A very satisfying stay, Facilities: Very good, the whole house is smart Hygiene: Not ordinary clean, there is free water! The bathroom is separated from wet and dry areas! Environment: The store environment is elegant, Service: The quality of all the staff is extremely high. The only thing missing was that the TV remote control ran out of power at night. The aunt who came was not professional at all and was not willing to solve the problem. Later, she replaced the remote control and it was fine! Generally speaking, it is not easy to have such a perfect hotel in a remote town!

Four-star standard, convenient transportation, good scenery, complete facilities, carpets, various cups, high quality supplies, comfortable bedding, and good service. The fly in the ointment is to imagine that the old state-run hotel does not have self-service laundry, and there is paid laundry.

The front desk lady Jennie was very nice. She upgraded the room for free and was very gentle. She also gave us a self-made tourist route and some recommended food pictures. We called the front desk and said we wanted to add a bed and quilt. Then the room attendant directly made the sheets for the sofa bed for us and a new quilt. Seeing that we were with the children, she also sent us two more bottles of water. The service was excellent👍

The view from our room was also very nice. And the location is great if you want to explore the more lively areas of Changchun!

When we found that we wanted to go to Tumen Port, she also helped to contact the carpooling driver, and the price was cheaper than the Internet. I had a terrible experience at Atour X Changchun Station: took an hour to find the hotel & the room was not ready at 5pm cause they allowed their members to check out at 3pm to 6pm. We went out to eat and came back 40mins later to check in but was told that they CANNOT accept foreigners. They canceled our room booking & told me to find another hotel. Immediately I chatted with Trip.com staff for help. Within 5mins she changed my booking to Yatai hotel :) we were happy staying at Yatai 👍

Excellent location and service. This is a great place to stay for the night when you're traveling the next day. The metro station is right in front of the hotel and the train station is within walking distance (one stop direct line by metro). There's also a nice park in front of the hotel and the area is quiet and clean. The room was spacious and we got an upgrade for free. The bedroom was a bit cold during our stay (early October) as they hadn't turned on the heating yet. Everything else was pleasant and comfortable.

Hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful during our stay. They were professional and always smiley whenever we got back hotel. Especially yu min 于敏 wang jing王晶, they helped with our smooth check in and check out and my many enquires. Requested for late check out for 30mins and they gave me 1 hour instead, really appreciate for that!!! We were surprised with the little gift pack from the hotel. It’s the local tea leaves and volcanos rock!! It’s something so unique and interesting as a gift! It’s one of the best hotels I would say!! Room was spacious, clean and smart. The layout and lighting of the room make our stay very comfortable and convenient. Breakfast was delivered right to our room in the morning at our specific timing. This saves us effort to make our way to the dining place for breakfast when we can enjoyed it in our room. The laundry room was definitely a huge plus for us. Totally free of charge for washing and drying clothing. The stay was so great and we decided to extend one more night. Location is near the town area. Either flag for taxi or ask the receptionist for help would be a better option. It’s very convenient to roam around the area as taxi is widely available. Overall it was an awesome and enjoyable stay.

When I checked in, when I checked out, all of them were other staff, and they were all friendly. The room was clean and all the necessary items were prepared, so I had a comfortable day. Namhu Park was also well seen in the room. I will stay here again next time I come to Changchun.

After staying in so many hotels, this one must be recommended. It is cost-effective and close to the subway station. On snowy days, you can have breakfast while watching the snow scenery. The breakfast is rich, clean and fresh. From hardware to service, it can catch up with the level of a five-star hotel. .
