Location is perfect, central to everything. Rooms are nice and clean. Breakfast is great and staff were excellent. Fridge is useless, we asked reception to send someone to fix or look at it but no one turned up. Otherwise, it was a good stay

The property is in a great location. Near to Karol Bagh. Good access to all means of transport. The property looks clean and hygiene. This was my 3rd stay. But i didn’t have that great experience this time. The rooms allotted had some issues with bathroom and a little bit of hygiene. Even after complain there was not much of a resolution. But over all the rooms looks good and new. And the staffs are well behaved and friendly.

GGuest UserI had stayed 5 nights, room size is fine, small tv and mobile network is very bad inside room and hotel wifi user id and password you have to go to reception to get it everyday morning. Room toiletries available only if you ask them specifically tooth kit and shaving kit, room service food menu price is more than 7 star hotel price. You stay one night in case if you have to catch flight early morning overall experience not bad and breakfast food menu could have been better. Surprised to see lot of foreigners staying in this hotel facilities available not worth

2. The cleanliness of the room is not as clean as it should be. The chair covers are very old and torn.
3. The refrigerator is not cold and is very old.
4. The safe cannot be locked because the battery in the safe does not have a battery.
5. When delivering the room to the customer, the staff should check the cleanliness, completeness of the appliances such as the refrigerator, safe, and bedroom to see if they are ready for use. The room is quite old and not worth the price paid at 3,600 baht per night.

Breakfast at the hotel was satisfying, offering a range of Indian dishes that gave us a flavorful start to the day.
Overall, a comfortable and practical stay for travelers.

The place is close to IGI Airport. I booked a room with a Queen Bed, as it was the only one available at the time of my booking, which was a day before my travel. Given that I was traveling with my wife, the bed felt too small for us.
The room and the washroom were clean and well provided for in terms of shampoo and body lotions. The room and washroom sizes are somewhat tight, but for a night or two, not bad.
The breakfast buffet spread was both generous and varied - from continental to North India (parathas, poori-bhaji), South India (dosas, chutney, sambhar) and West India (pav-bhaji), the dishes were deliciously cooked.
Areas of improvement:
1. Please provide for chappals in the room; and
2. Please have your housekeeping guys keep the passages clear of used cutlery from food served in the rooms;
3. Please make use of better air-freshener in the passages - we stayed on the 3rd floor (#304) and felt that the walk from the elevator to the room could have felt better with the use of a good air freshener.

KkhanabdulClose to the airport and metro station. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Paid 500Rs. to check in early after my flight arrived early morning, and they brought me breakfast. The food was good value and tasted delicious. Ceiling fan directly above the bed was well needed! Comfy bed
