Great location. Spacious, comfortable room. The staff were friendly, warm and efficient. Loved this hotel, courtyard and cloisters for an evening drink and cosy bar. Just wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy an evening meal at the restaurant. The menu and photos were tempting!

It was certainly one of the best hotels in which I stayed in Leon, and certainly I will return if the price continues like this night 55€ . 15 minutes walking from the old hole and to return over the night 5€ d taxi, and very profitable. I paid more in hostels at 5 km. The only pega k I will put, ye that breakfast coffee, bad no, worse. The rest of the buffet very well. The room a 10, the wedding bed was pa pairs enfadaes, jajjajja. 2 meters. We will return, like the Royal Oviedo

Excellent location within walking distance from Train station, but I would recommend if you are ””walking ””to follow Google maps driving directions instructions much easier and clearer The hotel was within walking distance of the tourist centre. Restaurants were still putting out tables at 2100 and very reasonable priced. Great choices at the breakfast different types of, cheese, ham ,bread ,cereals and too good selection of cakes Great hotel, great breakfast and great location

I've stayed at this hotel twice before, once in 2017 and again in 2018, each time for over a week. When I needed to return to Valladolid recently, I didn't think twice about rebooking at the Enara. But never again. It's definitely gone downhill. Overall, the hotel looks tired, in need of a revamp. It just seemed not quite as clean as previous visits. On arrival, they had no knowledge of my previous visits and therefore my loyalty to their hotel. Then they tried to palm me off with a room in which a previous occupant had clearly been smoking. It stank terribly. In fairness, when I reported that the room was unacceptable, they quickly found me an alternative. But why did they try it on in the first place? Then I discovered that the toilet didn't flush properly, requiring 5 or 6 flushes before clear water returned - and this in spite of a lot of water being discharged each flush but clearly not directed in the right place. I reported the problem and was told it would be fixed, but it never was, so I just had to put up with it and waste a lot of precious water. I had a double room booked for 2 people but the wardrobe contained only 4 coat hangers. My wife would have gone berserk if she'd accompanied me! The hotel I'd stayed at in the centre of Madrid had 18 coat hangers. But why so few at the Enara? Once again, after I reported the shortfall, more hangers were installed very soon afterwards. And such an antiquated internet system! For some strange reason, when you check, you get an automatic allowance of 5 days' free use of their internet but I was staying for longer. I was in the middle of writing a long email coincidently exactly 5 days after checking in when suddenly my internet disappeared. I was not best pleased. So I had to traipse all the way to reception to get another 5 days. Virtually all other hotels I've stayed in around the world in recent years just give you the codes and that's it - no need to get new ones. The rooms don't have safes, let alone ones big enough to take a laptop, which is becoming the norm these days. A minor ******. The hotel has two adjacent lifts - they're bang next door to one another. And yet they operate independently - so you can't just press one lift button and leave it to the lifts to work out which one could service you the quickest. I'm aware of the struggles the global hotel industry has had as a result of the pandemic but some just seem to have got their acts together much better than the Enara. There are plenty of other good hotels in Valladolid, similarly priced, some much closer to the city centre. So, sadly, when I return to this lovely city, I shan't be staying a fourth time at the Enara.

Recomendable ,muy cerca del centro ,peró por nuestro gusto algunas cosas a cambiar como el desayuno que se puede mejorar bastante la calidad y surtido como poner otros quesos, que no sea sólo el de barra , productos sin gluten ,sin lactosa ,poner pavo ,leches vegetales y el café de mejor calidad ,por el resto todo bien ,la habitación limpia con unas vistas impresionantes y el personal de recepción muy amable y atento a todas tus necesidades . Todo bien.

We stayed in this hotel as part of a bicycle tour. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Our room was on the 3rd floor, under the roof with view to the church steeple. Breakfast is well stocked and very varied. We also used the spa. It is very spacious with several jets in various sections focusing in different sections of the body. Great stay

This was my least favorite of the AC hotels I stayed in during my trip in northern Spain.. It was located in a relatively unremarkable area and just overall was very dark. The one great thing about its location was across the street from the department store and their massive grocery hall in the basement. Staff opinions were mixed for me - some of the front office staff were wonderful and helpful, another in particular always seemed put off by requests for information or assistance. The room was fine, although with no view of anything in particular. Like the theme of the hotel, it just seemed gloomy. I was happy for the comfort of this hotel but not its location. I'd have to think about whether I would stay here again.

Es un hotel situado cerca de la calle Santa Clara, ideal para recorrer todo el casco histórico de Zamora. A destacar la amabilidad y buena disposición de todo el personal para hacernos la estancia cómoda y agradable. La habitación, en la tercera planta, tenia un ventanal a la calle principal y el cuarto de baño también con ventana, amplio y muy nuevo. Las comidas abundantes, ricas y bien presentadas. Silencioso y muy limpio. Muy recomendable.

