⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at Citi Hotel Luton. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located close to the town centre and transport links. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any requests. My room was well-maintained, quiet, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The check-in and check-out process was quick and hassle-free. I was particularly impressed by the excellent value for money and the welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. I would highly recommend Citi Hotel Luton to anyone visiting Luton, whether for business or leisure. I will definitely stay here again on my next visit.

Decent, nothing fancy, but I had an early flight the next morning, so the value for money was excellent! Lots of restaurants nearby with plenty of choices too. Highly recommended! And all the staff were great as well!

The house is located on a walking distance from Luton Dart Parkway, there are 2 routes you can take. It was easy finding it and getting inside. The house looks better on the inside than outside. The earplugs were really helpful. The bedroom and bathroom were clean.

Temporary stay Smart check-in It feels OK, but we left after a short stay. We caught up with the flight and the Luton Airport was cancelled. It was too far away. I will not choose Luton Airport next time. This hotel is pretty good

Confusing check in process as managed by passcode rather than person but overall ok
