Really enjoyed our stay. Close to the train station, you can get the tram very easily and close to nice cafes and Resturants. The pool was nice to visit in the afternoons when it got hot with a great view. However it’s much smaller than it looks in the photos. Highly recommend this hotel to those visiting Florence

The hotel's facilities exude a charming, classic elegance! The balcony room was a huge plus for drying clothes, which is incredibly important for travelers. Breakfast was simple, with no hot options. However, I really enjoyed the variety of sliced hams they offered, a true local specialty. Sipping English black tea while assembling bread with those colorful ham slices and a couple of cheese slices was an absolute delight! Florence is beautiful. These experiences will become cherished memories for us. Thank you!

哇塞這個酒店真的太棒了，超出了預期。首先位置很方便，在一條小街上，這條街兩頭都有中國餐館，一頭出去是火車站，另一頭出去就是美第奇禮拜堂和聖勞倫左教堂⛪。位置很方便，很接近古城的中心位置了。所有工作人員態度也都特別好。入住時，前台小哥熱情友好，英語流利，還主動提供了地圖🗺，給我在地圖上講我們所處的位置，以及佛羅倫薩所有主要景點的位置，怎麼走，走多遠，由近至遠介紹了從酒店怎麼走到美第奇禮拜堂，聖母百花大教堂⛪，聖十字教堂，烏菲斯美術館，老橋，米開朗琪羅廣場，還給我介紹從米開朗琪羅廣場可以坐公交回來，超級詳細，還貼心提醒了當天週一美術館沒開門，太周到了，比那些景點的臭臉意大利人好太多了，一聽就懂。房間和前台沒在一棟樓裏，房間在對面的一棟樓裏，辦理入住後一位帥氣壯實的小哥帶我從前台去對面的房間，路上還主動給我介紹這棟樓是新裝修的才一年，房間都很新，一路把我帶進了房間，為我介紹房間內設施，好喜歡他😍 恨不得和他就地在房間內大戰一場。房間內是智能控制的，桌上有燒水壺，還有平板，和圖片裏一模一樣。房間很大，空間很寬敞，洗手間也超級大，淋浴間也超級大能站三個人，這剛裝修的就是好，甚至有一種奢華的感覺，很有品味，住的超級舒服。房間太舒服，以至於都不想出去逛景點了，衹想躺在舒適的房間裏吹空調。早餐在前台所處的那棟樓裏，早餐廳不大，飯很温馨，有各種麪包🍞點心，火腿，雞蛋香腸，選擇不大，但也能吃。第二天退房後也是拐幾個彎就到火車站了，很方便。總之真的很推薦這家酒店。

I recently stayed at Popartment in Florence, and overall, it was a great experience. The room was incredibly spacious, providing plenty of room to relax after a day of exploring the city. The amenities offered were more than sufficient, making the stay comfortable. I particularly appreciated the kitchen area, which allowed for some light cooking. The breakfast provided was decent, with a good selection to start the day. The neighborhood around Popartment was quiet and serene, which made for peaceful evenings, yet it was conveniently close to restaurants and shops. A short walk to the tram stop made it easy to access the city's main attractions, and the nearby establishments provided a variety of options for dining and shopping. The one area where improvement could be made is with housekeeping. While it’s understandable that the room isn't cleaned daily, I would recommend at least providing a service to take away the trash regularly. Overall, Popartment is a solid choice for anyone looking for a spacious, well-located, and peaceful stay in Florence.

The hotel is new, has great bed sheets, towels etc. The staff is great. Location is ok, it will take you 20 minutes to walk to tourist districts. Took breakfast once, it’s not bad, but there are no hot options (like omelette or scrambled eggs etc), there are basically just pastries and cold cuts. There are few coffee shops around that I enjoyed. The complimentary tea station is located in every floor of the hotel, so there is no tea or coffee in the room (there is no free coffee, but you can order it at a bar) All in all, I liked it. It’s very new, very clean and very friendly.

Завтрак, это что-то, столько всего, что мы даже не знали, что выбрать, свежевыжатый сок из фруктов, несколько видов мясных деликатесов региона, очень много фруктов, свежая выпечка. Номер в винтажном стиле, я такие люблю, для меня это очень красиво, есть общая кухня. Бассейн, котики, лошади, это был очень приятный опыт.

First off, its proximity to Florence train station is unbeatable – just a 3-5 minute walk from the exit. There's a bus stop right outside for easy transit, and a street with plenty of Chinese restaurants is also within walking distance. Check-in was quick and smooth. The body lotion, frequently mentioned in other reviews, was indeed excellent – a reputable Italian brand provided daily. I specifically chose this hotel for its modern aesthetic, as I'm not fond of old-fashioned, dim lighting, so this place was perfect. Do note that the shower is located inside the bathtub. I booked two days prior, and the price was 1300, which included breakfast. What's more, the breakfast was the best I had throughout my entire European trip (even some pricier hotels had disappointing breakfasts). The options here were particularly well-suited for a 'Chinese palate.' Although the dining area isn't large, there was a slender, curly-haired girl working there who was incredibly cute and enthusiastic, radiating energy (the 'cool and cute girl' in the picture). She greeted everyone warmly. Breakfast offerings included fresh fruit, a variety of tea bags and coffee, and perfectly cooked soft-scrambled eggs. There was also a delicious triangular-shaped egg dish. The front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful. What truly impressed me was the security; you need to swipe your room key card to enter the main building after hours, which made me feel very safe. My only minor gripes were that the air conditioning blew directly on us, making it quite chilly, and complimentary drinking water was not provided.

The hotel is very close to the train station. Service was good. The room was quite small, but it felt surprisingly cozy, and all amenities were well-stocked. I was told it wouldn't earn IHG points, but I later noticed some bonus points had been added to my account. The restaurant was decent. Breakfast was okay, though it did get a bit repetitive after having it for many days. Many places are within walking distance, and public transport is also easily accessible. There's a Five Guys right outside the train station, and their extra Cajun fries are delicious!

This hotel is very bad. I booked breakfast with breakfast, but I didn’t give me a breakfast coupon. I went to the designated place to eat breakfast. The restaurant staff said that I needed a breakfast coupon, but the hotel staff did not take the initiative to give it to me. This is very bad. You can't treat guests like this!
