Overall is very good but try avoid staying there during Friday and Saturday night because the road in front of the hotel is straight and is bikers favorite spot for their midnight racing.
Illegal bike racing start on Friday and Saturday night at 3am and the racing sound pollution is annoying and cannot sleep at all from 3am till 4am.

The stay was really worth the price! The house is spacious, clean, and fully equipped with various amenities. The sea view is absolutely beautiful. it made our stay relaxing and enjoyable.
The host also provided 4 extra mattresses, which was very helpful since we came as a big group. The air conditioning in every room was cold and worked perfectly, making it very comfortable to sleep. Everything promised in the listing was provided, and all the facilities were in good condition.
The location is also strategic, easy to find food and close to many attractions. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy a vacation with family or friends while taking in the gorgeous sea view.
Thank you to the host for the great hospitality and the comfortable home. God willing, we’ll choose this place again next time!
My recent stay at Puteri Bay Hotel Melaka was an absolute dream, leaving me with lasting memories and a sincere appreciation for the art of hospitality. From the outset, the hotel radiated an air of sophistication and charm, setting the stage for what turned out to be an extraordinary experience.
The check-in process was swift, and the staff displayed a perfect blend of professionalism and friendliness. It was evident that guest satisfaction was a top priority. The lobby, a tasteful blend of modern design and classic elegance, provided a welcoming introduction to the hotel's aesthetic.
Upon entering my room, I was immediately struck by the meticulous attention to detail. The décor was a harmonious mix of contemporary style and comfort, creating a serene retreat within the bustling city. The bed, with its high-quality linens and an assortment of pillows, offered a cocoon of relaxation that was hard to leave each morning.
The hotel's amenities were a highlight of my stay. The fitness center featured top-of-the-line equipment, and the spa offered a range of indulgent treatments that provided a welcome escape. However, the pièce de résistance was the rooftop pool – a serene oasis with panoramic views, making it the perfect spot to unwind and take in the cityscape.
Dining was a culinary journey. The hotel's restaurant boasted a diverse menu, showcasing culinary expertise with a focus on fresh, local ingredients. Each meal was a delightful experience, and the breakfast spread was a particular standout, offering an array of choices to satisfy every palate.
What truly set apart was the exceptional service. The staff anticipated every need, and their genuine warmth made me feel not just like a guest, but like an honored friend. From concierge recommendations to housekeeping's meticulous attention to detail, the commitment to providing a flawless experience was evident at every turn.
Nestled in a prime location, offered easy access to the city's attractions, ensuring that my explorations were both convenient and enjoyable. Whether I was venturing out for cultural excursions or simply strolling through nearby parks, the hotel's central location proved to be a valuable asset.
In conclusion, my stay was a symphony of luxury, comfort, and impeccable service. It's a rare gem that effortlessly blends modern elegance with genuine hospitality. I wholeheartedly recommend to anyone seeking an unforgettable retreat. I eagerly anticipate the opportunity to return and relive the magic of this remarkable hotel.
Hotel was nice from outside but the interior need a little refreshment such as the paint at the walkway to the room. The room was spacious for 2adult and 1kid. There's blackout incident during 645am the next day and i heard a 'trip' sound on the DB and my husb check there was a trip but manage to settle it on our own since the front desk didnt pickup our call. The breakfast quite basic i would suggest the hotel to add a few kuih-muih selection. Next time we gonna try to eat breakfast at the warung right in front of the hotel. Quite many people having bfast there. The staff were friendly. Not much to expect and complaint because we staying there just to rest after a long journey. The shampoo quite small but the smell are good.theres only 3pillows provided.

The place is furnished with beautiful antique furnitures, it is good if you love antique Chinese furnitures and get photos. Crews are very friendly and helpful, location is good, 1 min walk to jonker street. The room however is very basic, quite small and you could say old. Sprung mattress where you can feel the spring and the bed creeks when you move. Aircond and water heater was ok. There’s no bidet in toilet. Amenities are good. A very very basic room.
Overall, if you want to take nice photos, yes. Room wise, don’t expect too much.
Added value, free buffet breakfast, nice 👍

Honestly one of the best hotels you can find along the melaka river. The hotel decor was aesthetically pleasing, the room was clean, amenities provided, bed was comfy, and service was great. There’s also a parking space for guests (limited).
Location is great too! Walking distance to all the happening places like jonker walk/museums/bars, but still quiet.
We stayed at their executive suite for reference.
The hotel was conveniently located and generally clean. Staff were polite but not very attentive. Room was comfortable but a bit outdated. Wi-Fi was spotty and housekeeping missed our room once. Breakfast was okay but limited in variety. Overall, a decent stay, but there’s room for improvement.

