This hotel on Shenyang's Middle Street has excellent facilities and amenities. Its location is superb, right on Middle Street, making everything incredibly convenient. There's free parking available directly accessing the upper floors, which is very handy. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. The front desk is staffed 20 hours a day. Bottled water is complimentary and unlimited. Invoices are electronic and can be processed via mobile phone at the front desk. Check-in and check-out were very professional, quick, and efficient. The location is truly fantastic, with a prominent entrance. On the 9th or 26th floor (the original text says 9:26, likely a typo for '9楼和26楼' or '9楼/26楼'), there's an observation deck where you can enjoy the night view of Middle Street, complete with telescopes – a really nice touch. Highly recommended, very satisfied, truly excellent, I will definitely come back!

This is my second time staying at this hotel, but unfortunately, the experience did not live up to the high standards set during my first visit.During my first stay, I was incredibly impressed by the outstanding hospitality of the front desk lady who assisted me. She personally accompanied me to my room to ensure everything was perfect, seamlessly arranged my taxi bookings, and made sure my transport arrived exactly on time. Her attention to detail made me feel valued.Regrettably, no one provided that level of care during this trip. The check-in process felt purely transactional—the front desk staff simply handed me my room key with no extra effort or welcoming gesture.I chose to return because of the exceptional service I received initially, but this second experience felt indifferent. I hope management can train all staff to deliver the consistent, high-quality service that made this hotel stand out in the first place.

This time, I was traveling with my parents and my child. Since my little one wasn't feeling well, I really needed a great hotel, and this one truly didn't disappoint. The room had two queen beds plus a sofa bed, perfect for our family of five. We couldn't get enough of the beautiful night view outside the window. Everyone in the family praised my choice. My dad stood there, cup of tea in hand, for quite a while, saying, 'Looking at these lights just brightens my mood.' My child was glued to the window, gazing into the distance, and asked if it was a lighthouse. The hotel is only three or four minutes from the bus station, which was great since my parents walk a bit slower – no worries about rushing for our bus. In the mornings, I'd take my child for a stroll in the small park downstairs, and then we'd come back just in time for breakfast. They had hot congee and mini steamed buns, which my parents loved, and my child enjoyed the special kids' area with small cakes and yogurt. When it was time to check out, the front desk staff saw we had a lot of luggage and proactively helped us carry it. Of all the places we've stayed on this trip, this hotel was truly a hit with the whole family.

I recommend visiting them in sequence during the day to experience the charm of Shengjing and its rich history. In the early morning, you can head to the nearby morning market to get a taste of authentic Northeastern street life. After exploring the historical sites during the day, take a leisurely stroll along Zhongjie in the evening to enjoy the night views and sample local snacks. It's a fulfilling yet relaxed itinerary. The excellent location, comfortable living environment, and attentive service made my entire Shenyang trip exceptionally pleasant. Whether for leisure travel or a short getaway, this hotel is an excellent choice, and I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shenyang!

Service: Excellent! There was a male staff member who was very enthusiastic and pleasant to talk to. The front desk attitude upon check-in was neutral, just normal, but upon check-out, the front desk staff was incredibly nice and even came out to give us a small souvenir. Facilities: I went just before Chinese New Year, when it was at its coldest, but the air conditioning inside the room was very warm, not cold at all. I booked a side river view room, and the room was very spacious and roomy. The TV was also very clear, though many channels required a membership, but it was good for watching cartoons. Cleanliness: Good. Environment: The indoor environment was great. Parking was tight in front of the hotel, but there were still spots available. Also, the breakfast was excellent, with a rich variety of options, including a coffee machine and fresh salads. The kitchen could also prepare freshly cooked noodles and wontons, though the wontons were just okay. Overall, I was very satisfied. This price is definitely great value for money.

Every day, he greeted us warmly, proactively asked about our plans, and shared tips on fun things to do and great places to eat in Dalian. As first-time visitors, his recommendations were incredibly helpful and made us feel so welcome. Another young man, who worked the night shift, truly touched me. My family was staying in different room types, and my two nephews were waiting outside their grandfather's room. Their grandpa had fallen asleep, and they couldn't reach him or me. The front desk attendant noticed them and didn't ignore them; instead, he stayed with them, patiently looking after them until I arrived. What impressed me even more was his professionalism and caution. When I got there, he thoroughly verified my identity and confirmed I was a guest for that room before helping us open the door. That level of security awareness and responsibility is truly commendable. A great hotel isn't just about the facilities and environment; it's about encountering staff who genuinely care for their guests. And I must praise the beds here! They are so incredibly comfortable! I usually have trouble falling asleep, but these past few days, I've drifted off almost as soon as I lay down, and my sleep quality has been excellent. Thank you for your thoughtful service; it made this trip to Dalian even more wonderful. Next time I'm in Dalian, I will definitely stay here again ❤️

This is a 4-star hotel brand under Shangri-La, located right next to Shenyang's famous Taiyuan Street. You can access Taiyuan Street directly from a side entrance, and there are many restaurants and great transport links nearby. From the moment I checked in, every staff member I encountered had a genuine smile, and all interactions were incredibly natural and comfortable, which was a pleasant surprise. This hotel has been around for many years; it used to be the Shenyang Business Hotel. So, while the facilities have a historical feel and are a bit old, they are definitely not dilapidated. Everything is clean and tidy, and the rooms are spacious. From the room, you can see the bustling cityscape of Shenyang. Although it's a Shangri-La brand, it offers excellent value for money. Highly recommended.

Good location, tall appearance and public area. The room is big enough, the facilities are complete, the health is good, the drink is delivered, 4 bottles of water per day, not enough can be asked, communicate in advance, the room has no smell, the service is good, the breakfast is rich, the taste is good, there is contact lens cleaning liquid in the room, the consideration is very thoughtful, the night is quite quiet. 2 problems, one is that the key to the curtain opening is messy, press the sleep button curtain will open, toss several times to get it, the key to the window screen opening is reversed. The other is that although parking is convenient behind the building and the parking lot on the side of the building, the road is not a asphalt road. There is water in the rain, the manhole cover is prominent, the road is uneven, and there is a lot of garbage. It is too buried. There is a small door in the parking lot. Clean up the sanitation, repair and strengthen the health management.

I stayed at Shenyang Yunwan Hotel recently and found it to be very conveniently located—perfect for travelers using the train and visiting local attractions. The room was clean, though slightly run-down, and guests will need to manage expectations in that regard. A major plus is that the hotel is directly connected to a shopping mall, offering easy access to food, shopping, and amenities. However, one important point to note is that the hotel’s air conditioning is centrally controlled by the mall. Once the mall closes (around 11:00 PM), the air conditioning is automatically shut off, leaving the rooms without cooling for the rest of the night. This can make the room quite stuffy, especially during warmer periods. Overall, the hotel scores high on location and convenience, but the lack of air conditioning at night may be a drawback for some guests. It would be helpful if the hotel could provide an alternative cooling solution during non-operating hours.

However I lower the AC, room temps stay 25C The toilet partition is made of glass see through to the room and the curtain to cover the toilet is outside the toilet, in the room, which is a bad design. Water seep out at the base of the glass joints into the bedroom carpet, causing condensation. Across the street and just around the corner is the happening pedestrian street and the subway, making this place the best in location. Disadvantage: walking street is next to the garbage collection station. Walking in and out, the air smells. Lobby to check in and breakfast is at the 7th floor. Basic choice of food.
