3-Star Hotels in Davao Region, Philippines

The hotel is in walking distance of the center and people's park. They have friendly and helpful personell. The breakfast and evening buffet was delicious. There are a lot of Philippine dishes in the buffet. My room was spacious and comfortable. There is an outside pool of good size next to a bar. The problem with the pool is, that like some hotels in Asia, there is far too much chlorine inside the pool. As I was swimming there, I became problems with the skin and the lips because of too much acid caused by too much chlorine in the water.

Hotel location is perfect. Walking distance to People’s Park (5mins), Bangkerohan (7mins), San Pedro Cathedral and Osmena Park (15mins). Nearby Mercury drug store which opens until 10pm. 24/7 McDo and Greenwich. 5min drive to Roxas Night Market. May jeep na dumadaan sa tapat ng hotel but most of the jeepney drivers don’t know the Gov Duterte St. mas familiar sa kanila ang Ilustre St. then walk towards to hotel which is 2mins lang. Lunch and dinner buffet is being offered, daming waiting.  Hotel is not recommended para sa maaarte. Luma na ang establishment at mahina ang toilet flush, no bidet. Provided ang pail and dipper.  Mahina din ang aircon but enough to make a room cool temperature.  No hair dryer and hand towel. Only body towel, soap and shampoo/conditioner are their toiletries. The location of the hotel is very good, walk distance to a supermarket, cafe…the front desk service is good, hotel room is clean!

The room is clean and spacious, the location is great which is accessible to malls and restaurants. The staff are friendly. Ample parking space.

It was a great stay.Location is perfect for travellers who has an earlier flight.it is 5minutes away from the hotel. sorroundings are clean .you can find restaurants nearby.There is laundry store too.accessable if you want to go to the city center there are taxi and jeepneys outside .

Service sometimes take time and manning doesn't know what to do, TV not working at all without any advise until asked, cleanliness is average due to age of the hotel and the food inconsistent to quality and public health standard.

Yong gamit is not malinis the entire room actually,tapos yong towel nila mabaho amoy kulob at luma n even the pillow case and the whole beddings may amoy..Never again.

Its a nice place,staffs are very helpful and accommodating,over all i love staying there,for suggestion lang sna palitan nyo ng mas lighter yong background n logo niya kse hindi sya halos nkikita mahihirapan ka mahanap agad yong building lalo n pag gabi.yong lng nman po pero satisfied kmi ng asawa ko while staying there 😊

Rogen Inn is one of our go-to staycation spots in the city! The location is super convenient, and there are lots of restaurants and stores nearby for necessities. It's also easy to commute or get a cab from here. We also had free breakfast that came with our booking, and hotel staff were so nice!