This was our second stay here, and overall, we had a good experience. The location is great—close to top attractions and easily walkable. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, making for a restful night.
However, we were a bit disappointed this time. At 11:25 AM, a cleaner unlocked our room using their key card, even though checkout time is at 12 PM. Thankfully, my husband was with me at the time. Also, the loud chatter from their walkie-talkies outside was quite disruptive.

GGuest UserNo frills hotel accommodation
Pros:
- Located at the entrance of Jonker Street, and walking distance to the center of the historical city ... the main advantage
- food outlets are as close as next door, Hard Rock Melaka is just around the corner
- clean room and bathroom
- access into the premise, to the specific floor and to the room by card only
- filtered water (hot and cold) is provided at the ground floor
- good soundproofing between rooms and corridor
- basic amenities are provided, others can be requested
- brief check-in and check:out process
Cons
- no parking is a major disadvantage given if you are traveling with young children or senior citizen. Also it is not easy to find public carparks in this part of the town
- fridge available but takes forever to chill
- noises from the Jonker and loud music from trishaws can be heard ... but not so much of a cons if considering choosing the location for the lively atmosphere. There's always a middle room with no window if one prefers a quiet room
CCxianQuite disappointed as 3 star hotel mentioned . As the room is close to each other so it’s hard to be soundproof . WiFi can’t be used. Children pool still ok. Tv is not that clear for cable channels. And the parking lot is big but unorganised. But it’s near to Portuguese village so it’s okay if wanna spend Christmas vibe here.
SSherwin LUnit was good and spacious,
we get to use the table tennis room,
check in was fast
The admin via whatsapp was very helpful
Found a small cockroach in the kitchen.
JJames43The room was very clean and spacious. Bedding and towels were comfortable and soft. The shower pressure and water temperature were fantastic. The air conditioner was quiet and effective.
The receptionist was very kind and helpful. The hotel itself is situated close to Jonker walk which made it very convenient to travel round
The only downside I found with the room was that the walls were quite thin/the room itself has a connecting door to another room so I could hear the other guests talking/using the toilet

GGuest UserThe hotel stay was good. The location was convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. While the bed sheets felt a bit old, the toilet appeared recently refurbished and was clean. There is no parking provided on-site; guests need to park at a nearby open car park about a 5-minute walk away, which requires a fee. Overall, it’s a decent place if you prioritize location and service.
SSimon & Christine LohAm very pleased with this hotel. Room was clean and staff were attentive and courteous. Aircon was new and cold. Close to Jonker Street, about 15mins walking time from Hotel to Jonker Street. Nothing much around the area though.
Only setback was that the water heater was not hot at all. Had to shower with cold water for both nights. Gave feedback via WhatsApp but no action was taken.
On the other hand, had a very disappointing experience with Trip.com
My booking voucher stated that the deluxe twin room i booked was without private bathroom and indicated that we had to use a shared toilet.
I found it ridiculous that a deluxe room in 3-star hotel did not come with a toilet. It caused much distress and anxiety. That simple phrase sparked off a series of phone calls to Trip.com as well as a whatspp chat to Kington Hotel.
Thankfully, the Hotel confirmed via WhatsApp that all their rooms came with private toilet. They said Trip.com had probably made a mistake and the shared toilet was probably referring to their sister hotel, called Swing & Pillows.
I contacted Trip.com again with the new info and it through my insistence that they agreed to double confirm with the hotel that all rooms came with attached toilet. However, they didn't bother to resend a revised booking confirmation despite promising to do so.
Trip.com needs to get their information updated and ensure accuracy to prevent anxiety and distress to customers.
AAmir DanielHere for family holiday. Nice view. Easy access. Fast response and good service. Highly recommended for small & big family! Definitely will come again nxt time
