Overall a nice big hotel with excellent shared amenities.
The first room I was given didn't smell right but when I complained was promptly moved to a no carpet, low allergy room which was excellent. Decent breakfast and good bar but I cannot say the same about the restaurant which I felt was poorly manged. The waiters simply ignored you stood at the desk to get a seat - I have never had to wait for 15 whole minutes in full vicinity of seemingly busy waiters who had to literally look after 2 tables! When I finally did manage to get seated the service was acceptable and the food decent but I had never felt oh so guilty to leave a tip (I always err on the side of the poor waiters).
So - good hotel with some effort could be a great hotel. recommended with some caution.
Strategically located, only 5 min on foot from Copenhagen Central station. A lot of hotels in this area and I think Hotel Mayfair quite stood out with its bright signage and big building.
The room itself was clean and quite spacious, enough for 3 travellers. However, some things to note include - there's no fridge in the room so you will have to store your perishables in the staffs fridge in the luggage room, no kettle and also cups provided are too small for even coffee provided.
One letdown was the poor ventilation for bathroom. There was some kind of odd smell from the toilet every time we entered the room.
Staff were all attentive and helpful, they helped us with filling up hot water and storing our bags before checking in.
My recent stay at the Scandic Glostrup presented a bit of a trade-off. While the hotel offered good services and a nice breakfast, its location being far from the city center was a significant factor in my experience. The journey to the heart of Copenhagen took approximately half an hour, which required some planning and consideration for transportation. This distance might be a drawback for those primarily interested in easily accessing central attractions and nightlife. However, the hotel itself provided a comfortable and well-serviced environment. The staff were helpful, and the amenities were satisfactory. I particularly enjoyed the nice breakfast, which offered a good variety and quality of food to start the day. In conclusion, Scandic Glostrup could be a suitable option for travelers who prioritize good service and a pleasant hotel experience and don't mind the commute to the city center. If being centrally located is a top priority, however, the half-hour travel time needs to be factored into the decision.
Less than 2 km from the downtown business district, about 1.5 km from the Kronborg Palace and the Maritime Museum, the beach is beautiful, the sea view is invincible, the room is small, the equipment is generally
Probably the best hotel you can ever get at this price in Denmark! The room is spacious, clean, the hallway and front is well-designed, everything spells top notch and comfortable! The customer service was helpful and friendly. We wish we could have stayed more nights here. It's 20mins to center via metro, one stop away from a rather big mall with a hypermarket (or 15mins walk). It's also near a nice eatery and a supermarket. The area is not that developed yet so it's not so crowded and noisy. Love this place.
Convenient location. 20 mins metro ride from the airport and the hotel is a short walk away from the station and central train station. Though the pathway has cobbled stones so could be challenging dragging luggages across.
I booked a single room and upon getting to my first room, I realized I had to manoeuvre a flight of steps to get to the room, which I immediately u-turned back to the reception to ask for a room change. That's when I was told that all single room types are at the 'sub levels' that have stairs. I wished someone mentioned this in the reviews earlier. It was already a pain dragging a heavy luggage on carpet, this is made worse with the flight of steps in between.
The room is small but they have put in smart features to maximize space. I like the open wardrobe concept and how they've incorporated the luggage rack as a folding style from the mirror/wardrobe.
Shower area is a bit small, but water pressure of the rain-shower head is good. Bed and pillow are softer than I would prefer. The pillow is so soft it's almost as good as not having one.
Breakfast was excellent, a good spread of pastries, bread, cold cuts, yoghurt, cereals, eggs and sausages. I love it that the staff are very prompt in refilling whatever is running low and in clearing plates.

Very modern design with sustainability in mind. There’s a fee to store luggage at the basement within hotel parking area. Location is close to Tivoli Gardens but a bit of walk going to town centre.Staffs are very friendly. Had an amazing time at the spa area too.

Stayed here for a week.
The nuts were delicious. It felt like a fairytale world.
Copenhagen is a bit cold in the summer. You have to wear a down jacket when you go out at night.
The design is OK but the quality is average. People who pursue quality can stay in another hotel called Sander. It is very comfortable there.

The hotel location is not far from train station, so it’s comfortable to reside at this hotel. But my experience is not so good. I had asked for many helps, but customer service had just told me to edit those problems and no one came to help me anymore. So it’s a bad experience I had found in trip.
Like the old hotel of great-grandfather generation, the lobby is very tasteful, there is a fireplace, and the room does not need to use a heavy brass key to open the room. Even the elevator up and down also reflects the rhythm of the old age. The surroundings of the hotel are beautiful. You can walk to the Royal Castle of Fredensborg in about seven or eight minutes. There is a beautiful large garden behind the castle. It is recommended to leave enough time to take a walk there.

AacacacStunning view from a room window where you can see beautiful ocean if you’re assigned to oceans side! I really appreciated that they have bathtub as most of the hotels in Copenhagen doesn’t have it and it’s so relaxing to have a bathtub after busy day.
Stuffs at the reception are kind and nice.
Amenities are not so good though. With this price they should provide at least a kettle and a cup for tea/coffee/water. They don’t provide them which is weird as most of the hotel even budget hotels provide them so hope the hotel can consider it in the future. Reception gave me hot water but we need to go downstairs every time we need it which is very inconvenient.
But it’s clean, new hotel and breakfast has many varieties which I really enjoyed.
Thank you for the lovely stay!

SSpring RiverWe were used to clearing all immigration and security and passport control before we shop and dine in other airports. So we conveniently forgot that there was one more passport control to clear after we entered the airside, and we took our time to shop n lounge. By time we headed to the boarding gate, we were shocked to see a long queue in front of the passport control counters. Our flight was scheduled to depart at 12noon and even though we arrived at the queue at 11am, by 11.35 we were still in the middle of the queue. We had to request the people ahead of us whose flights departed later to let us skip queue. It was quite embarrassing.
I am wondering if the airport can consider changing the procedures so that we can shop and relax with a peace of mind and just head to the boarding gate with no stress.
Bbusy teachinSo central! I was really surprised. Right near the Tivoli gardens and I could see the fireworks from my window. Beds were soft and clean. The hotel lets you decide when you want your room cleaned which was a nice touch .

MMantoujiamifanReally great hotel. Five minutes walk from the train station. City Hall 10 minutes.
The hotel is not the kind of luxury five-star hotel chain. But the decoration in the store is very warm. And the staff is very warm. Although the facade is small, it is very beautiful. The first floor is a cafe.
The hotel will send an email in advance to remind you to pre-check in before check-in. After online processing, you can directly get the key at the front desk. very convenient. It is worth mentioning that their 🔑 is very delicate! Like pendants.
The room is not very big, but there is an indescribable warmth. The room given this time is facing the street. Looking at the street view downstairs is good. The mattress and pillows are very comfortable! ! Suitable for bed. The disadvantage is that the toilet is really too small. The elevator is also very small. Two people can barely enter. It was an old house injury.
Overall really recommended! ! !

YYorkshire visitingI recently had the pleasure of staying at the Tivoli Hotel in Copenhagen, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a charming blend of modern comfort and classic elegance.
The location is perfect, just a short walk from the iconic Tivoli Gardens and other major attractions, making it easy to explore the city. My room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for, including a stunning view of the city skyline.
The dining options were also fantastic, offering a variety of delicious meals that catered to all tastes. Overall, my experience at the Tivoli Hotel was exceptional, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Copenhagen!
