First of all, let me start by saying how much we LOVED our stay. The location is absolutely stunning, and we had an amazing stay. First and foremost, I want to thank to all the staffs esp to Aj ( who made our stay extra special. The food for me was exceptional, they had a wide variety of cuisines, and I was there for 2 nights and didn't have a bad meal while I was there. I felt the food price was very reasonable given the location, service and quality Astoria set the bar incredibly high and for someone who considers themselves to have a vacation I would highly recommend this place.

Trip started with Kuya Darwin, one of their very friendly and competent drivers. Super near and accessible to nearby tours that you can book at the front desk. Our room was quite modern with a spacious and comfortable bed, with just the right amount of pillows! Food and drinks were a highlight being very affordable with great serving sizes! Overall great stay with all the amenities you need.

My boyfriend and I stayed in this resort last March 2023, and we were very satisfied during our stay. After booking one of their deluxe room for two nights only, I've decided to book one night extension just so we could experience one of their premium rooms also. It was his first time flying to Coron because I've been here ever since for work purposes. Upon check-in, I was informed that we were upgraded to their premium room and that made us both so happy! I didn't ask for it, but they were so kind to give us the upgrade. The room was super nice and spacious. I loved the view of the sunset from our balcony! They even granted one of my request to put a slice of chocolate cake in the room because my boyfriend didn't get the chance to celebrate his birthday a few months ago. Staff were busy in the morning. Housekeeping also cleaned our room well and refilled everything from bottled water to bathroom amenities and towels. The location was convenient for us as it's along the main road, and we got ourselves a car rental during our stay so we can go out and come back anytime we want. Their swimming pool is huge! I don't know, but it felt huge because we were running and swimming from one pool to another like kids during our second night at the resort :D. What caught my boyfriend's attention was the Cockatoo by the entrance. We'd always stop by to say hello to the little fella. Overall it was a nice experience for us. See you next time!

I had a great time at Four Points Sheraton Palawan. The location is amazing, with beautiful ocean views. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable.The pool was a highlight. However, the food could use some improvement—it was okay but not as good as I’d hoped, and there wasn’t a lot of variety. The Wi-Fi was also a bit spotty at times. Overall, it’s a lovely place to stay, and I’d come back, but there’s a little room for improvement.

Great hotel! Very friendly staff, they try to help with everything. Secluded location, there are several small shops within walking distance. Private beach and pier. The rooms are comfortable, they clean daily. They provide drinking water. There are hair dryers in the rooms (this is my 6th hotel in the Philippines, and the only one with a hair dryer 🔥). One wish: to diversify the menu for Europeans. There are tasty and familiar dishes, but, unfortunately, there are few of them.

My wife and I recently celebrated her birthday at Bacau Bay Resort in Coron, and it was truly fantastic. From the warm welcome to the special birthday surprises, we felt like royalty. The staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, always friendly and helpful. The food was another highlight, with delicious local and international dishes expertly prepared. Our spacious and clean room provided a relaxing retreat, and the housekeeping was impeccable. Bacau Bay Resort exceeded our expectations with its outstanding service, delicious food, and comfortable accommodations. We highly recommend it and can't wait to return!

The breakfast was terrible. It's not worth paying so much if you're choosing breakfast. Every morning everything was empty and you had to knock on the kitchen to ask for eggs, butter, pancakes, etc. The staff were very unfriendly. The cleaning was average. They folded the towels and gave you the same ones. We ran out of shower gel and shampoo and it was never replaced. Excellent location The hotel is new, the room is very beautiful. Good shower.

