We were very welcomed by the host. The place is huge, spacious, neat and tidy and we had free water and snacks during our stay. The pictures shown in trip.com is very accurate. I would say this is the best accommodation I had in Santorini compared to those in Fira. Opt in for a delicious breakfast too! Pygros is very under rated and we enjoyed our time here as it is much less touristy than Fira and Oia. If i choose again, i will choose my whole santorini trip to stay here, highly recommend!!

The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and is very comfortable.
Clean room. In the morning light is not available because they have no curtain.
The jacuzzi was cold and technically is not inside the room, but it is accessed from it but is out, it gives to the street.
The views are impressive, but it is a terrace just in front of the room, where there is a table with chairs for breakfast and a few tombs, but where the riders pass.
The hotel was very comfortable and very comfortable.
It is easy to park in the nearby.

Hotel location is not very easy to find, you can contact the landlord to pick up the station dock in advance, stay free for more than three days, charge for three days or less. The breakfast is very good and will be delivered to the room every morning. There are microwave ovens, induction cookers and simple cutlery, which should be cleaned later. It is best to rent a car and talk to the landlord. The car rental company will send it to the hotel, and will not add other fees, just the daily rent. 10 euros of gasoline is enough to run for two days. Returning the car can be done at the airport or at the pier.

The room was clean and tidy. The guy who received us was very helpful. The mountain road was difficult to walk on. He carried our luggage up and down and was enthusiastic and patient. The key point is that the view from the room is particularly good. It is right next to the blue-domed church, which makes people queuing to take pictures very envious. However, although there are many people, it is quiet in the bustling city, and it is also very safe. The public security is very good. It is highly recommended👍

The service attitude of the two boys is very good and friendly
To be honest, the facilities have to be attributed to the homestay rather than the hotel
The location of the hotel is acceptable, just on the edge of the town, but the town itself is not big, so it doesn't matter whether it is convenient or not. The hotel does not see the sunset
Because it is winter, 80-90% of the shops and restaurants in the town are closed. low season
Disappointed with the so-called cliff hotel as a whole, the price/performance ratio is not high

It's just a B&B hotel! You can ignore the so-called star standard. The room is very small, the facilities are also very ordinary, there is no kettle for boiling water, and there is no toothbrush or toothbrush if you don't want it. This hotel is impressive to be able to view both sunset and sunrise. The room is spacious and clean.
The breakfast time starts only at 8:30 am. Since we needed to check-out early and thus were given sandwiches, a peach, a box of orange juice as breakfast box at the night before. As we drove a car to the hotel, it was quite difficult to find a space to park outside hotel. Besides, the road leading to hotel is one-way and may be easily blocked by heavy vehicle.

HhayleyStayed in the La Luna suite, balcony view was spectacular! 1st row view of the sunset in your own private space, as well as enjoyment of breakfast in the morning sun(Do order their pie of the day!). Service provided was excellent as well, they do assist with carrying the luggage to and from the room through the flight of stairs, and also from the main street where you alight from transport arranged via the hotel.
Although the suite was situated beside a bar, the room was entirely soundproof which was a pleasant surprise. All in all, will highly recommend staying in asteras villa.

AAnonymous UserI recently stayed at this hotel and while the facilities were nice and very clean, I unfortunately had a terrible experience with the customer service. One of the female staff members was extremely ******, had a very bad attitude, and was quite stubborn. She insisted that we should pay for every time we wanted water in our room. However, another receptionist later clarified that this was not the case. It's disappointing that such behavior can overshadow.
As a black couple, we felt unwelcome from the moment we arrived. The receptionist claimed they didn't receive our payment, even though I had paid online a month in advance. Despite contacting trip.com and confirming that the hotel had received the payment, the receptionist was unhelpful and gave us weird facial expressions. She was white with black hair, and her behavior was disgusting. We constantly faced issues whenever we returned to the hotel, making our stay very uncomfortable. Although the hotel is nice, I do not recommend staying here due to the poor treatment people from an African decent receive.

We got 4 bed room with our trip.com reservation for a family four, but they wanted to charge extra 30 euros, claiming that our 16 year old dauther cannot be considered as child, even though I showed them a confirmed reservation form trip.com for a 3 adult and 1 child (in trip.com page under 18 year old kids are considered as child). They said they would give a discount of 3 Euros out of 30 Euros, showing a sympathy! We accepted to pay 27 Euros not to waste our short vacation time. But, then, they charged 3 more Euros at the check out time, saying that is for the tax and they forgot about it! The two beds for our son and dauther were sofas, not comfortable. The airconditioners were not cooling enough. The room quality is not for a 4-star hotel, barely 3-star hotel.

HHeigeerdeyijiaThe hotel is in a great location, facing the volcano and not far from the town center. The church is nearby and you can often hear the melodious church bells. The room is not small and well-equipped. The breakfast was delivered to the balcony of the room at a scheduled time, which was exquisite and rich. Unfortunately, there was no one at the front desk when we checked in, and it took a while for someone to come after calling. However, when we went there, it was the off-season, the whole island was in a semi-dormant state, and there were few tourists, so it was understandable. We had to go to the airport very early on the day we left the hotel, and the store also sent us a packed breakfast, which was very considerate.

GGuest UserThe staff were absolutely incredible! They were accommodating, attentive, and made sure that we had the best time in Santorini, which we did! The location is excellent if you don’t mind a 15 minute walk into Imerovigli as it’s just outside of that village. Perfect for couples! They also treated us to a surprise on my birthday, which was lovely added touch. The view of the sunset from our balcony was equally amazing. We would definitely stay again!

YYee11Our stay at the Suite with City View at Sunset Windmills Suites was lovely and relaxing. The room was clean, bright, and beautifully designed — offering a cozy Mykonian charm with all the modern comforts we needed.
The balcony overlooked the charming town and iconic windmills, giving us a stunning view, especially at sunset. It was the perfect spot to unwind with a drink after exploring Mykonos Town, which was just a short walk away.
The staff were warm and helpful, always ready to assist with recommendations or any requests we had. Parking nearby was convenient too, though note that the narrow roads in Mykonos require a bit of patience.
Overall, this suite was ideal for those who want to stay close to the heart of Mykonos Town but still enjoy peace and comfort — highly recommended! 🌿

The room was very clean and nice, they gave me a very small room because I was alone but on the reservation it was a triple room. Anyway I didnt complain, it was fine.
The pool is nice, the location is in the middle of the island so far and close to everywhere. But theres a bus station a minute from the hotel and also other options to eat around, if yu dont wanna eat in the hotel. I had checkin in the morning and they offer me to leave my luggage on the hotel cause my flght was in the night and before going to airport they gave me towel and soap for a shower after all the day out. It was beyond my expectations, very happy for my stay there. I 100% recommend this place

The charm breeze made our trip to Santorini perfect. The hotel is in the small town of Oia, quiet, the hotel is in a good location, the room is clean and tidy, the breakfast is excellent, breakfast on the balcony, facing the Aegean Sea, so beautiful! The bed is also very comfortable. It is the most comfortable place to sleep for so long. The staff is also very friendly. The person in charge is warm and friendly. There is a response to everything. When we arrive, we wait for us to help with our luggage on the roadside. It is very thoughtful. Because we Chinese can't download Whats up😱😓~ can contact with email, but the person in charge responded very quickly, and still replying to our email late at night, feeling the sincere and responsible service attitude. This hotel is really good value for money, highly recommended! The balcony of the family suite is very good
