The room facilities are new, the windows are well soundproofed, and the noise from the road outside can't be heard at all; the smart devices in the room are easy to use. The front desk service is very good, and they actively help with luggage collection. If you have any needs, they will be handled immediately. In particular, the proactive service of the front desk manager is impressive! There are Mongolian costumes for free rental in the lobby, as well as coffee, drinks and snacks for use; welcome fruits are given when checking in, and small gifts are given when checking out. A suggestion is that more bath sets/towels and bath products should be provided in the family room to avoid guests having to ask for them from the front desk after checking in.