Had the best time at The Funny Lion! They provided complimentary airport transfers and bikes, which made getting around so convenient. The staff helped us book tours and rentals, making our trip hassle-free. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with free tote bags, drinks, coffee and fruits. The variety of complimentary fruity drinks was a delightful touch. They're SUPER accommodating. Shout-out to Desiree and their general manager, Mike. And especially, Livia that's been in contact with me via WhatsApp. She on top of everything. While the food is a bit pricey, the 999 Saturday dinner buffet was super worth it. Our room was impeccably clean with the most comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom was spacious, very clean, and had excellent water pressure. We appreciated the bidet and the abundance of towels. The peaceful atmosphere made our stay even more enjoyable. They also gave us complimentary cookies and friendship bracelets when we checked out and even brought us to the airport. As first-time visitors to Palawan, The Funny Lion gave us the best vacation ever. Highly recommend!

I stayed here just one thing with my girlfriend, and I was absolutely amazed at their amazing service. Stayed in an executive room, the bed was really nice, with fluffy pillows. There is loads of space to put your luggage. The air condition was put at 16c when I arrived, highly recommend to put that temperature higher or you will end up getting a cold. The bathroom is really nice, no air condition in this room, but there is open area to the outside so it still has a nice feeling to it, though I felt the bathtub was not so clean so I didn't really feel like I wanted to take a bath there. Outside of the room is a sunbed, and two chairs and the pool is right next to the rooms. The pool has a bar, and a bell that u can ring to get staff if you want to be served anything. The breakfast area in the restaurant has a nice buffet, and other items you can order, like eggs, and bacon etc. That are cooked to order. Other buffet items are nice, some hot Filipino dishes, and some items for picky eaters from Europe (like myself haha). The staff are super friendly, and always very helpful.

Wow, this place is truly magical. We really enjoyed every single moment of our journey here. We actually stayed at this resort for 4 nights and wanted to stay longer. Staff were always super helpful, kind and very polite from the very beginning. The food and drinks here are amazing. The view from our room was super beautiful. Do not hesitate to book at this resort. You won’t regret it at all. It’s completely worth it.

Spent two nights here after returning from an island hopping tour in El Nido. Large clean rooms with strong aircon, a reasonably sized bathroom, and good bed. Located in a barangay away from downtown, there isn't much in the area other than sari sari stores and occasional street food vendors. Water cooler outside for drinking water, but the pool and bakery were both closed for our stay. Airport shuttle was quite expensive at 500 pesos for two persons.

Very nice hotel, just 5 min away from town if you take a ride. Very friendly and welcoming staff. Good shower, always hot water, strong AC, lovely pool that you can use until 10 pm. Pool towels also provided. Lots of useful things like toothbrush set, comb, shaver set etc. provided. Mini Bar with some cold drinks - to pay on top but is good to have if you need something asap. The only thing I would not recommend was the restaurant, I didn't really like the food and we were waiting around 1 hour for it to arrive. It was quite pricey as most of the things were described as ”to share”. My partner likes to eat different things so I didn't really like the concept of that menu.

Stayed here due to lack of options frankly when booking a hotel for Coron. It obviously fancies itself as a nice resort but it's slightly on the tacky side. To be clear, the staff are very nice and check in was smooth. The pool area resembles that of a slightly tacky European resort and isn't as fancy as it wants to be. The breakfast was lacking and pretty basic. The room is nice and clean. The resort is a bit far out of the town but that's not a bad thing. A tricycle is 40 pesos per person. The hotel transfer from the airport was more expensive than hotels which are closer to the town and so further from the airport! Overall it's fine but we stayed in another hotel in Coron after this one and preferred that one. I probably wouldn't stay here again. It's certainly not bad but not superb for the price.

The service in the hotel is great, the staff are very considerate and ask for your needs, and everyone is very enthusiastic! The meals are delicious, the menu has many choices, and the meals recommended by the staff are also great. The facilities are very comfortable and very suitable for diving. You can enjoy various services and beaches in the resort without diving. It is a very good place for vacation. Place 👍

