My 9yo son and I stayed at this resort in mid-October. The weather was just ok for sunbathing and swimming but not hot. The resort is in a pretty spot but there is nothing else close by. The resort and rooms are very nice and in off-season great value. Trip.com had a very good price. Our room had its own little garden which was lovely. The restaurant was ridiculously overpriced. I didn’t actually mind the prices but the food was average. Steak actually presented good value for money. The breakfast buffet (included) was copious and excellent. Service was very good. Generally a very relaxing stay. Whilst nothing nearby for eating (San Teodoro was disappointing) Olbia is only 30 mins away.

Beautiful property, in an excellent location. Excessive breakfast. Impeccable cleanliness. Even the services fully worthy of a five star. Only one flaw: on the site the free use of the garage is indicated, however we were asked to park in another site, actually very close to the structure, furthermore the next day we were also asked to pay for the service. Not in line with the decidedly high level of the structure. However, we will happily stay again.

An exceptional hotel in the heart of Cagliari. Wonderful rooms, modern, plenty of handy amenities and shower products. The bed is incredibly comfortable. Every staff member was friendly and went above and beyond. The rooftop pool and sun deck, whilst small, was a perfect place to relax after breakfast. The Tirso beach club was brilliant and definitely worth paying for. Rooftop drinks were a delight with the sun setting across the city. Breakfast was varied and delicious. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Little wonderful place on a hill in the countryside. Staff is amazing and tries to fulfill all your wishes. Highly recommend also the food in the two restaurants. The chef is a magician and knows what he is doing.

However, the sound insulation effect of the hotel room is very poor. Not only can you hear the voices in the next room, but the sound of people walking upstairs and on the stairs is also not soundproof. It greatly affects the rest in the room and the feeling is very bad. We have given feedback and communicated with the person in charge of the hotel, and their answer is: This is a countryside style, the sound insulation effect is like this, there is no way. As a result, I couldn't sleep peacefully for two nights and was often woken up at night. Feeling very bad. 3. The food in the restaurant: can be described with very bad words. First of all, the ingredients are not fresh and some fruits are obviously rotten, as evidenced by the photos. Secondly, the dishes provided do not taste fragrant. I don’t know if it’s the chef’s cooking skills or the cooking method that’s different! It feels far from the standard of a five-star hotel. I chose a lot of dishes, but almost none were delicious. As for the Italian restaurants around us, we felt that they were both delicious and delicious. The overall feeling is that the restaurant level of this hotel is far below the five-star standard, not even three-star. Third, we ate at the front of the restaurant, which was very nice, but we were surrounded by swarms of bees or wasps. They were unscrupulous and plundered food directly from the dinner plate. Not only was the food contaminated, but we were also worried about being stung by them. There was no time to enjoy the beautiful scenery. 4. I originally booked this hotel because it is close to the seaside and has an Italian style. Due to the above-mentioned bad feelings, we had to change to other nearby hotels. The price was half cheaper than here, and the experience was much better than this. Therefore, we feel that this hotel is not consistent with such a high price and five-star rating. The joyful mood of the first two nights when I came to Sardinia for the first time was greatly affected. 5. Communicate and coordinate with the person in charge of the hotel (assistant manager) when leaving the hotel, and truthfully respond to the above issues. They apologized for this, but had no other remedies. After asking the manager for instructions, they agreed to waive the value-added tax we should have paid when we arrived at the store and a salad (it was extremely unpalatable and was returned on site). . Our request: Since the hotel for these two nights was fully prepaid in advance, the hotel has no authority to give us any other compensation. As a loyal customer of Ctrip, I hope you will verify the above situation and give us corresponding compensation if possible. Make amends to soothe our wounded hearts. Thank you.
