Mi experiencia fue muy mala ya que hice la reserva pensando que iba al hotel como todo el mundo busca descansar y relajarme. Y fue todo lo contrario porque la app trip en ningún momento me avisó que estaban en obras y mi sorpresa fue al llegar allí y ver que estaban en obras y no poder descansar ya que estaban con el motopico y picando haciendo ruido por la mañana y tarde y a las 08:00 de la mañana otra vez volvían a enganchar a picar. Fue una estancia horrorosa. Por mucho que me queje a Trip nada cambio. Tengo otra reserva que hice antes de pasarme esto con ellos y será la ultima reserva que haga con ellos.

L'hotel est gérée par une personne qui se met en scene, crie, hurle. L'espace commun est envahi par ses relations alcoolisées et bruyantes. (bruit qui monte dans les chambres). Ne répond pas au mail, pas de petit déjeuner possible, placard dans les chambres qui nécessite un cadenas personnel. L'hotel est par contre bien situé (proximité de la gare ferroviere et bus).

It is a simple city hotel in a great location. Close to the main tram station, the harbor, museums, the beach, everything within walking distance. The room was perfectly clean, if a bit old-fashioned. But everything was well furnished. Large closet. Overall enough space, beds were quite narrow but OK. Good shower. Everything was excellent for the price.

Very good service, excellent natural juice, which many 4-star hotels don't have 😄 It's very good and very modern, with details that are highly appreciated. Coffee and water 24 hours a day 😄

very good location which next to the train station of Valencia Nor, convenient to go sightseeing the city main spots both in the north-eastern part of old town and ancient heritages or in the south-eastern part of symbolic sport like science park and so on. but the hotel does not provide bottle water and is not equipped with any hot pot to boil water for tea or coffee (there is only a small coffee machine at the lobby entrance that NOT free to its guests that make guests like us NOT feel home stay.

Cleanliness: The cleanliness of the room was spotless. We couldn’t fault it. The bathroom was shared so there was always someone cleaning the rooms and the bathroom. The bathroom had a slight smell coming from the drainage but other than that, I couldn’t fault the cleanliness Location: It was a little difficult to find at first since they don’t have any signs on the outside, but when your walking on that street, you have to look through the door glass to see if you’ve got the right hotel. Service: The staff at the desk were lovely. Sadly they have a set time when they are at the desk. After midnight there is no one on site, other than a phone number to call incase you need anything, which can be a problem for those who don’t have a Spanish number like us. Amenities: they had only one towel for me and my partner to use for one night. Downside: we wanted to stay one night to see how the place is, before we booked additional nights and we’re glad we didn’t booked additional nights. The capsule wasn’t sound proof, which we was aware, but the fact it had a quiet policy in place is what attracted us to experience the capsule. Sadly around 11pm not just me, but the neighbouring capsule experience a couple making loud intimate sounds in there capsule. We decided to give them there privacy but after half n hour it was beginning to bother me a lot as I needed to sleep. So I went to the front counter and there was no one at 2330 at the desk, just a phone number to ring. Which I couldn’t ring as I didn’t have a Spanish phone number. So me and the other neighbour capsule had to put up a sleepless night till the early morning. I did complain to the staff upon check out and she was really lovely and understood how I felt. It was a shame there was no one at night who I could have spoken to, otherwise I only had good things to say about this place

It was the first hostel of my life that I booked without expectation because I just thought of sleeping, but I met really good friends and had a good time!! The interior is so pretty, the reception is very friendly, the Watts app group informs the event, and there is a road trip QR on the bulletin board.
