The hotel was very clean and conveniently located. What truly touched us was that we had booked a king-sized bed room, but upon arrival, they saw we were a family of three and upgraded us to a family room. The service was absolutely wonderful! I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Jinzhou; you should definitely stay here.

The guest rooms are a good size with a well-organized layout, and the washroom is clean and refreshing with a consistent and ample hot water supply. The front desk staff are patient and enthusiastic, always going the extra mile to help with any requests, providing truly heartwarming service. The hotel's hygiene is rigorously maintained, with every nook and cranny meticulously cleaned. The location offers convenient transportation, making it a stress-free and comfortable choice for your travels. Definitely my top pick!

The hotel's location is excellent, just 200 meters from Zhongjie Metro Station, offering a peaceful retreat amidst the bustling city. From the room, you get a panoramic view of the Shenyang Imperial Palace. It's incredibly convenient for sightseeing, dining, and getting around. The room itself is clean and spacious, and the front desk staff are warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with any questions.

This is a newly opened hotel, and the lobby is incredibly comfortable. The location is excellent, within walking distance to nearby attractions. They offered complimentary welcome drinks. The two-bedroom family room was spacious. The breakfast selection was quite diverse, but it's best to go early as options dwindle after 9:30 AM. The service was also great; they were very responsive to all our questions. When we first checked in, we were given a family room with an irregular shape and outdated facilities. After we pointed this out, they promptly moved us to a standard, rectangular room, which was much better. It would have been ideal if we had been given the better room from the start. We noticed many Korean guests staying here. There's also a laundry room and a gym on the 5th floor.

This hotel was the most satisfying for our self-driving trip. The free parking lot had plenty of spaces and allowed for easy in-and-out access, so we didn't have to worry about finding a spot for our car. The entire room was equipped with brand-new smart devices that were easy and convenient to operate, and the hot water was instantly available and maintained a stable temperature. The surrounding area had a dense concentration of night markets and restaurants, making it very convenient to go out for food in the evening. The room was clean and tidy, and it would be hard to find a better option at a similar price point.

Booked 3 rooms for my parents and me. Even though we aren't IHG members, Trip.com offered early check-in, which was fantastic as we could settle in and rest right after getting off the high-speed train at 10 AM. The larger rooms we booked were spacious, and we could open our suitcases without obstructing movement. There are good restaurants nearby, and the hotel is within walking distance of the train station, which is very convenient. It's also not too far from the Broken Bridge. Breakfast had a slightly limited variety, but it was still enough to fill us up. Overall, we were very satisfied.

I booked a special offer room, and the design is really well thought out. It's compact but doesn't feel cramped or stuffy. I specifically checked the amenities and facilities, and they're the same as those in the other sea-view rooms, which shows the owner really invested in the place. My favorite part is the balcony – with all the flowers in bloom and the sea view, it's absolutely gorgeous! Just a side note, sitting there with a cup of coffee at night, enjoying the light show on the cross-sea bridge, is incredibly relaxing. The owner is a bit too modest; the actual stay was much better than what the pictures suggested.

The hotel's location is super convenient; you can see it right from North Station and even access it directly via an underground passage. Subway Lines 2 and 4 are right downstairs, making transportation a breeze. Taxis can also drop you off directly at the hotel entrance. Breakfast is available, though the variety is pretty standard. They also offered a complimentary business lunch or dinner, which had limited options, but it was enough to fill you up. The room looked exactly like the pictures, but the cleanliness details weren't great and definitely need improvement.

Cant complain. This hotel is just worth the price with the kind of cleanliness, service, comfortability, aesthetics and location. It is near Xinghai Square where we watched the light show at the bridge. Just beautiful! I would love to stay here much longer if I were to visit Dalian again. Free laundry by the way and I did not have to pay for extra coffee which was actually really good too. We were also allowed to check out later. The staff were particularly pleasing! Eventhough their English is limited they tried their best to provide whats needed. Excellent place! I felt so at home but at the same time it didn’t even feel like you’re in China. Superb considering I booked the cheapest room for three adults.

The rooms were clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the front desk staff were warm and attentive. It's great value for money, and I'd definitely stay here again next time!
