4-Star Hotels in Khanh Hoa Province, Vietnam

We stayed at the hotel for 2 nights (from August 6 to 8). We really liked the hotel. The advantages we noted were the following: 1). A wonderful rooftop pool. We were especially impressed by the mountain views 2). Large clean rooms. You can see a piece of the sea 3). Good breakfast. There are soups, meat, omelettes, fruits and coffee. Only during our stay there was no regular milk. Only condensed 4). It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the sea. There are palm trees near the beach that create shade. And you can lie in the shade 5). Excellent massage. We booked the hotel for only 2 nights, since our main hotel was occupied. But when we moved, we continued to go for massages at the Grand Tourane Overall, we highly recommend it for accommodation

It's located in downtown Nha Trang, so you can get around the best when traveling, and the hotel staff are so friendly! You can leave your luggage after checking out, and the hotel also has a scale, which is useful for checking the weight of your luggage. There are many restaurants, massage, and coffee shops nearby, so it seems to be the best location for traveling. For reference, I visited twice!

I am still in Nha Trang. I booked 4 hotels for total 8 nights in Nha Trang. Novotel was the third hotel I stayed. Currently I am staying at the fourth. Of those four hotels I stayed (or staying), Novotel is the hotel I would visit again in the future. It isn’t the most expensive hotel of the four. But in terms of the benefit/cost ratio, Novotel comes the first. 1. Location is great. It’s located at the heart of Nha Trang, right in front of the beach. There are many restaurants near by. 2. Hotel has several parasols and chairs on the beach. They are free for the guests. Very convenient. 3. The staffs are great. Someone stole my passport right after check-in. I visited a massage shop before my room gets ready. And massager stole it while I was lying face down. (The massage shop was recommended by a hair cut shop right across the street. Be careful.) Of course I was mentally shaken. But the staffs were so helpful. They were concerned about my situation, and didn’t hesitate to lend me helping hands. They even proactively prepared some documents, in case I come across unforeseen situations. This sort of considerate gestures helped me calm down. This was a classy service. Also I can sense they shared my information to see they were so ready. I stayed at a cheaper hotel before Novotel. It had a bigger and newer building. These are what I experienced. It took three phone calls and three staff visits over two hours to open a safe that was locked from the beginning. And so many group tours. I was constantly surprised by their loud voices during the breakfasts. I even saw 5-6 shirtless young men sitting in front of the hotel chatting. No one stopped them. I was shocked. And those attitudes of front-desk staffs…. Don’t get fooled by photos. There was one person I wanted to thank before I leave Novotel. But he wasn’t on duty…. And yes, it was strictly massage. What are you thinking?

We came back again due to the amazing previous stay and we are in awe again by the excellent service by the hotel crew. Our free rental bicycle from the hotel broke down in the middle of a highway. We informed the reception and they sent help in 5 minutes! Brought us back to the hotel safely and we couldn't be more grateful enough. Thanks again, Seaesta!

A very satisfying stay in Nha Trang, no shortcomings 1. The room is large, please note that the room area marked by the hotel does not include the balcony, including the balcony, it is actually about 38 square meters 2. The hotel staff is very friendly, and they can speak a little Chinese. I asked some questions about tourism and they answered them patiently 3. The room is clean and tidy, and the bed sheets and quilts are changed for each guest 4. It is centrally air-conditioned and will not catch a cold 5. The windows in the room can be opened for ventilation 6. Convenient transportation, there is a convenience store downstairs, and it is only a few minutes walk from the beach 7. Overall, decent. The rooms were soundproof and quiet, and the elevators were fast, which met our basic needs. However, a minor disappointment was the lack of personal bidet sprays in the rooms; this felt a bit inadequate given the high population density of the area. On the positive side, other nearby amenities were affordable and convenient.

Good breakfast with many choices & very good location. Room are surprisingly clean & look exactly like the website photos.

The location of the hotel was great. The market and restaurants are close. However, the entrance to the hotel was a bit crowded as it was like another hotel. The sea view room was so good. They cleaned it up and there were no bugs at all. Oh, the water quality was good, so I barely felt the filter color change during my three days.

Very nice and new hotel, the price was very affordable. Everything was clean. It’s situated 10 minutes from the north beach, right in front of the hotel there’s a massage salone. 5 minutes from a good grocery store, also there’s a cheap laundry on the corner. - The breakfast was ok, I can’t say that I enjoyed it too much, but there were soups, noodles, sweats, fruits, eggs etc. So I could find something everyday. It finishes at 9:30, too early for me, as I was suffering because of jet lag. - They provided us with beach towels that are changed daily; also you can use sun beds for free. - Wi-Fi is fast - the pool on the last floor is good and clean There was YouTube and smart tv. About some issues: - It’s quite noisy outside (people in Vietnam wake up early, at 5 am and do sports on the beach, they bring speakers with them), also we could hear people in the corridor, a church nearby rings the bells every night. So I would recommend using earplugs. - They don’t provide a clothing rack, we were using hangers to dry our swimsuits; it’s very inconvenient, I believe in such places where people goes to the beach everyday that’s a must have - there’s lack of hooks in bathroom, also I would add more hangers, some shelves - in our room the balcony was a tiny one, you can only stand here, but it’s impossible to seat (as I remember there were rooms with a normal size balcony) But overall I enjoyed staying in this place, thanks to the hotel workers for high level of service. I recommend booking this hotel and this area of Nha Trang in general (imho it’s better than the center).
