I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Tivoli Hotel in Copenhagen, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, with a charming blend of modern comfort and classic elegance. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the iconic Tivoli Gardens and other major attractions, making it easy to explore the city. My room was spacious, clean, and equipped with all the amenities I could ask for, including a stunning view of the city skyline. The dining options were also fantastic, offering a variety of delicious meals that catered to all tastes. Overall, my experience at the Tivoli Hotel was exceptional, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Copenhagen!

Strategically located, only 5 min on foot from Copenhagen Central station. A lot of hotels in this area and I think Hotel Mayfair quite stood out with its bright signage and big building. The room itself was clean and quite spacious, enough for 3 travellers. However, some things to note include - there's no fridge in the room so you will have to store your perishables in the staffs fridge in the luggage room, no kettle and also cups provided are too small for even coffee provided. One letdown was the poor ventilation for bathroom. There was some kind of odd smell from the toilet every time we entered the room. Staff were all attentive and helpful, they helped us with filling up hot water and storing our bags before checking in.

This i hotel is ”ok” but after staying at this hotel a couple of times so far this year (and several times previous years), I plan to select another hotel the next time. The most annoying issue is the long checkin and checkout and the impolite and rude behaviour of the reception staff. They admit that the checkin takes time and motivate it by saying that ”it sometimes takes one hour to checkin” (meaning ”be happy, your checkin took ”35 minutes””). The second annoying issue is that the furniture is dirty (see the photos). However, the breakfast is good and the breakfast staff is kind, pleasant and service oriented. After staying at a hotel in three continents 40 nights so far this year, some of these nights at airport hotels, I think this hotel does not correspond to its number of stars and how airport hotels (of this star number) are.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable, and the breakfast was very rich. The day we stayed just in time for the snow, the hotel in the snow scene is like a castle in a fairy tale, so beautiful.

Stunning view from a room window where you can see beautiful ocean if you’re assigned to oceans side! I really appreciated that they have bathtub as most of the hotels in Copenhagen doesn’t have it and it’s so relaxing to have a bathtub after busy day. Stuffs at the reception are kind and nice. Amenities are not so good though. With this price they should provide at least a kettle and a cup for tea/coffee/water. They don’t provide them which is weird as most of the hotel even budget hotels provide them so hope the hotel can consider it in the future. Reception gave me hot water but we need to go downstairs every time we need it which is very inconvenient. But it’s clean, new hotel and breakfast has many varieties which I really enjoyed. This hotel is mainly for business meetings. There are several conference rooms. After 10 pm, there will be people who drink a lot in the corridor. The room is very poorly soundproofed. I was awakened 3 times at night after 9 o'clock. I ordered a rib for dinner, which was more general.

Convenient location. 20 mins metro ride from the airport and the hotel is a short walk away from the station and central train station. Though the pathway has cobbled stones so could be challenging dragging luggages across. I booked a single room and upon getting to my first room, I realized I had to manoeuvre a flight of steps to get to the room, which I immediately u-turned back to the reception to ask for a room change. That's when I was told that all single room types are at the 'sub levels' that have stairs. I wished someone mentioned this in the reviews earlier. It was already a pain dragging a heavy luggage on carpet, this is made worse with the flight of steps in between. The room is small but they have put in smart features to maximize space. I like the open wardrobe concept and how they've incorporated the luggage rack as a folding style from the mirror/wardrobe. Shower area is a bit small, but water pressure of the rain-shower head is good. Bed and pillow are softer than I would prefer. The pillow is so soft it's almost as good as not having one. Breakfast was excellent, a good spread of pastries, bread, cold cuts, yoghurt, cereals, eggs and sausages. I love it that the staff are very prompt in refilling whatever is running low and in clearing plates.
