Very Good
GGuest UserWe made a temporary reservation because of snow and road closures. We booked a family room, which was the best room with a king bed. The hotel felt very deserted. The floors were generally closed and seemed to be under renovation. I had to leave early the next morning, so I left my room card at the front desk. I left without breakfast
GGuest UserThe most wonderful mountain stay one could wish for. The staff was so polite and helpful that they made the entire experience heartwarming. The location is top-notch—what more could you ask for? Cows grazing, horses running, a green mountain on one side and a snow-capped peak on the other.
The rooms were spotless, fully equipped with all the amenities, and had wonderful lighting.
GGuest UserHotel was good. Room was quite warm. Breakfast was also good. We were 10 people and we had lots of bags, so one of the staff person helped us as well, I don’t know his name though. Overall good experience.
김김상유The view of Mt. Kazbegi from the hotel room was so good. Especially the night view of the Gergetti tsminda Sameva Church was fantastic. On the day I returned to Tbilisi, it snowed too much on the Zbari pass and the passage was cut off. I was able to walk from Kobi to Gudauri by cable car, so I was able to come to Tbilisi safely. I was lucky. There's no picture.
OOleg BoushWe were traveling from Georgia to Russia and needed a hotel before the border crossing so we could spend the night, shower, have breakfast, freshen up, and then cross the border safely in the morning. The hotel was perfect for all of this. We arrived late in the evening and were checked in quickly. It's a shame the receptionist didn't speak Russian (oh well). The room was warm, the bed was comfortable, and there was hot water—what else could you want?
We woke up in the morning to a stunning view from the window—mountains, snow, and more mountains!
The breakfast was wonderful; it seemed we were the only guests that day; they prepared it especially for us. We asked for some lunchboxes for the trip, and they gave us a ton of extra food—superb!
The only downside is that there's no power outlet outside; we were driving an electric car, so it would have been useful. A 220V outlet would cost $10.
YYaoyaoThe hotel in the small town of Kazbeki is located on the hillside and the Kazbek Mountain is far away. Checking in on the evening of September 22, the hotel is a single building, standardized rooms and facilities, simple and bright, the weather is cold, but the floor heating is warm. Breakfast is specially prepared for four of us, which is great! There are parking spaces and elevators. Recommended stay.
KKmengmengsuanStayed for the second time, the most convenient hotel in the snow field, there are people cleaning every day, Gudori is better, after all, most of them are apartments, this hotel has a good sense of service. The door is the snow road, the night scene is also at the door, very convenient, super recommended