This is a lovely hotel we stayed here as part of a Riviera holidays tour. We had a bright spacious room and bathroom but unfortunately the carpet had what appeared to be 2 pools of dried vomit, one by the bed and one at the end of it. We only had time to drop off our bags in the room as the tour guide was taking us straight into town so we wouldn't be back until later that night. I came down and reported this to the man on reception who didn't speak any English so told me to write down my complaint and they would see what they could do. I mentioned this to our tour guide who said his room was the same and he was glad he'd brought his flip flops so he didn't have to step on the carpet! On our return we found the carpet had been shampooed and was much improved. The thing is a 4 star hotel should never have carpets in this state, we were very disappointed that a lovely hotel like this was so careless with it's cleaning standards.

Weird that we were not allowed outside on Saturday night because there was a wedding… we were clearly in the way as just ordinary guests! We felt like prisoners in our room , only alternative was the bar… which had a football match on the tv. We quite liked listening to the loud wedding pub band from our balcony until late into the evening. So, overall - not at all what we expected from a parador!

The hotel is very close to the big sink. There are McDonald's fast food restaurants and dinner shops nearby. The hotel has its own underground paid parking lot. When the car leaves the parking lot, pay attention to being far from the door to avoid encountering when the door is opened. The front desk of the hotel was very enthusiastic, recommended the restaurant to us and helped to make an appointment. The room is slightly smaller.

The lack of car parking was a disappointment- though to be fair ample parking is close. It is just a drag taking cases from the car to the hotel. This is a large parador, and relatively new. The interior is no more than a shell, although the architect has made good use of the space, with central courtyards. We stayed one night and were given an attic room. Unususually, it had internal stairs allowing you to access the high window to see the view. Disappointingly, the double bed was relatively small (compared to other paradors where we have stayed). The bar is a little odd- you have to leave the hotel and then come back in. The restaurant- on the lowest floor- was good though a little soulless. The location is great, with La Granja within walking distance. But this was probably one of the more basic paradors we have visited, and lacked the polish and facilities of older establishments. We would recommend it if you were visiting La Granja, but it is not worth making a detour for.

Fabulous swimming pool and pool area but it doesn't open until 12.00! I thought you would be able to sit in the lawn area until the pool opened but there is also no access until midday. Good-size room and bathroom. Just a bit suprised by the tiny TV! I certainly don't need a giant TV in a hotel room but this one was very small. Great team at the pool, in the bar and restaurant and on the front desk. Location is away from the bustle of the centre but just a short bus ride to get there (30 min walk). There are supermarkets and a couple of restaurants close by. The hotel has a bar and restaurant on site. Overall, a very nice hotel with a great pool.

For car rental people, there is a very good point with parking service, and it is on the ancient street, opposite to a scenic spot, two steps to the drainage canal. There is a roast suckling pig on the ancient street. It is really delicious. It is burnt and tender. It is rare to feel that it can be comparable to Chinese food. This hotel is very elegant, and the top floor can be 360 degrees, see the scenery of the whole city, whether it is sunset and sunrise, the weather is good, you can see

The hotel is wonderful. The very good attention, they are super friendly. To highlight breakfast, very complete. We were given the room for disabled because my husband is on wheelchair. It was very large but the bathroom is not conditioned. The hotel was very comfortable and was very comfortable.

Because I especially like Segovia, I specially found a hotel with parking spaces. Many room types in this hotel cannot be unsubscribed. Driving from Toledo to Segovia for an hour and a half, I parked the car in the white line at the entrance of the hotel. At the time of check-in, a yellow-haired fat front desk told the car that it must be parked in the charging place, and there was no free parking space seen when booking. The white line parking space can be parked for five minutes, and the timeout will call the trailer to tow me away. Helpless, I can stop in the blue line behind, because I can't operate, the front desk helped me enter the license plate number in the case of extreme impatience, I repeatedly confirmed whether it was correct and parked the car to pay. But I received an 80 euro ticket that night, but the front desk meant that I was not lucky, and she couldn’t help it. Later, thanks to a staff member telling me to cancel the ticket, I learned that the method of entering the license plate number at the front desk was wrong. Go to the front desk theory. The meaning of the front desk is very arrogant, that is, we are the front desk, we don't know how to enter the license plate number, this has nothing to do with us, I am very angry, quarreled, and I am not happy. We have been this weekend, and the deal has been excellent, since the first time, calling the reception to inform me , passing by reception, as well as in the dining room and restaurant, both for breakfast and dinner. The hotel services are correct, I like the variety in breakfast, as well as the treatment of kitchen and garbage people. For my excellent. Okay
