AAnonymous UserHope u guys can improve dari segi kebersihan sebab lantai tandas dan lantai bilik rasa melekit macam sabun cuci lantai tak bilas habis. As suggestion why not u guys put some basic cuttleries macam mangkuk pinggan sudu garfu ke. Yang lain okay selesa harga pun berpatutan, parking pun senang cuma mahal lah flat rate Rm15. Cuma make sure u guys double check regarding facities ya so that ur customers boleh guna kemudahan hotel and tak kena sound dengan staff hotel lagi. Tq

GGuest UserOur stay at Puteri Bay Melaka was great 👍🏼 The location was great because we are able to have a good view of the beach, and it was near food places. The hotel reception and staff were also kind and helpful. Food selection for breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable and had a good sleep 👍🏼👍🏼 The downside was that the toilet was not totally clean as there were strands of hairs sticking out from under the bed. Additionally, there were no toothbrushes provided in the room, and the prayer mat had an odour. Generally, the stay was good although maybe staff need to ensure the room cleanliness and smell abit more? I would still recommend the hotel for the comfortable beds and nice view and location beside the waterfront 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

Ff€€£ +H€ R@!nClean and hygienic, the hotel has been renovated and just reopened. The room is spacious, and the bedding is comfortable. I must have booked it during a promotional period, it's super worth it! Next time I come to Malacca, I'll definitely stay here. The location is also very convenient, near Dataran Pahlawan, and you can walk to the famous cheese prawn noodles. The lobby is incredibly spacious, and there's plenty of parking too.

MMrlongfeiSecond stay here. The facilities are in an old building but very clean. The hygiene is excellent, very comfortable. It's right on Jonker Street, so you can step out and start exploring. Super, super, super convenient for shopping and sightseeing!

HHafizuddinOmarThe breakfast was good, with a nice variety of food and a spacious dining area. However, there were quite a lot of hairs on the carpet in the room, which was not very pleasant. The carpet should be vacuumed properly before each new guest checks in. Only two small bottles of shower gel were provided, which was not enough. I asked the receptionist for more, but was told there was no extra shower gel available and was only given shampoo instead. One of the towels was also torn. The water flow was quite slow, and the mattress felt a little too hard. Overall, the breakfast was good, but the room cleanliness, amenities, and comfort could be improved.

GGabriele LowThe room is clean and bright with a garden view (but with CCTV!!) . However the only and biggest concern is their washroom shower spot has a window which covered by half transparent veil only. When u turn on the light it’s totally visible to outside. And worst part is they have a CCTV right outside and the angle of cctv can absolutely capture the shower spot from outside. I brought up my concern to the front desk but they said cannot see but who knows ? However it’s still a turnoff for me. Suggestion to the hotel owner : please fix the window it doesn’t cost u much. Please protect your guest privacy.

IIammemeOverall, I'm quite satisfied. The location is great, just a 5-minute walk to Jonker Street. The only downside is the lack of a dedicated parking lot, but there are a few first-come, first-served spots right in front of the hotel. Breakfast options were limited, but I really enjoyed the hostel-like vibe, and the hotel was very clean.

AAnonymous UserThe staff is super super friendly and attentive to us when there is an issue. The room is quite spacious for 2 pax and also clean however we didnt turned on the tv as we spent most of the time outside which is super convinient near to jonker street/walk. We went back and forth few times because we forgot to spray on sunscreen. But overall, i will definitely book again as it is really super super convenient. Oh! And not to mention about the gelato downstairs at the lobby too!!
