There is kitchen in the room with hob. Also a changing room with a tall mirror in the room. However, the room looks a little bit old, maybe this is how cave house look like. The hotel separated to 2 buildings. Swimming pool is available in both buildings. There is a window that is not covered on top of my shower area and it is unreachable.

Caldera Premium Villa is located in the center of Oia, overlooking the volcano. It offers a swimming pool and accommodation with Cycladic décor. Room balconies offer Caldera and Aegean Sea views. The accommodation and views are great. The staff are very helpful and speak good English. The breakfast provided by the hotel was outstanding. My only complaint is that the location of the hotel is halfway up the cliff, which requires a lot of stairs before you get there. Staff will greet you on arrival and take your luggage, but you may find it difficult to navigate if you have bad knees etc. Other than that, an amazing place in the world.

It was about 1km away from the Fira bus terminal, and it looked farther than I expected on Google Maps, so the location was a little negative. The facility itself was beautiful and quiet with a hotel style unique to a resort area. The room was also very pleasant with an atmosphere reminiscent of Santorini. The shower is quite large and I am very satisfied. I would like to evaluate that it was more than the price.

It takes 20 minutes to walk to the blue-domed church in the town of Fira. I don't know how to take the bus. There are many black taxis in Fira town. It costs 30 euros for us to take a taxi to the black beach. You have to eat seafood in Santorini. This fresh seafood is completely different from the live shrimps bought in China! Their seafood has the freshness of the sea! However, standing on the hotel balcony to the left, you can see an open-air restaurant, which is actually a bar. Don't eat there. We waited for more than an hour before the food was served, and three dishes cost 92 euros, which was expensive and unpalatable. After we checked out, someone came to pick us up at the airport. But we didn't know where to wait, so the hotel owner personally took us to the location in the first picture. He was so nice! I took a photo as a souvenir, the second picture. I really recommend this restaurant!

During the off-season, the hotel provides guests with warm rooms with electric fireplaces and a reasonably priced airport drop-off service. Two 500 ml bottles of mineral water are provided in the room for free, and additional bottled water can be provided on request. The water pressure is stable, hot water is sufficient, and the bedding also exudes a fresh and clean smell. The only drawback is that the sound insulation inside the hotel is slightly insufficient, but fortunately the guests around are of high quality and have never made any noise, so the overall stay experience is still very pleasant.

The room was very big and had two bathrooms and toilets. It also had a jacuzzi and free breakfast. The owner was also very nice. It was clean and I was able to use it very comfortably.

This hotel was very good, the views from the pool area were excellent and the sunset was amazing - would recommend although the steps and the walk from the town centre could be challenging for some - got used to it after a couple of days though.

the location was great, so close to the airport and local shops which was great. Once we arrived we discovered that we had to contact the host which wasn’t mentioned in the email that was sent out to us, which made it a little confusing. We would have liked the two beds to have been in a bedroom rather in the living area as it’s not as private and the shower saturates the bathroom which makes it really uncomfortable for others when walking in.

Because the previously booked hotel was temporarily informed that the partner would no longer cooperate with the hotel. We temporarily changed to Moussa Suites and booked a few hours in advance. Fortunately, we had a room. The landlord George was very enthusiastic. He picked us up at the pier and introduced us to Mi Island along the way. Since my English is not very good, I have only a half-understanding, haha. The hotel is very clean. The first thing a child says when entering is that it is so beautiful. Because it is the off-season, there are very few people on the island and all the shops are closed. The landlord introduced the address of the only restaurant on the island, and he would also send us there, so we could just take a taxi back. In the mountains, summer should be good, with your own swimming pool, winter is not recommended to go to this island, even a meal is difficult to find.

The location is very convinient and the personel were friendly, but the management was too strict. We got 4 bed room with our trip.com reservation for a family four, but they wanted to charge extra 30 euros, claiming that our 16 year old dauther cannot be considered as child, even though I showed them a confirmed reservation form trip.com for a 3 adult and 1 child (in trip.com page under 18 year old kids are considered as child). They said they would give a discount of 3 Euros out of 30 Euros, showing a sympathy! We accepted to pay 27 Euros not to waste our short vacation time. But, then, they charged 3 more Euros at the check out time, saying that is for the tax and they forgot about it! The two beds for our son and dauther were sofas, not comfortable. The airconditioners were not cooling enough. The room quality is not for a 4-star hotel, barely 3-star hotel.

Amazing hotel with exceptional service. Everything was very clean and breakfast was great too. All the staff were absolutely wonderful!

Plus points are the location is good if you don’t mind short walks. The rooms are really nice and the staff are friendly. However, the rooftop “bar” played music until 1.30 am at ridiculous levels that made the rooms on the third floor vibrate. They need to sort that. Also the gym is a paid extra and not included. 15 euros for three visits or 7 for one.

Kos Aktis Art Hotel is a reasonably priced hotel that provides an unparalled sea view and comfort with a really kind and helpful front desk staff like Sofia. Breakfast served in the open air dining room right by the edge of the sea is delectable with a variety of hot and cold options to choose from. And the hotel is within easy walking distance to all the major attractions like the old town as well as the ferry port. Stay at Kos Aktis was truly a pleasant experience.