Pros and cons. The island was great, we loved our stay at the cottage. But the service was not so good. Pros: - The island was great. Major plus points for the house reef and grass bed that attracts fish and sea turtles. There were birds and the monitor lizards on the island! - The view from our sunrise cottage was great. The rooms were clean and the toiletries complete. - Transport to and from the island went smoothly. - Massage was great! Cons: - We arrived at around 1pm (official check in time is 3pm). The staff told us they would call us when our room was ready. Many groups of arrivals were steadily being escorted to their rooms but not us. At 230pm I went back to the reception and was told our rooms had been ready earlier! But NO ONE let us know. At this point, they gave me the key card but no one made a move to escort us to our rooms and I had to ask if they could give us our luggage so we can go the room already before the receptionist accompanied us. - There is no comfortable place to wait or change clothes while waiting for your room. Basically people are sitting on the pool loungers in their pants/shoes from the airplane. - We signed up for the hike, we were told some one would text us to confirm time and meeting place, NO ONE called. - Basically, any time they tell you they'll call you, NO ONE did. I had to call multiple times and actually go the reception to get any response. - The restaurant was not full yet it was very hard to get the attention of any server. The food also took 30-40 minutes to serve. Kudos to the one lady server who served our lunch everyday for 3 days, she was the only one who helped us. - Used plates/utensils were left on the restaurant tables for a long time. We sat down as the neighboring party left and we were already done, their plates were still sitting on the table (being snacked on by the birds). This happened every meal (and we're slow eaters, at least 45 minutes). - Towels and plates/cups by the pool loungers also not cleared for hours. - Breakfast and dinner buffet were just okay. Nothing to write home about.

Super satisfied, highly recommend this hotel, the king of cost! Location: 5 minutes drive from Coron Town, 20-25P one person. Environment: The picture is consistent, we have set a deluxe room, although the hotel looks small, there is a hole in the sky, there is a beautiful swimming pool (free use of life jackets and ankles), as well as lounge chairs, swings, etc., elegant and pleasant. Service: The waiter is very polite, cleaning is super clean (remember to tip) Breakfast: The free breakfast is very rich, and it is not heavy every day, full! Equipment: There are safes, hair dryers, disposable toiletries, hot and cold water. From the hotel overlooking the sea, it is very beautiful, then the hotel also has a spa (on the opposite side of the two swings), behind the showcase selling jewelry in the hotel lobby is a small supermarket. If you want to buy daily necessities, but do not want to go to the town, go out of the hotel door and turn left to go 100 meters to have a canteen (cheap than the town), turn right is the road to the town. We enjoyed our stay at Two Seasons Coron. It was close to town proper and there available tuktuks outside the whole which was convenient. If you want to open the curtains and enjoy some sunlight, book facing the sea. Ours was by the road so every time we step out so hang something, we have an audience lol This is something I will consider again next time but over all, it was a pleasant stay. Please change your hand bar soap to just a bottle soap, for sustainability purposes. They already have shampoo, body wash and lotion and refillable bottles which was good to see. Bar soaps dont finish in 3 days, and a shame thinking were it will end up after use. Thanks!

This place is awesome. Great location. Right in the middle of Coron Town, in walking distance of shops, restaurants and tours. I didn't see any other accommodation at this standard near the town center, so it really stands out. In terms of the hotel itself, the architecture is really cool. Feels like you are staying in a Mexican drug lords mansion. The lagoon style swimming pool is also beautiful and a great place to hang. The highlight for me along with the location. Staff are great. Very friendly and helpful. Rooms are both spacious and clean. Restaurant food and breakfast were solid but not amazing. You could book tours through the hotel. Didn't do any myself but the prices and itineraries looked pretty standard. I personally went to the dock and organised directly with the boa**en. This enabled me to get a more tailored itinerary for a cheaper price. Understand this would be out of the comfort zone of some in which case, the hotel tours are a good option. I did get private transfers to and from the airport with the hotel. These were on time and fairly priced in a nice, air-conditioned van. In terms of opportunities, it would be great if the hotel invested in some new sunbeds. The furniture by the pool is pretty old. Useable but feels close to falling apart and looks poor, particularly next to such an amazing pool. Overall, I had an amazing stay and would thoroughly recommend the Corto Del Mar to anyone coming to Coron. Thanks, and see you next time.
