Originally thought it was very close to the airport, but in fact, it was not too far to go, or to call the car, the room was small but clean, there was a balcony pool alone, but it would be seen by other people in the room, the breakfast was delicious, the counter was very intimate, boat trip and taxi helped us deal with it, the price is not expensive, It makes people feel comfortable staying in the hotel.

GGuest UserThe location is more than an hour drive from the airport unless you have a chauffeur or coach service booked. The room were nice and comfy but we were attacked by ants in our room which I guess is a common problem in the island. On our check out day, there was a national electricity breakdown at 8 am and the hotel staff wouldn't help by extending our checkout time by an hour. The electricity was restored at 12 pm but we were forced to empty the room at 11 am sharp. Overall, good activities at the resort and just across is a nice beach but you have to exit the resort to get to the sandy beach.
VVladyGreat location, nice room and breakfast! The lady at the breakfast was really rude and mean though. No customer service at all! The gym situation was so weird. It was made for 1 person only! And by appointment, so I arrived at 10am and they told me all appointments are booked till 6pm, when I asked how is this possible they told me if you want to exercise you should have stayed home!!! What kind of answer is this to a customer? I want to exercise at any time WHY should any person even say this, I was shocked. Besides this it was good. Very tiny pool not like pics.
GGuest UserLovely boutique hotel with the best pool area in the whole island. Had a fabulous stay to celebrate our wedding anniversary and as it was end of the season it was not too busy and got an upgrade to gorgeous sea view room 🤩 Staff was very friendly and helpful all the way through. Breakfast was small but nice, pool bar served good quality food for lunch and dinner 😋
Loved the friendly cat’s and dogs wondering around so great bonus for pet lovers. Will be returning when new season starts. 5*
GGuest UserPersonally, I think Zakynthos is much more beautiful than Santorini.
This is another beautiful hotel. It can be said to be very good in all aspects. I live on the first floor, right outside the door is the swimming pool and pool restaurant. Because it is on the top of a mountain, the scenery is great when having breakfast.
As for the shortcomings, apart from being a little expensive, it is a bit far from the main commercial street, nearly a kilometer walk. Furthermore, the sound insulation between the upper and lower floors is not good, which is reflected in the sound of water pipes and the sound of dragging things upstairs.
PPaul StephenStayed here for a night, very busy hotel with just 2 receptionists checking in, resulting in a 30 min queue. Got the twin plus room, which was nice and clean. Breakfast sadly let the hotel down - nothing was cooked to order, meaning everything was presented buffet style. I arrived at 7:30 to Luke warm omelettes and cold sausages. Beach area is nice, and the walk along the beach to cafes and tavernas was a good option!
JJeffreyI have never done an all inclusive holiday before and I was so pleasantly surprised. All meals, snacks, refreshments and select alcohol are included. The pool side was amazing with a cozy pool bar serving snacks and drinks throughout our stay. There is a bus stop right in front of the hotel which takes you directly into Corfu Old Town. I highly recommend that you too try this jewel in the crown of Corfu!
GGuest UserThe hotel is not central to Corfu Town but you can get there in 20 minutes on foot. the hotel does not have its own beach but right in front of the hotel there is a descent to the sea where you can swim but it is not a real beach. A 3-minute walk away is the mon repose beach (2 sunbeds and 1 umbrella 28 euros) it is a quiet beach equipped with bathroom, showers and bar.
The hotel has very nice common areas but the rooms are tiny and badly maintained, we booked for 10 days and the room was so small that we didn't have room for our suitcases, I asked for a bigger room but they replied that they were all the same, I pointed out that they were completely different from the rooms advertised on the site and they replied that those were old photos.
The non-existent cleaning, in 10 days they never swept or mopped the floor in the room, often even the bathroom was dirty after the daily cleaning. They often forgot to leave us shampoo and shower gel and towels on the last day so I had to call and ask to bring what was missing. In short, a constant stress.
The curtains and bedspread were dirty and stained.
Hygiene was also very poor, in the breakfast room pigeons were flying over the buffet and when I pointed out that it was a hygiene problem I was told that it was a problem they were trying to solve but hadn't managed to solve yet, to apologize that day they gave us free cappuccinos that we had ordered for breakfast and a bottle of wine in the room (cappuccinos and espresso coffee are considered extras and cost 3.80 euros ... per day ...)
Given my complaints about poor services, non-existent cleaning and non-existent hygiene, they offered us a 15-minute foot massage at the hotel spa, a pity that they offered us this salty gift in the evening and on Monday we had to leave and for Sunday there were no seats… in short, a fool's errand!
Upon arrival they did not offer us welcome champagne as they did with other guests.
Luckily I speak English because no one speaks Italian (only one guy speaks Italian and he usually works the night shift and is very kind and helpful).
The hotel does not have private parking but it is quite easy to park in the immediate vicinity.
Overall the hotel is beautiful and in an excellent position and has all the credentials to be a truly 4-star hotel but they should be more respectful and attentive to the customer and improve hygiene and cleanliness
GGuest UserThe honeymoon suite had an awesome rooftop terrace and a jacuzzi in the middle of the livingroom. Pool was unfortunately closed during the day for siesta. Bed was good. We didn’t try the breakfast. All in all a good hotel with fantastic pool. Town is a bit too crowded for our liking but was nice to walk about during siesta time cause there was absolutely nobody else out and about at that time.
