4-Star Hotels in Saitama Prefecture, Japan

Stayed here for 13 nights and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is brand new, very clean, and modern. The location is excellent. it’s extremely convenient to get to all the major tourist spots. Highly recommended!

We used our navigation system, but as the road is heavily traveled by trucks, the entrance can be difficult to see behind a large vehicle, so it may be difficult for first-time visitors to find. In fact, we ended up driving right past it. Since we had contacted them in advance, my mother, who has trouble walking, was able to borrow a wheelchair straight away. For dinner, we enjoyed a leisurely meal made with local ingredients in a private room. It was delicious. The inn staff were all very kind. The large public bath is closed during cleaning hours and cannot be used late at night (11pm-12am). However, our room had an open-air bath, so we were able to bathe whenever we wanted. I've been to many hot springs, but the soft, comfortable feeling when I soak in the water is what makes Chichibu's hot springs my favorite.

The hotel is beautiful. The environment is quiet and peaceful. Staffs are attentive and friendly. It is very clean and spacious. with around 10 mins walk to Saitama shintoshin station. it connected to shopping center, supermarket and movie theater. Great choice if you are looking for staying away from the loud and busy city.

チェックイン後、予定があり外出の際にフロントに鍵を預けたが、「何時までに戻らなきゃいけない」という門限のあるホテルが増えている中、こちらは24時間フロント対応できますよと仰って頂き、とても安心した。温泉も綺麗で清潔感があってとても好感が持てた。ガリガリくんを置いている温泉は初めてで、すごいなーと思った。ユニットバスだったが、他のビジネスホテルに比べて広く、とても快適だった。なにより、ルームウェアが上下で別だったことに感動した！睡眠は部屋の乾燥とベッドが合わなかったせいかなかなか寝付けず、とても寝不足になってしまったが次回も利用したいと思うほどサービスや施設が良かった。

Close to the station. There are few shops around the station for those who want a dinner without alcohol. The room is large and the building is clean. Amenities other than toothbrushes are paid. It is a hotel that can spend very comfortable. I would like to use it if I have another chance.

This century-old hotel is just next to the river. The scenery is like a painting. It is very difficult to get there. Although the hotel is undergoing some new projects, the breakfast and dinner are good. There is also a pedestrian street selling authentic products near the hotel. There is time to buy tickets near the station, there is a special car to pick up the boat to enjoy the scenery along the river, the boat and Cheng Dawei fifteen minutes, the stop is the hotel, a good choice.

Fantastic! The room was cleaned promptly, and the cleaning staff were very thoughtful. The location offers extremely convenient transportation. I stayed here for a concert and was completely satisfied. If I have another event, I'd definitely choose this place again!

Check-in was quick. Bathroom products were all available. No mineral water or tap water to drink. Walked to the hotel from the train station. It was a bit troublesome to cross the road closest to the hotel. Required to use the overpass so it was a bit tiring with luggage. Better to wait for the traffic light and cross the road directly.

This is an excellent hotel with great service, cleanliness, and facilities! The location is particularly fantastic, right across from the pedestrian street, and only about a 10-minute walk to Kawagoe's old town. Next to the hotel is Hon-Kawagoe Station, and the JR station is also a 10-minute walk away, with bus connections between the two. One thing to note is that Hon-Kawagoe Station doesn't have many lines; some connect to JR, but you can only buy tickets for the current line. Any additional fare needed must be paid at the final station.

The hotel staff, service and amenities were all pretty good. However, the room was not very clean. There was a drink from the previous guest in the fridge and the toilet paper hadn't been replaced, so I only had one roll. I don't think it's good just because there was a roll... I definitely don't think I'd stay here again!
