When staying here, you really shouldn't compare the hotel's amenities or service to what you'd expect back home, especially since labor costs here are among the highest. That said, the hotel's location is fantastic – it's super convenient to get everywhere. We spent two days exploring the area and managed to walk to all our destinations.

This hotel is really a rip-off, probably because it is the peak season. The price is very high. The standard room I booked is already very expensive. After entering the room, I saw that there was no place to put the luggage, and the lighting was very poor. So I spent a lot of money to upgrade to a two-story suite. It was also very ordinary, and the room was very narrow. The air conditioner was right next to the bed, and it was very noisy when I slept at night. There was no free mineral water in the room. This hotel is a rip-off except for its good location.

Excellent stay overall with one initial hiccup. The location was perfect, and our room was clean and spacious with a stunning view. Staff were friendly throughout. There was confusion during the check-in process that resulted in being given the wrong room initially, but this was resolved. Apart from the check-in mix-up, everything was perfect. Would recommend and stay again.

The location is excellent, in the walk distance to everything (attractions, restaurants, grocery stores, metro station). The room was comfortable, the amenities were standard (many small bottles of shampoo, conditioner, lotion and hand wash).

Wonderful experience at villa copenhagen. The check-in took a little too long because we booked 1 large bed but they put me to twin room. The lady receptionist tried to solved it best as she could. We stayed here 2 nights. The rooftop pool experience is a must for the visit. The room interior is fully and classy decorated with high quality materials. Bed was nice. I recommended this hotel if you transit by train. The location is right by the train platform, back exit. The lobby bar vibe was cozy and lively.

The restaurant on the top floor of the hotel has a comfortable environment. It is good to have a glass of wine or coffee, and the food is relatively simple. The service at the front desk downstairs is relatively mediocre. It is basically the service of a small inn. It is not enthusiastic, not proactive, and does not help with luggage. It is not bad, just average.
