This hotel is indeed highly recommended for its scenic views and quite near to the Plaza Mayor de Armas. Highlight the cleanliness and spaciousness of the rooms, as well as the friendly and professional staff. The natural lighting and panoramic city and mountain views are definitely standout features! The room I got has a scenic view! Super worth the price, I’m telling you, you should get one with the scenic view if you stay here. And staff at the restaurant were so kind and accommodating.

I went in June(their winter) and the night is 2 celcius. the heater didnt work that much its freezing cold. However I got a junior suite with this fancy Jacuzzi!! They are far from everything but the cars from Indrive app is cheap so it didn't that matter.

The hotel is in a very good location, a 5-minute walk from the station. It is a good hotel in the local area. The environment inside and outside the hotel is good, and the rooms are relatively clean and spacious, but there is a damp smell that cannot be avoided in mountain hotels. Breakfast is very rich.

This is a lovely hotel very near to the train station with lots of restaurants next to it. Its also very conveniently to go to the bus station up to the citadel. The hotel staff are very friendly and accommodating. They even helped us get a really good guide for our visit to the incan city. Highly recommended

MMananxi_MXvery good! I didn't take a lot of photos, but I probably told you about it! First of all, I went to Machu Picchu to stay in Hot Water Town for one night. The town was really small, so this hotel looked far from the station. It took only 3 minutes to walk. I got off the train station and walked uphill. The hotel is four stars, the lobby reception service is very good, there is free hot tea bags for you to drink, there is an elevator with luggage storage service, the room is large, and the bed for two people is almost Queen size. Room facilities are complete: electric fans, heating, blankets It is worth mentioning: Wi-Fi is particularly easy to use, the meeting is very smooth; the faucet is large, the bath is very happy! Watching the river at night to sleep, the white noise of sleep aid Breakfast was too early to experience, but the hotel staff were very enthusiastic and patient. After returning from Machu Picchu, we rested in the lobby and charged to the train station to return to Ouyutai. The price is also very affordable, in short, the experience is very good 😘 recommend everyone to come

GGuest UserThe staff in this place are the most considerate, friendly, and helpful people I have ever came across in a hotel while travelling. The room had everything I needed and was clean and comfortable. I had a light meal when I first arrived and it was very good. The only issue (I was reluctant to bring it up to the staff because they were so nice) was the shower having warm water and not hot water.
