4-Star Hotels in Uttar Pradesh, India

I was happy with the room service staff; they were excellent. However, I was disappointed with the bed. I had to request a sheet change as they were dirty, but thankfully, it was taken care of promptly. The room service person was great to deal with—constantly on the move, attending to other rooms as well. Hats off to him! That said, the drainage system needs improvement. Water was clogging up, and the toilets were not flushing properly. Additionally, there were no shampoo or conditioner amenities available for guests.

The overall hotel is not bad, in Varanasi is a cost-effective hotel, the room is clean, the location is OK, not far from the various attractions, the only bad thing is that the waiter level is worrying, the instant noodles in the front desk, actually I do not know The situation opened up.

The hotel environment is great, clean, no odor, and very comfortable. Location in a downtown area with Burger King next to it

Pool was under maintenance, we weren’t informed, could have used the space of the swimming material for something else in our luggage. For the rest you get what you see on the reservation ☺️

The front desk was very friendly and it was within walking distance (about 30 minutes) to tourist sites such as Agra Fort and the Taj Mahal, so I was happy with this hotel. There is a Chinese/Thai restaurant in the hotel, but I couldn't eat breakfast there because I had an early morning train...

Excellent location, very clean and fairly efficient service. Breakfast was decent too. Masks were not enforced throughout the property, unfortunately.

The breakfast is exquisite and the taste is very good. The buffet at night is also very good and the price is cheap. The room was clean and would not feel dirty like other hotels. This is the best experience in the whole of India, even more than the service of many five-star hotels in Delhi. Because of the air, the eyes were swollen, just arrived at the store early, and asked the front desk if there was a hospital nearby. As a result, the hotel arranged for the handlebar to be sent to the eye clinic, and then sent someone to pick it up. Going to the station the next day, there is also a free delivery station, in short, thank you very much for the hotel staff, everyone is super nice!

It was really good experience with this hotel. Last week same in Lucknow i visited GINGER. but i will suggest you guys plz don’t go there coz that hotel is like Lodge. Very bad bed. Everything is ******** in GINGER. But this week while returning from delhi to Darbhanga by road. I choose GOLDEN TULIP.AND I AM TEALLY VERY HAPPY. Infact ginger charged me 4500 per night. And Ginger is lower is price. But amenities are awesome. I recommend u all guys visit this hotel once.

Hi the hotel was very good as I had booked this for my parents but the only problem was they were asked to pay for the room which I had already pre paid through trip.com . Even after showing them the receipt and booking details they were still insisting on paying telling that they haven't received any payment .
