I had a very satisfying experience at a hotel I recently visited. First of all, the check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff was friendly and professional. I was impressed by their considerate attitude toward customers.
The room was spacious and clean, and the bedding was very comfortable, so I was able to rest well. The bathroom was clean, and the amenities were all I needed. The Wi-Fi speed was fast, so I had no problems working or watching videos.
The breakfast buffet had a variety of menus and was fresh, and the food tasted great. The swimming pool and gym were cleanly maintained, so I felt comfortable the whole time I was there. The hotel was also close to major tourist attractions, so it was convenient to get around.
However, the soundproofing was a bit disappointing, so I could hear a little noise from the next room, and there was a little noise when the air conditioner was running. If only these aspects were improved, it would be a perfect stay.
Overall, I had a comfortable and satisfying time, and it was a hotel I would like to visit again.
Staff at Shilla Stay Jeonju was awesome! Hae Sun and her colleagues including her manager was super friendly and helpful. Location is good at an area which is walkable distance from the Hanok Village yet quiet area for resting. There is a GS25 located right outside hotel too!
Good location, very close to the train station. 3 mins walking distance. The room was clean but the only problem was that it was really loud near the lift. I'd advise to get a room far away from the lift if you dont want to be woken up early morning bcause of the noise in the corridor and the lift. The hotel should have a signage or sth in the lift area to be quiet and mindful of other rooms and guests. Other than that all staff was very friendly and nice.
The hotel is very nice, clean and have good service. I had a suite which was great, except that no TV in living room section and TV only in bedroom. The breakfast buffet was likely very great for Koreans, but not very international oriented. Bread section pure and no cheese or ham and limited jam. Fruit section was extremely poor and selection of juice limited.
It is near Jeonju Hanok Village and the water pressure is really great. The staff's service spirit is also great. I use it often. The cleaning was a bit lacking, but it's okay.
Hotel location is superb - right smack in the middle of all those short hanok houses, giving a wonderful and fabulous hanok view as promised by the room. Why go to expensive rooftop cafes to get the view when you can just wake up to it??
An excellent and cost-effective place to stay if you want to be near all the hanok attractions but don't want to sleep on thin tatami mats on the hard wooden floors!
I got two twin bed rooms. There are three of us including a friend. I think it is a good value for money accommodation. If you call the taxi number in front of the hotel front desk, it will come right away and you will arrive downtown in 5 minutes.
Because of the hot water pool, I kept steaming the place I wanted to go to, finally going! I wanted to stay for consecutive nights, but I failed, but I was looking forward to the deluxe family room because it was open in October, but it seems that the ondol room was just changed to a bed room😂 Still, it was spacious and clean, and I liked the room service, so I had a great time! The hot water pool is really the hottest ever~ I had a good time playing very warmly until the closing time♥️
I think it's okay. The location is good and the scenery is nice.
I would like to visit again as it seems to be a cost-effective accommodation. The room seems larger than I thought.
This was a really fun and wholesome experience. Although the Korean auntie cannot speak English our communication was easy and she was very helpful. She also gave fresh fruit on arrival and the room had Netflix which was a great addition. It’s located in the village and a cool hanok experience.

AAileenzscIt's just the floor, but the key is that there is no floor heating, it's cold! First time experience, not good. Breakfast is not bad, fresh fruits, many samples, good dining environment. Stayed in this hotel many times, the front desk service is very enthusiastic.

TTatiana KalińskaThe property seems to have seen its best days. It looks neglected. Some places in the room haven't been cleaned for a long time (e.g. the hood in the kitchen). The floor was stained with paint. The guesthouse looks completely different in the photos. It's a pity because the place undoubtedly has potential.

BBri.LAn unforgettable stay! Everything was meticulously designed, from the large bathtub, the massage chair, the projector, the geneva speaker, the rotating tv etc.. A truly seamless experience👍🏻 The place is also so clean and tidy. Wish that we had booked 2 more nights here!
GGuest UserThe facility is old, but it was okay to stay there. However, the pillows smelled so bad. Those staying here should bring their own pillows. ㅋㅋㅋ And I think the veranda needs to be cleaned. There were a lot of spider webs and dead bugs. If you spray some bleach in the bathroom, all the mold will disappear. I wonder why they don't clean it;;
