This hotel was the most satisfying one during our China trip. All the staff were super friendly, proactive, and enthusiastic! Especially the ladies number 10 at the front desk,who was very efficient in helping us with our check-in process! The breakfast was very rich, with fresh and delicious food! The restaurant staff were also very nice! This is a hotel we will definitely come back to and we highly recommend it to everyone!

The room was as comfortable as always; this is my second time staying here! Parking is convenient, and the ladies at the front desk are very welcoming. My favorite part is the revolving restaurant on the 25th floor, which offers a wide variety of breakfast options and a great ambiance!

The hotel is located in the center of Bayannaoer. It is very convenient to travel around. The facilities are new and complete. The hotel rooms are large and it is very convenient for fun and food. It is worth staying.

The room was very comfortable, and the front desk staff was incredibly welcoming. They even upgraded my room for free! Everything was clean, the service was attentive, and breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. The location is also very convenient. It's my top choice for business trips or travel.

The room was very comfortable and clean. The copper pot milk tea for breakfast was very authentic and there were many varieties. Drinking a bowl of milk tea and eating a bowl of ramen was very filling. Hahahahaha. Xiaona and Xiaoyuan at the front desk were also very enthusiastic. Because I didn't know what to eat in Alashan, they took out a small map for me to navigate. They were really enthusiastic! And when I asked about the local specialties, they gave me an agate bracelet! The stay experience can be said to be quite good!

The service is good. The front desk guy and girl are warm and hospitable. The room is clean and the breakfast is rich. If I have the opportunity to come to Jining next time, I will definitely stay at Atour again.

When you see any staff of the hotel, they greet you with a smile and polite greetings. The overall quality of the hotel can be seen from the small details, which is great👍🏻 Underground warm storage (special garage for cold areas): This underground garage deserves praise. There is no frost on the front car glass in the morning, which is very convenient. The main reason is that Hailar is too cold.

I rarely experience such excellent service in hotels below five stars in Northeast China. A butler contacted us in advance, and they truly went above and beyond to meet every single request. A special thanks to our butler, Mianmian, for helping our family. Since we had a child, she helped us switch to a non-smoking room, stored our frozen items, and even gave us free breakfast. She truly went above and beyond. An excellent hotel! I recommend it ten thousand stars.

Everything was simply perfect: from the impeccable cleanliness of the rooms and public areas to the highest level of service. I would like to separately note how **quiet and calm** it is here, despite the fact that we were on holiday with children. The children also liked everything: the atmosphere is conducive to relaxation, there is no unnecessary noise, and the hotel grounds are well-kept and safe. For a family holiday, this is the best place you can imagine! We are sure that this is the best hotel in Manzhouli!
