4-Star Hotels in Kalmar county, Sweden

Överlag bra på alla områden men samtidigt saknade vi det där lilla extra. Frukosten var bra men inte superb. Servicen var bra, men samtidigt glömde man bort något som vi hade bett om. Vattenbehållarna med dricksvatten var tomma under eftermiddagens fika och ända fram till middagen. Tidningshyllor fanns men gapade tomma.

Unser Aufenthalt im Hotel war insgesamt angenehm, mit einigen kleinen Verbesserungspunkten. Das Zimmer war sauber und in Ordnung, die Betten sehr bequem – weich, gut gefedert und ideal für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war ausgezeichnet und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Allerdings gab es beim Einchecken ein paar Schwierigkeiten: Wir wurden vom Rezeptionisten zu einem Hotelparkplatz geschickt, der aufgrund einer Veranstaltung bereits voll belegt war. Leider wurden wir nicht darauf hingewiesen, sodass wir im Regen standen und uns selbst um eine Lösung kümmern mussten. Ein vorheriger Hinweis oder eine Alternative wäre hier sehr hilfreich gewesen. Außerdem wurde bei der Zimmerreinigung das Toilettenpapier vergessen, sodass wir uns selbst welches kaufen mussten. Kein großes Problem, aber vermeidbar. Alles in allem ist das Hotel empfehlenswert, besonders wegen der tollen Betten, des hervorragenden Frühstücks und der guten Lage. Mit etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit und proaktiver Information durch das Personal könnte der Aufenthalt noch angenehmer werden.

Super experience all around. Smiling and helpful staff. Cosy and spacy room. Excellent concept with morning and evening meals included. Wont hesitate coming back.

Very recommended to stay, cost-effective, the environment is very good. Beautiful environment, good geographical location, convenient transportation, comfortable and sanitary rooms, service staff are very enthusiastic, facilities are very humane, high-speed network signal is good, the view outside the window is good. The design of the room's small pendulum is also very distinctive.

Vi är jättenöjda med vår vistelse på Skansen. Fick efter ett byte ett så fint rum! Personalen var så tillmötesgående, trevliga och glada!! Vi återkommer absolut när ett bra erbjudande kommer! 😀
