The water house is really great. The resort has a boat shuttle so you don't have to worry about transportation. Three meals are also included in the package, and the food is quite fresh. The weather was very good for the two days of vacation, so the sea water was very clear and transparent. I couldn't wait to go to the sea after putting down my luggage. What's surprising is that you can go directly into the water in the water house!!! In addition, there are many water recreational facilities, such as snorkeling, glass boats, sea swings, etc. I won't list them one by one. Overall, I am quite satisfied.

A homestay in a small town is amazing. The venue is very large, the room is a single-family house, and the room is also very large. The facilities are very complete and friendly. I don’t think I have ever written a review of a hotel. I returned home from Semporna after a transfer in the middle of the night, but my heart was still in the water house in Semporna. It was my first time to Malaysia. I saw that this water villa was new and had high ratings, so I booked it with the mentality of giving it a try. The result was really beyond my expectations. The thoughtful arrangements made by the Chinese butler, the clean yacht for pick-up and drop-off, and the warm and honest black people all made our anxiety turn into peace of mind. Along the way, everyone was amazed by the jelly-like ocean, the clearly visible starfish, and the various small fishes everywhere. The clean rooms, the quiet environment with only six rooms, the fresh and hygienic dishes, the fun of being able to go down from the public area to play in the water and catch crabs at any time, the simple black people who took close care of us while diving and took us to visit the Bajau people, all left our family with a good impression of Semporna and even Malaysia. Because the sun is too strong and the lighting for taking pictures is not good, let the beautiful scenery be recorded in your eyes and heart. I highly recommend staying at this hotel when you go to Semporna. It's such a great experience.

Staying here was a truly memorable experience. The resort is set in a serene location with a picturesque lake where you can fish and even take a boat ride around. The unique touch of being able to bring your catch to the kitchen and have the chef cook it up for dinner was a real highlight. You can also buy fresh seafood from the local market and ask the chef to prepare it however you like for a very reasonable fee. The food, prepared by the owner and chef who hail from Guangdong, was the best I’ve tasted in Semporna. Each dish was bursting with flavor, showcasing authentic Chinese cuisine at its finest. The resort is about 15 minutes from Semporna town, but they offer a free shuttle service to and from the town, which makes it incredibly convenient for guests. At night, there’s outdoor karaoke under the stars, creating a fun and relaxing atmosphere. Overall, the resort had a homely vibe, with the owner and staff going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The resort itself is new, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. I felt right at home the entire time. The peaceful surroundings, combined with excellent service and food, made this a perfect getaway. To note that the staff mainly communicates in Mandarin, so knowing a bit of the language would be helpful. I stayed here for a night after a 5 day dive trip and this was the perfect place to unwind and relax. I loved my stay so much that I can’t wait to return. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing retreat in Semporna!

The hotel is in a great location, with a large supermarket at the door and the seafood market close by. The room is warmly decorated and fully equipped. The key is that the boss is very nice and enthusiastic. We stayed for two days and felt very comfortable. Recommended!

We did not expect such a small private property of hotel with this cheap price can provide so lovely and clean room , room is super clean , not very big but enough for 2 person and with all basic equipment that u need , simple breakfast and helpful staff , everything is good , will come back again if have chance .

Xingxing Meiya is undoubtedly a dream place with great cost-effectiveness. When the customer service talked about this place, they praised its excellent water quality and the diving experience. After experiencing it personally, it is true. Here, time seems to slow down and is full of leisure. Leaning on the balcony, the magnificent sea view and the intoxicating sunset afterglow are intertwined into a painting, which comes into view. After carefully dressing up, strolling in the meantime, the moments that are randomly frozen are all poetic pictures. After returning, the sea breeze gently caresses your face, bringing the tenderness of the sea. Dive into snorkeling and embrace the ocean intimately. If you are eager to explore the deeper underwater world, professional deep diving services can also meet this expectation. The clean and tidy little house at the accommodation is like a pure land on earth, eliminating the disturbance of mosquitoes and water snakes. Every night is in a peaceful sleep, which is intoxicating. Here, I sincerely recommend this paradise on earth to everyone, and I hope you can also come here to feel its unique charm.

11/10 would book again. Super clean, lots of amenities (stove, laundry, kitchen), free bread and instant noodles. Staff are super friendly and accommodating. Best accommodation for its price point, highly highly recommend!!
