excellent all around. The best hotel i have stayed at so far. Some comments had been made about the glass frontage to the bathroom. The hotel could easily put up a black out curtain so any guests with concerns could slide the curtain across.
The hotel is generally good, relatively clean and comfortable, and the room type is relatively small compared to other hotels in Europe at the same price. It can not be small, the surrounding is very quiet, the facilities are relatively new, the travel family travel friends travel, etc. are very suitable, will choose next time. The front desk staff is very welcoming.

The hotel is right across the main train station as well as local and regional public transportation services. There are a lot of restaurants and a couple of supermarkets nearby. The Old Town can be easily reached on foot or by tram. My hotel room is very clean and quiet. 5-star from me, highly recommended.
The price of the hotel in Graz seems to be really not cheap, more expensive than many cities in Germany. This hotel has lived before. The location is OK, the surrounding business district has to walk a little. Hotel staff is more enthusiastic.
The location is on the outskirts of Graz. It is best to drive there. The room facilities are good, and everything should be available. If you go to check in on a non-working day, remember to call for the password and pick up the room card yourself.

Everything just so good. I love the room with a bath tub. We went to their restaurant for dinner too. Their cocktails taste so good and the food are nice too. We had a nice time with them =) other than that Graz is just an amazing city with many beautiful building.
The hotel has a good environment, warm front desk service, very close to the train station, 500 meters walk, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and SPA.

GGuest UserGraz, as the second largest city in Austria, does not have a five-star hotel. I conservatively chose Mercure, a chain owned by Accor.
The front desk was friendly and spoke fluent English. Billa is next door, which is very convenient and close to the old town. The sofa bed in the family suite can be made for children to sleep on.
Basically, it is at the level of domestic business hotels, and the breakfast is relatively simple.
MMJ98Nice and clean room, pretty spacious and enough for two people. The negative was that it was not clear that you must pay an additional €20+ euros per person for breakfast (which we declined) and that the items in the mini bar are not free (I suspected as much so I did not consume anything, however there were no prices listed on the items so I wouldn't blame anyone who assumed they were complimentary).
YYeva_shineGreat hotel just 4 minutes from main train station in Graz.
Brand new, very comfy stylish room, great size and amazing bed.
Very nice gym with the view.
Unfortunately we had dirty cups in the room during checking.

AAndrew B SorensenWe choose this hotel to stay for our weekend at the Red Bull Rung for the MotoGP. It is a thirty minute drive and was reasonably priced compared to the other options closer to the track.
The room was nice and the meals were good, the service was outstanding. Highly recommended
FFANGI deliberately chose this historic hotel. Although the facilities are a bit old, the interior is beautiful, the room and bathroom are large, and the refrigerator in the room is still a keyed one, which is especially old-fashioned. The location of the hotel is very good, right in the city center, very close to the attractions, within walking distance.

DDeborah TongAmazing art deco hotel a stone’s throw from the Schlossberg. Lovely multi-floor terrace and garden overlooking the city of Graz and a great well-priced range of local wines and spirits in the bar. Rooms are spacious and have all the amenities you need. Will be back!
