This stay was exceptionally satisfying. The hotel's location is superb, making getting around incredibly convenient. The surrounding area boasts a full range of amenities including dining and shopping, making it perfect for both business trips and leisure travel. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, handling check-in and check-out efficiently and quickly. They patiently and thoroughly answered all my questions, demonstrating both professionalism and a friendly demeanor. The room was spotless and well-maintained, with no overlooked spots, and the bedding was soft and gentle on the skin, ensuring a comfortable and restful sleep. The interior design was simple yet elegant, with good natural light and ventilation. Toiletries, drinking water, and other daily essentials were well-stocked and of high quality. The bathroom was dry and clean, with hot water flowing quickly and consistently. The hotel's public areas were tidy and quiet, free from unnecessary noise, creating an overall comfortable and pleasant environment. The value for money is outstanding, and you can truly feel the dedicated service everywhere. I will definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip and sincerely recommend it to all my friends.

[The staff's amazing service] Arrived at Manzhouli Airport after 9am For some reason the internet was slow and I couldn't use DIDI! I negotiated with the taxi driver and got a ride to the hotel for 150 yuan, which is 5 times the normal price Every time I go to a new place, I always get a first taste of being ripped off I was depressed and decided to leave my luggage at the hotel, but they were able to check in from 9:30am There were still people eating breakfast! [Thank you so much] My inner voice They said they were going to do the cleaning, so I waited 5 minutes and let them into my room! That was amazing service!

The room is simple and modern in design, with warm and comfortable colors and reasonable space layout. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the mattress has full support. You can sleep until dawn without any pressure! The sound insulation effect is also great, and you can't hear any noise from the corridor or the road. The bathroom is clean and bright, with sufficient water pressure, complete toiletries, and attention to detail. Breakfast is one of the surprises! There are a wide variety of varieties, a reasonable combination of Chinese and Western styles, and fresh ingredients, especially the freshly cooked noodles and coffee bar. The replenishment is timely, and the service staff will also take the initiative to ask about needs, which makes the experience full.

The location is excellent, right in the city center, just one metro stop from Xinhua Square and about 200 meters from Zhongshan Road Station on Metro Line 1. The lobby is spacious and bright, with a dedicated area for guests to store their luggage. The front desk service was attentive and warm. I accidentally booked a duplicate reservation because I misread the dates when extending my stay, and the front desk staff patiently helped me communicate with the platform to resolve it, which was fantastic. Downstairs, there's a shopping mall with plenty of shops, entertainment options, and restaurants, making it very convenient for dining and leisure. The hotel's information indicates it's a quasi-four-star hotel, and the rooms are also quite spacious and bright. The only drawbacks are the lack of a gym, no laundry service, and no complimentary shopping bags. Free parking is available, and a 200 RMB deposit is required upon check-in.

This hotel was the most satisfying one during our China trip. All the staff were super friendly, proactive, and enthusiastic! Especially the ladies number 10 at the front desk,who was very efficient in helping us with our check-in process! The breakfast was very rich, with fresh and delicious food! The restaurant staff were also very nice! This is a hotel we will definitely come back to and we highly recommend it to everyone!

It was a okay stay. 5 hours stay night. Bed was wide enough. I did not expect too much on Cleanliness. Cleanliness okay.  Close to airport.  Airport transfer and no fee On the web they have car transportation without fee and no need to book. I was waiting for the car or bus. No vehicle arrived and we had to hire a cab to get the hotel.  Reach out to hotel to book transportation. Thank you.

This hotel is excellent ,I can't find any flaws. So far, it's been the best stay I've had. The room was clean, the service was great, and the breakfast was a delightful .I especially loved the design of the separate toilet and basin, which meant I didn’t have to wait for someone else to finish. I’ll definitely return to Atour Hotel for my next trip .

The environment is warm and the facilities are complete and atmospheric. The service, especially Xiao Shi at the front desk, is warm and thoughtful. The breakfast was quite satisfactory, the haggis was impressive, and the morning wine was more informative. Every time you come to the fertile city of lakes, this is the best choice.

Facilities: The room was very new and clean. Hygiene: The sink, toilet, and bedding were all very clean. Environment: The location is incredibly convenient, just a few hundred steps west of the Tongliao Station exit. Service: Absolutely outstanding! I rarely experience such excellent service in hotels below five stars in Northeast China. A butler contacted us in advance, and they truly went above and beyond to meet every single request. A special thanks to our butler, Mianmian, for helping our family. Since we had a child, she helped us switch to a non-smoking room, stored our frozen items, and even gave us free breakfast. She truly went above and beyond. An excellent hotel! I recommend it ten thousand stars.

The hotel is very nice and clean, with free parking. The breakfast was good, and the noodles were delicious. It's a great value, and I'll definitely choose this restaurant again next time I'm in Tongliao. It's also conveniently located right outside the Wanda Plaza, which offers many restaurants. Just 200 meters away is Haqiuhai, a Mongolian restaurant that attracts many people.
