5-Star Hotels in Hovedstaden, Denmark

Walking from metro with heavy luggages is not easy because of thecCobber road. Room is noisy. I can hear ppl talking from the room next to us. And disappointingly they gave us a room on the 1st floor with no view for a 3 nights stay.

Pretty good location, near the metro and there’s a bus stop in front of the hotel. There was a 24/h gym and water given everyday. Was a little disappointed in the room was cleaned as there was a day I had to request for clean towels cause they didn’t replace the soiled ones but the app didn’t work so we had to call for the towels. We had 2 people staying but they only gave us 1 set of toothbrush for the entire duration of the stay. TV channels were lacking and the rooftop bar closes by mid Oct.

When staying here, you really shouldn't compare the hotel's amenities or service to what you'd expect back home, especially since labor costs here are among the highest. That said, the hotel's location is fantastic – it's super convenient to get everywhere. We spent two days exploring the area and managed to walk to all our destinations.

The hotel is in a great location, right outside Copenhagen Central Station. The lobby is large, perfect for sunbathing and resting. I checked in on my birthday, and the hotel upgraded my room and gave me a birthday gift, which is very thoughtful for the customer experience. The room is not big, as most Nordic countries have small rooms, but it is clean and hygienic. There is not much meat in the breakfast, but the fruit and bread are good and filling.

It's a very unique hotel with stylish Nordic design inside. The best thing is the hotel's swimming pool. I think many people come here for it. The restaurant on the top floor of the hotel has a comfortable environment. It is good to have a glass of wine or coffee, and the food is relatively simple. The service at the front desk downstairs is relatively mediocre. It is basically the service of a small inn. It is not enthusiastic, not proactive, and does not help with luggage. It is not bad, just average.

The soundproofing of the hotel room is poor. The music in the bar on the first floor is so loud that you can hear it in the room. It's the same every night! I called the front desk and asked, but they could only provide earplugs... The location of the toilet shower was a bit strange, and the shower head was easily placed under the toilet.

This hotel is really a rip-off, probably because it is the peak season. The price is very high. The standard room I booked is already very expensive. After entering the room, I saw that there was no place to put the luggage, and the lighting was very poor. So I spent a lot of money to upgrade to a two-story suite. It was also very ordinary, and the room was very narrow. The air conditioner was right next to the bed, and it was very noisy when I slept at night. There was no free mineral water in the room. This hotel is a rip-off except for its good location.

The room was very bright and clean, with a predominantly off-white color scheme, creating a comfortable and warm atmosphere. The front desk and staff were friendly and helpful. The tall, handsome concierge was very considerate. I especially thank the beautiful front desk manager in a black suit who took care of the elderly during check-out. I am deeply grateful and grateful. This trip to Denmark, and even Denmark, left a wonderful impression of the warmth and hospitality of the people. This trip with the elderly was filled with friendly support and left wonderful memories. Through time and space, I often remember their smiles and sincerity. Even when faced with hostile treatment, it's because I remember the kindness of others that there are so many. I wish good people a peaceful life, surrounded by kindness.

It is a top designer hotel. The location has nothing to say. Super convenient. Snacks and drinks in the minibar are complimentary, breakfast can be paid for on the 5th floor terrace, the service is great! Enjoyed the last night in Copenhagen!
