5-Star Hotels in County Dublin, Ireland

The hotel's breakfast is very rich, a combination of buffet and a la carte. The hotel is good, to the customer, but I don't know why, the hotel will buckle my credit card for two euros, which is equivalent to four or five thousand yuan! The room is spacious and bright. The location is very safe in the embassy area. For food, there are some restaurants about 5-8 minutes walk away. Although there are not many choices, it is okay to eat. The hotel's afternoon tea is very ordinary and has no special features. It feels very comfortable and quiet to live in. I will probably stay in this hotel again next time. The Christmas atmosphere is also very good.

Not sure if it is a hotel renovated from a historical building🏨The room is relatively small and has a poor view outside the window. The shower water volume is not big enough. No one reply my in-app message so I have to call. And it’s weird that the receptionist is not clear about my Gold membership benefits such as late checkout and free breakfast but what I find the most disrespectful is that the receptionist has to ask the duty manager for my requests yet the manager was just chatting with other staff and she never smile at me whenever I pass by and look at her. I’d love to stay again but the reception should be trained properly again.

Just had an amazing time in the shelbourne hotel. Beautiful cuisine ,comfort and relaxation. So convenient for shopping and strolling around the city centre. All staff amazing 👏

The check-in process was incredibly smooth, and the staff were very friendly and helpful named Iza. My room was very clean and well-maintained, and the location was excellent, with easy access to attractions and restaurants.

The location of the hotel is excellent. The waiters are friendly and efficient. The room is very clean. For someone like me who is mysophobic, it is difficult to have a satisfactory experience. I will stay there next time.
