2-Star Hotels in Valencian Community, Spain

Didn't stay at the hotel, tried to cancel, but non refundable. Reason for not staying was Wizz Air cancelled my flight, so unable to provide a review other than neutral

The room is very spacious and elegantly decorated without losing its modern feel. The beds are particularly comfortable and you can have a safe sleep every night. The sea view on the balcony is even more refreshing. I wake up every morning to see the endless sea. This is one of the most enjoyable parts of me. The service at the hotel was impeccable, from the front desk to room service, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. I had several times to need extra towels and toiletries, and the hotel staff delivered to the room very quickly and the efficiency was impressive.

The main thing is that it is close to the airport. Go right from the airport, go up to a pedestrian-only viaduct, and walk to the opposite side to arrive. It takes about ten minutes. There is a Lidle supermarket and a subway station near the hotel. The attitude of the hotel front desk is OK. But there may be insufficient staff, so there is no room service. The room is quite big, but you have to get the quilt from the front desk yourself, and there are no slippers. There is no coffee machine, kettle, disposable sanitary products, cups, in short, nothing. We only stayed for one and a half nights and got up in the middle of the night to catch the plane. This is really convenient.

A great value for the price. I had a single bed in the room, a locker with a padlock, and shared toilets and showers. The rooms and toilets were clean and well-equipped – bed linen, towels, soap, and shampoo were provided for everyone. A fantastic value for the price. The hostel also has a café where you can buy coffee and breakfast at a reasonable price. I recommend it.

The room was noisy because it faced the main street; we could barely sleep. The bathroom had a leak and smelled of sewage. They moved us to another room, but in the new one, the air conditioning unit kept sputtering all night. The breakfast is very basic and not worth the price.

Location: 10/5 just next to the train station and very close to most of the attraction area around 25 - 30 mins. And 1 hour to the airport. Safety: 3/5 be aware that there is no separate locker in the bedroom however there is a locker room where you can store your big luggage but there is no way to prove the owner as everyone just get the key enter the room and take whatever they want. There is no staff monitor the luggage storage so I end up kept my luggage inside my bedroom and I experienced one of the lady in my room approached my luggage twice but she ran away when she found that I catch her hence I need to keep my luggage on my bed on chained it. Amenities: 1/5 no towel, no soap Facilities: 3/5 to shared for 20 peoples you have 2 toilet and 2 shower room however the cooking area and social area is nice. Recommend for those who spend less time in accommodation and carry less stuff or non-valuable item. Be caution if you stay in 10 bunk beds room you may face a difficulty in sleeping as at the night many people keep getting in and out and make a noise even there is a rule to reduce the noise after 10 but obviously not all traveller following that.

Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the room was spotless. We couldn’t fault it. The bathroom was shared so there was always someone cleaning the rooms and the bathroom. The bathroom had a slight smell coming from the drainage but other than that, I couldn’t fault the cleanliness Location: It was a little difficult to find at first since they don’t have any signs on the outside, but when your walking on that street, you have to look through the door glass to see if you’ve got the right hotel. Service: The staff at the desk were lovely. Sadly they have a set time when they are at the desk. After midnight there is no one on site, other than a phone number to call incase you need anything, which can be a problem for those who don’t have a Spanish number like us. Amenities: they had only one towel for me and my partner to use for one night. Downside: we wanted to stay one night to see how the place is, before we booked additional nights and we’re glad we didn’t booked additional nights. The capsule wasn’t sound proof, which we was aware, but the fact it had a quiet policy in place is what attracted us to experience the capsule. Sadly around 11pm not just me, but the neighbouring capsule experience a couple making loud intimate sounds in there capsule. We decided to give them there privacy but after half n hour it was beginning to bother me a lot as I needed to sleep. So I went to the front counter and there was no one at 2330 at the desk, just a phone number to ring. Which I couldn’t ring as I didn’t have a Spanish phone number. So me and the other neighbour capsule had to put up a sleepless night till the early morning. I did complain to the staff upon check out and she was really lovely and understood how I felt. It was a shame there was no one at night who I could have spoken to, otherwise I only had good things to say about this place

The service was very nice. The staff was friendly and gave us some advice on things to do in Valencia and where to find them. I was very pleased with everything except the bathroom it stinked very much. Other than that it was a good stay. I recommend it.

Just one thing. I don't understand that they have a sticker on the bunk bed not to use children under 6 years old and in my reservation I already said that my daughter was 15 years old and they gave me that type of auxiliary bed. If I hadn't supported the weight, whose fault would it be?

The property is in a quiet, quiet location. The room, while a bit small, is fine for a short trip. Cleanliness and service are good.
