeThe hotel is located near the Backbay train station and is convenient for taking the Orange and Brown lines of the subway. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The only drawback is that the room only comes with a coffee machine (which is quite difficult to operate) and no drinking water is provided.

AAnonymous UserConsidering the price, this place offers great value for money in Boston. They serve warm, complimentary cookies daily, and you can easily get slippers, bottled water, and toothbrushes from the front desk if you need them.
The location is excellent, with several attractions nearby.
The JFK Museum was a highlight. We happened to visit during a Community Night and enjoyed a wonderful performance by the International String Trio (tip: they had another event scheduled for the 20th from 5:30 PM - 8 PM, so check their calendar!).
Carson Beach is worth a quick visit, but be aware that it's quite pebbly.
A Star Market is only a 7-minute walk away, where you can buy lobsters and have them steamed on the spot.
Both the airport and downtown are a relatively short taxi ride away.
Thanks to Ctrip's assistance, my overall experience was greatly enhanced.
GGuest UserIt's pretty good. Except for the irregular deposit process at the front desk, everything is pretty good. There is no cash/credit card option. Normally, they should ask, but they let me pay by credit card without asking.
3300860****Advantages:
1. In the city center, close to Quincy Market, many restaurants and live bars nearby
2. Close to the subway and some attractions
3. Unlimited mineral water in the lobby
Disadvantages:
1. Congested during rush hour
2. Wanted to sleep in the hotel in the afternoon, but was woken up by artists or bands on the street
3. On Friday night, the bar was too lively, and people were still shouting at 1 a.m., which seriously affected my rest
