Less than 2 km from the downtown business district, about 1.5 km from the Kronborg Palace and the Maritime Museum, the beach is beautiful, the sea view is invincible, the room is small, the equipment is generally
Staff were super friendly and accommodating to any request! They really made sure everything was warm, welcoming and extremely efficiently handled. Couldn’t have asked for more. Breakfast spread was simple and good quality. Coffee, tea and snacks available all day was a super nice touch
Hotel was great. A little out of the centre of Copenhagen but bus was easily accessible and affordable. Hotel was clean and staff were super friendly. Breakfast was yum, lots to choose from
I enjoyed my stay so much at Zoku Copenhagen. Check in on the 5th floor. The 5th floor is also where you have breakfast, lunch or dinner. Floor -1 is where you can store your luggage if need be. The entire staff is kind and professional and made me feel welcome. The metro station near is Dr. Byen where you can catch the M1 line! There is also a supermarket called Netto which is very near to the metro. You can’t miss it!
Well firstly I paid extra for a Princess sized bed only to check in and get a double - apparently according to the staff at Tivoli hotel these site eg Trip sell these rooms when really they are standard - wanted to charge me extra for the larger bed - so beware when booking there is no such thing as the standard queen room with a queen sized bed. Also on my booking I booked a river view I didn’t get that either!! Wish I’d of booked a hotel closer to the city ctr.
Secondly the room service staff are sooo rude.
Worth noting they charge you for condiments like mayo and ketchup.
All that aside the hotel is nice and clean and the room we stayed in even though small was nice
This i hotel is ”ok” but after staying at this hotel a couple of times so far this year (and several times previous years), I plan to select another hotel the next time. The most annoying issue is the long checkin and checkout and the impolite and rude behaviour of the reception staff. They admit that the checkin takes time and motivate it by saying that ”it sometimes takes one hour to checkin” (meaning ”be happy, your checkin took ”35 minutes””). The second annoying issue is that the furniture is dirty (see the photos). However, the breakfast is good and the breakfast staff is kind, pleasant and service oriented. After staying at a hotel in three continents 40 nights so far this year, some of these nights at airport hotels, I think this hotel does not correspond to its number of stars and how airport hotels (of this star number) are.
We just completed a 2nd time stay within a month and we were glad to come back to this service apartment styled hotel. Kitchenette with the NETTO supermarket in the bldg plus a top bakery around the block makes it always convenient. Same goes for the gym, pool and sauna. Bikes to rent are very solid. Also you have plenty of jogging kilometers waiting for you which you can start straight from the hotel doors. Reception was extra flexible this time.

The hotel is located in a busy commercial area, and it is very convenient to various attractions. The hotel is old and distinctive, the rooms are clean and quiet. I booked too many rooms, and the hotel is very humane. I also refunded it. It's good👍

Great
MMariiaThis was the best hotel I've ever stayed in. I arrived to Copenhagen pretty early and intended to explore the city straight away. Unfortunately it was raining A LOT that day, so I went to the hotel instead and was able to check in as soon as I got there (around noon). Got a room with spectacular seaside view, very clean and cozy. Breakfast was delicious, and it really is a 15 min walk to the airport.
BBrianI stayed for three nights at their single bedroom and I enjoyed my stay primarily for the location and the reception area with nice seats and sofas. The bar is open until evening and had coffees too. The location is just next to the main city train station and you can walk for 20 minutes to get to Tivoli, the Parliament House and for a little longer to the mermaid, docks, and war museum. My room was typical European extra small but the shower and bed are more comfortable than the typical budget room in Paris. The breakfast is continental and doesn’t change but they open by 6.30 am, which is a godsend if your flight is early or you’re an early bird. You can cross over to the opposite hotel to access a small gym room (no one used it so I enjoyed it). Absalon is expensive and there are cheaper options but I absolutely didn’t regret staying there.
KKevin Howe WeiVery happy with the stay and the customer service was very good. Arrived and had a warm greetings from Mario which also happened to be a great 'guide' for us in the city.

MMr.Saif 赛义夫My recent stay at the Scandic Glostrup presented a bit of a trade-off. While the hotel offered good services and a nice breakfast, its location being far from the city center was a significant factor in my experience. The journey to the heart of Copenhagen took approximately half an hour, which required some planning and consideration for transportation. This distance might be a drawback for those primarily interested in easily accessing central attractions and nightlife. However, the hotel itself provided a comfortable and well-serviced environment. The staff were helpful, and the amenities were satisfactory. I particularly enjoyed the nice breakfast, which offered a good variety and quality of food to start the day. In conclusion, Scandic Glostrup could be a suitable option for travelers who prioritize good service and a pleasant hotel experience and don't mind the commute to the city center. If being centrally located is a top priority, however, the half-hour travel time needs to be factored into the decision.
GGuest UserSuper friendly team, thanks to the online check-in the evening before, everything went quickly at reception upon arrival, and also during the entire stay, always attentive and committed staff, comfortable room, slept well despite the central location, the only thing I missed was a magnifying mirror in the bathroom.
AAnonymous UserStrategically located, only 5 min on foot from Copenhagen Central station. A lot of hotels in this area and I think Hotel Mayfair quite stood out with its bright signage and big building.
The room itself was clean and quite spacious, enough for 3 travellers. However, some things to note include - there's no fridge in the room so you will have to store your perishables in the staffs fridge in the luggage room, no kettle and also cups provided are too small for even coffee provided.
One letdown was the poor ventilation for bathroom. There was some kind of odd smell from the toilet every time we entered the room.
Staff were all attentive and helpful, they helped us with filling up hot water and storing our bags before checking in.

BBranimirPLocation great, clean, kind stuff, great breakfast, everything was nice. Room was in a minimalistic Scandinavian style and had enough space for three of us and luggage. Gym and kids play ground are in the hotel. Luggage lockers are near kids play ground so you can leave your luggage 10/15 DKR per hour. On railway station price is 100 DKR for 24 hours only.
YYunny09The location of the hotel is really good, and it is very convenient to take the subway to visit tourist attractions. However, it is the smallest hotel I have stayed in during my entire trip, and the kettle is also the dirtiest.
