Location is very good. Easy to get around by buses to most city attractions. Nearby to many shopping malls and restaurants. The front office is very helpful. Room is spacious and has separate bath and toilet. Only issue we had was the walls are a bit thin we can hear even when next room is using the bath or toilet.

What makes this hotel special is the excellent customer service fr their staffs esp the breakfast service staffs like Xiao Ai fr the restaurant. Always a big smile n so helpful with everything. The whole team including the high tea team r all so friendly n hardworking. Love the selection of food too, we got to sample some authentic mongolian dishes like the lamb siew mai n pulled meat which was a bonus! The room is very clean n new. We had a very wonderful 4nites stay!👍🏼

Only stayed for one night, and it wasn't nearly enough! I'd love to return given the opportunity. It was very convenient for our family of five to stay together. With two rooms and a game room, there was ample space. The property features a parking lot with space for over a dozen cars, which is a rare find in Manzhouli and perfect for those traveling by car. A laundry room is also available. The mattresses and pillows were very comfortable. The entire hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained. The staff were very polite.

The room felt luxurious, and the bathroom was fully equipped with a smart toilet and a thermostatic shower. They also thoughtfully provided a steam eye mask and a sleep-inducing aromatherapy diffuser. The hotel's gym was a pleasant surprise, with brand-new equipment and a full complement of equipment. The restaurant also offered freshly cut fruit at all times. The surrounding area is full of delicious restaurants, with Wangfujing and Wanda Plaza both located downstairs. The local restaurants recommended by the front desk were incredibly authentic and I loved them.

The room is clean and tidy, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and it is especially safe to sleep. The supporting facilities are all available, and the bathroom is also spotlessly clean. The dining is a highlight, with a rich variety of breakfasts and delicious taste. Overall, the price-performance ratio is very high, and I will choose here next time.

It was my first time on a business trip to Hohhot, and my friend helped me book the Brilliance Hotel! It's very convenient to get here from the airport, it takes about 20 minutes by taxi! The hotel environment is good, the room is very clean, all supplies are complete, and it is very convenient to use. It was quite quiet at night, which allowed me to have a good sleep. I was very happy! The hotel's restaurant is on the right hand side of the lobby and requires going down a flight of steps. The breakfast is rich in variety, as well as homemade oil tea, which tastes great!

The location of the hotel is very close to the railway station for two or three minutes, and the transportation is convenient. It's a newly opened hotel, the environment is very good, Xiaoyuan Xiaozheng at the front desk is very good, the lady in the room is also very nice, she finished washing at 11 o'clock in the evening and needed to be dehydrated, and patiently accompanied me to the laundry room to dehydrate and help me dry clothes. There are children's toothbrushes and children's slippers in the room, and the details are also well done. Breakfast is a buffet, and the dishes are also very rich. Next time I come here, I will choose Berlin Han. The dinner for the stay is ordered at the restaurant on the second floor, mainly Cantonese cuisine, Sichuan cuisine and local dishes, the taste is very good.

Fantastic smart hotel - everything is voiced controlled -小度 is a wonderful bot - everything is new and spick & span. I love their free ice cream - such a nice touch and very welcomed on a hot summer day. Highly recommended!

Friendly and helpful staff at reception. Breakfast was okay. Room was clean. I love the bathtub. They gave me fruit and yogurt. Thanks, I really enjoyed my stay. Beautiful hotel!
