The hotel was good . Location wise it’s best one, close to Tajmahal east gate . Also , the amenities provided were quite better.  But for our case it took 2 hour late checkin , the hotel haven’t prepare the room in advance; we checked in around 12:30 pm, but to get enter the room it took 2 hours for us. Anyways , we understand the situation. But It would be much better if the hotel staff prepare the room in advance and don’t let the guest wait .  Overall I had a good experience, I would recommend for a family , friend , couple stay .

Pros: 24-hour front desk service, about a 15-20 minute walk to the Taj Mahal. Breakfast is served on the lowest floor with a good variety of food. Cons: The instructions given by the hotel front desk were unclear; they told us we couldn't enter the Taj Mahal after 5:30 PM, but we found out entry was actually permitted until 6:15 PM. The hotel is located on the basement level, so there's no natural light. There were flies in the restaurant, which made it feel unsanitary. Summary: Overall, it was just average. This is the best and cleanest hotel we stayed at in Jaipur. We spent 2 nights here. The guy at the reception was nice and helped us. We received a very warm welcome, with flower garlands placed around our necks. The hotel is very clean. The breakfast is delicious and varied.

Our first room was noisy next door, and I couldn't sleep after being woken up early in the morning, so I asked to change rooms, and they immediately accommodated us. Thanks to that, we had a very relaxed stay. This hotel is ideally located with a rooftop bar offering views of the Taj Mahal, and it's within walking distance. However, it might not be suitable for those who prefer local restaurants.

Hotel Taj Resorts is a great choice if you’re visiting the Taj Mahal. The location is excellent, less than 1km from the East Gate, making it easy to reach the monument early in the morning. On clear days, the rooftop restaurant even offers views of the Taj Mahal. The rooms are on the smaller side, and the property feels a bit dated with older furnishings and facilities, but everything was clean and worked well. Breakfast offered a good variety of options, and the staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist.

Breakfast in the morning was very good with restaurant staff very approachable. Welcome reception was good too. However, room wasn’t cleaned and I felt it was below the standard of 3/4 star hotel. The rooms are very outdated and stains all over the bathroom. The bed sheets, blanket cover, towel were all very worn out and stained. With its current standard, I wouldn’t return back to this hotel should I visit Agra again. I hope this feedback will help the hotel and trip.com to raise the standard of this hotel.
