Very convenient location near Gaisano Mall and easy access to transportation. Basic hotel with good Aircon and Wall mounted TV. No hot shower and no elevator.
Best hotel in Molave, and the most expensive. Excellent rooms, excellent service, they have good wifi and really hot water. They also have a good restaurant downstairs. I'll bet 4 stars only because in my last 2 days of stay, wifi was bad and there was no hot water.

The room 208 where we stayed is spacious. With window but we can't open. The air conditioning was good. We had television, a cabinet, a table, and a monoblock chair. We also had two towel. The cabinet had one hanger that was fixed there. We didn't have other means to hang our clothes. The shower has heater. Just takes time to work. Though it leaks for a while after you close it. The CR also had a sink and a mirror. But we didn't have soap in the CR.
We didn't have breakfast there. I don't think it's included.
If you need room service, you need to tell them.
The location is near the convention center and the boulevard, and just walking distance to the church, and the lakwatsa souvenir shop.
It's not far from the airport either. All places in the city can be reached via trike. Just 15 pesos fare. Except from and to the airport. It's 300 pesos.
The hotel location is very good.
The unforgettable experience, the room that I booked was given to walk in customers which ended up me and my children sleeping at the hotel lobby waiting for 7 hours (1 am to 8am, I pre alerted that it's an early check in due to our travel time schedule).
Thanks to the night shift staff (I forgot the lady staff name, but I still remember her face) who ensured that we would get a clean room by 8am. It was the day shift staff that released my room booking.
Still we will book again in the future.
Recommendable. Just need to call one day before arrival to ensure booking is secured.
Service rates as good for the lady staff that assisted us.
Recommendation: pls invest in changing all the towels and bedsheets it is obvious that need to replace to look clean.
Thank you.
Nice place to stay. Near in boulevard and sourrounded of restobars if you like eating and drinking. Not difficult to find foods. Internet is good but not at all due to many users .
A quaint hotel. Historic and lovely. It used to be an ancestral house of the Sagario clan. You can really feel the charm, soul, and the vibe.
It is not far from the plaza and cathedral, too.
Breakfast can be improved. Corned Beef is not healthy. Maybe you can think of other options.
Some ACs are very noisy. Improve this.
Jjsun1The hotel is located in a busy city, shopping and eating is convenient. A bit far from the airport. You can take 70 pesos on a tricycle. I didn't have a peso at the time. The police uncle helped me with the tricycle driver and spent a dollar to the hotel. The front desk service was not bad, and the room given was not listed online. The guard led to the nearby building. There was no window in the room, and it was requested to change the window. It took an hour to get it. The room is very spacious, the health is not bad, the building is very old. The shower is a family-style electric shower. It is equivalent to the level of hotel guest houses in China. The noise outside the window is too loud. The cars that run are jeepnets or trucks. The population density of Zamboanga is too high, and it is estimated that there will be no quiet hotel wherever you live.

EElyasGood room for that price.
Nothing fancy , just a bed with mattress and two plastic chairs .
Water pressure very low, good luck taking shower.
No elevator to 3rd or 4th floor, so watch out for your knees.
Overall ok.
