Clean, comfortable and well located in Aerocity. Of course it’s not as fancy as the more expensive options in aerocity, but the service was friendly, room was clean and acceptable, and breakfast was delicious with lots of good (and some healthy) options.

Everything is okay except the breakfast, which look like rubbish!

I had a terrible experience at the front desk at few different times.   1. My friend was visiting me at the hotel for about 15 minutes and they got us back out of the elevator to the front desk just so they can see or register her ID only for 15 minutes.  2. They were asking that they’re going to charge me more just because my friend was visiting me after 10 PM only for 15 minutes they were trying to charge.  3. I stood at the lobby at the front desk for 18 minutes just so I can check out they were so busy doing other things.  So I just left my keys and I just took off because I had to catch a flight   I probably won’t be going back to Novotel  anymore

They accommodated all my request. Best part is the location, everything is within your reach and the staff seems to be well trained. Highly recommended.

I will recommend to all .They made my birthday very special .As it was my birthday they provided us complimentary buffet dinner for us and plus they provided us birthday cake for me to make my birthday special .I cant thank enough to them to make my birthday and our stay special.Looking forward to celebrate more such occasions in future with them. I was in New Delhi for and single night and upon recommendations from friends I decided to book this place. I love that it wasn’t very far from the airport and it was definitely very close to the center of Delhi with so many tourist attractions and shopping options and food places around within walking distance. The staff are very Very helpful and made sure that my stay there was pleasant. I had an early morning flight and the staff Packed my breakfast for me too.

Good room and general cleanliness, location is slightly out of the main areas in Delhi although just beside metro, breakfast options adequate but staff could be more helpful

Hotel is very old. Lobby is very nice but rooms need major upgrading. Booked 2 rooms. Staffs are nice. Ut they just are not ysed to smiling at guests. But request were fulfilled even if not immediate.

The food was so delicious. they have chinese dish as well. Hotel staff help us to land phone charger. Really helpful. Thanks. Overall i would says, this is best hotel to stay in delhi.
