The room was very spacious. We arrived quite late, well past midnight, but the front desk quickly checked us in. After we checked out, the front desk called to let us know we'd left a power cord behind and immediately offered to mail it to us via WeChat. However, since it was for our child's constant-temperature kettle, we decided to go back and pick it up. The hotel's service was warm, thoughtful, and proactive, with a very positive attitude. The breakfast staff were also incredibly enthusiastic. We were very satisfied with this stay!

Facilities: As part of the Hilton chain, the hotel offers high safety standards, and the breakfast boasts a wide variety of local specialties. Service: The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, proactively offering assistance. They enthusiastically recommended local dishes and even provided paper maps for navigating. Its prime location makes getting to various attractions by taxi exceptionally convenient. This will definitely be my top choice for accommodation next time I visit Yanji. Environment: Clean and tidy.

Huge thanks to the lovely front desk lady who upgraded my room! One of the staff members was truly amazing, and I really appreciate her efforts and kindness. There's a great 'iron pot stew' restaurant about 200 meters to the left when you exit the hotel – the food was delicious and I'd definitely recommend it. The owner even suggested we try ice fishing! However, apart from the excellent service from that one staff member, the hotel's facilities and room amenities were pretty average. I didn't feel it offered great value for money. The pictures are dedicated to that wonderful lady who brightened our stay.

Absolutely satisfied! First off, the location is truly excellent, right at the exit of both the subway and high-speed rail. You step out of the high-speed rail and you're there, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere, which is a huge plus. Secondly, when I arrived, they told me the room I booked wasn't ready yet, so the front desk staff upgraded my room type! I'm really grateful for that! What a pleasant surprise! Thank you again! The room was clean and spacious, and I really appreciated how warm it felt every time I came back from outside. The staff were also very enthusiastic and patient. The self-service laundry is another bonus; I often choose Atour hotels just for this feature! I also loved the complimentary black tea and biscuits in the room. I'll definitely stay at Atour again if I have the chance.

Our first night in Yanji was at Orange Crystal, conveniently located near Xishi Market and a short walk from the famous Yanbian University internet-famous wall. The room was spacious and the heating was just right. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, answering all our questions. They recommended Tanbalu BBQ for our first meal in Yanji, which was fantastic! We also enjoyed the refreshing Jinqiu Makgeolli from Xishi Market, which was cheaper than other places on the street. We even bought some kimchi and beef tendon to send back home. Oh, and Heba Skewers were delicious too, as were the kimchi, beef tendon, and Korean blood sausage from Lianyu!

The hotel lobby is quite clean, consistent with the Hampton by Hilton style. The room is well-equipped with facilities, including a mini-fridge. The breakfast offers a good variety, with both Chinese and Western options, as well as local specialties. The restaurant is quite spacious; it didn't feel crowded when we went for breakfast at 7:30 AM. We had a small incident during our stay: We checked in a little after 2:30 PM and went out to explore without going into the room first. When we returned around 9 PM, we found the room to be quite spacious. However, it didn't feel warm when we first entered, and actually got colder the longer we stayed. I turned on the AC for heat and saw the room temperature was 14 degrees Celsius, but the air blowing out didn't feel warm. Then I noticed the curtains kept moving, and realized someone had kindly opened the window for ventilation and left it open until evening. The front desk was quick to resolve the issue. They first sent a space heater, but it didn't really warm up the room. I wasn't satisfied, so I checked the AC again; it only went up 2 degrees in half an hour, so the heating was very slow. Eventually, the front desk moved us to a different room. Although it wasn't as large as the first one, being warm was the most important thing.

I wholeheartedly give this hotel a perfect score! The room was fully equipped with everything in working order, and the layout was very well-designed, making for a very convenient stay. The soundproofing was exceptional; the quiet environment was incredibly relaxing, and I slept wonderfully. The hotel's service was truly a highlight; the 'Fu Bao Bao' staff were polite throughout, providing thoughtful and attentive service. You could feel the dedication in every detail. This stay was superb, I've already recommended it to friends, five-star review!

Conveniently located south of Changchun Railway Station, this hotel, part of the trusted Yatai brand in Changchun, offers excellent facilities. The gym and laundry room are well-equipped, and with Chongqing Road right nearby, you'll have no trouble finding plenty of dining options.

The room was very spacious! I forgot to add the breakfast buffet when I booked, so I didn't get to try it. However, the hotel's location is excellent; there are tons of food options right downstairs, and it's right next to Wanda Plaza, making it super convenient for getting around and shopping.
