Room was clean and amenities were good. Had sufficient utensils and cookware for warming/preparing food. Bathroom supplies were above average and adequate. Staff were always courteous and helpful. Enjoyed out stay there. Only gripes are location is down the hill from the popular attractions, so had to climb up to go to those places. We didn't mind, but could be tedious for other, especially when there's snow; and our room was towards the back of the building with the gas station next door, which was busy and created a lot of noise. Other than these, the price was decent and close to bus stop.
I love this hotel. They have warm chocolate cookies, free hot spa and sauna. The bed is comfy and I had a really good sleep. Unfortunately, the service was terrible. I will definitely write a formal complaint.
I was at the shower - the shower gel and shampoo were both empty. Obviously they didn’t refill the bottle. That’s fine. I called the counter and asked them to bring me new bottles. They rejected and asked me to go down. Ok that’s fine. I asked my friend to go down. He came back and said someone would come to change the bottles soon. Sure. I stood in the shower room for 10 minutes and no one came. Ok maybe they needed more time. I came out of the shower and sat down on the bed. Another 10 minutes. So I asked my friend to find someone. He was told that someone would come again. Another 10 minutes. A man came and gave me a bottle of shampoo and body lotion???? My friend went out again and finally got me some shower gel in a cup. It took more than 30 minutes and I just stood there. After shower, I got to do the skincare routine, dry my long hair and so on. Eventually, I went to check out. I was late of course. The lady asked me to pay for late fee. I was like ???????????????????? Explained and she agreed to waive the fee. Everything was perfect until the empty da** bottles. I am late for my lunch reservation now and I am missing some attractions for sure.
A quirky little hotel that is directly on the main drag in Gatineau. The room was a good size, though the tiny bathroom left a lot to be desired; it was old, dated, and so small that the sink was in the main room.
The bed, however, was very comfortable and the desk/tv setup was great. Lots of convenient receptacles for plugging in phones and the like. The fridge in the cupboard made that cupboard very hot and I'd imagine those fridges won't last long as burnout must be a thing...
Weird, convoluted directions for getting to the hot tub from our room; make sure to leave a trail of breadcrumbs or you may be lost forever.
Front desk staff were professional and completely bilingual, which was very much appreciated.
The Hilton Quebec boasts an excellent environment, blending natural beauty with cultural charm, and its interior facilities and decor are outstanding. The location is superb, right in downtown Quebec City, adjacent to Old Quebec. You can easily walk to Old Quebec, the St. Lawrence River, and Parliament Hill. The executive lounge, located on the 23rd floor, offers an even better viewing experience, with captivating cityscapes by day and dazzling lights by night. The exterior environment is beautiful, featuring a unique outdoor heated rooftop pool that's open year-round. In the summer, you can enjoy cocktails at the poolside bar. The rooms are clean and comfortable. This is definitely the hotel to choose when visiting Quebec! 👍
The spa was great, even had cucumber water
Restaurants close 10-00 early a little for the bar
The room was spacious dark a little the maids spent just the third day missing towels the patio door should be washed or renovated
I still give it 4 out of 5 I liked it
The environment is very good, the transportation is convenient, and the surroundings are very quiet. There is a small water pool, which is suitable for family outings. It is not far from the scenic spot, and it takes more than ten minutes to drive there.
We’ve had a lovely time at Auberge Saint-Antoine! The hotel is lovely and the staff are great, it’s in a great location and some rooms have lovely views like the one we were lucky to get. We used the valet the first time we stayed there who were great, but ended up parking across the road at the multi-storey car park the rest of the days as the valet is around $45+tax and tip so works out quite expensive. We found a really lovely spot around the corner for breakfast too called L’Antiquaire Buffet, they have amazing breakfast and really well priced, lovely staff too! The hotel is in a great location and easily walkable to a lot of sights and great restaurants.
The hotel is more impressive than expected, and transportation is convenient. Most of the scenic spots can be reached on foot by crossing the bridge. Of course, it's also easy to park if you drive here. The rooms are spacious and clean, but unfortunately, the air conditioner is a bit noisy. The hotel uses a central air-conditioning system, which is much quieter than traditional independent air conditioners. It's believed that the noise can be reduced through proper maintenance.

Great
Friendly staff, quick check in and out, room as clean as it can be, breakfast with a variety of choices, hot drinks available all time. Family with teenager. 15' drive to downtown. A very pleasant stay. The only downside would be the room tv as we didn't find a way to project the tablet screen wirelessly but not a big deal as the purpose of our trip wasn't this 😉
Very good hotel in general. Good room size. Relatively new and clean. Crabtree and Evelyn bathroom amenities. Small swimming pool. Rooms facing either golf course or parking lot.
Second time visiting this hotel, yet still impress by the hospitality and amenities. Central location, friendly staff and rooftop swimming pool, great vacation spot.
A bit upset for the housekeeping because for the room I could not find the hanging tag for housekeeping to hang on the door so the next day when we arrived the hotel morning time. I called the housekeeping and told them to do the cleaning service and told them about the water tap was lose and the water float wasn’t go down smoothly. When we back around 5 or so afternoons, I was so surprised that The towels on the floor and the bed that I placed the card for changing the bed wasn’t even done any of that which was so disappointed. Then I called the concierge and the housekeeping department and the front desk telling them the situation and they said the service for housekeeping was going to ended and I told them no need to do it because we went back to the hotel and won’t be out soon so we just asked them to bring new towels and gave us some water bottles as well. I told them we don’t have the tag but already called for it which I was disappointed and we only staying there for 3 nights but 1 day didn’t do the cleaning service and only one day left so. I didn’t expect that and was with bf 2nd time to Quebec City for visit.
Great location: 10-15 min walk to the old city Spectacular view: My husbnd and I stayed at a old city / river view room Great restaurant in the Looby: we arrived at the hotel around 9:30pm, didn’t have much option for late dinner. We had ‘Beef Cheek’ and ‘Black Cod’ at Cabu. Food was amazing! We loved food so much, went back to their grab & go/ coffee bar after we checked out. Other things: Nice to have Nespresso machine and Crabtree amenities
We booked for Christmas. We had one of the old rooms facing the slope. Nice view. The hotel was at capacity and it showed. Restaurants were full and many eating in the hallways. Regardless the service was excellent and the environment was good. The location is excellent and convenient. The outdoor pool was nice. Breakfast is good. Restaurant a bit pricey but good. However you can go in town with the car to find a nice range of food.
It was very different then staying at usual hotels we stay in. The learning opportunities were very appreciated. Activities and workshops are well priced and organized. Want to give a shout out to our story teller Samuel that made our first activity a memorable one The lady doing the necklace workshop will surprise you with all her abilities. The showers were very ergonomic. The bed and beddings were very comfortable. The aspects I wished were part of the experience: Bigger pool as we went there as a family and the pool was rather small. Wooden floor are nice and stone floors in bathroom look nice as well but both are really cold to walk on. Although they offer bathrobes they unfortunately dont offer slippers. More hiking trails nearby as well, although the little trail they have around the hotel with panels giving information on different aspect of the Wendat traditions was a nice evening walk to do as a couple. Overall a very nice stay. Would recommend it without hesitation.
Had a very comfortable stay—rooms were clean and cozy. The Thai food was absolutely delicious, full of authentic flavors. Hotel staff were incredibly cooperative and made the experience even better. Highly recommended!
The room is very clean and the location is excellent. I will choose this hotel next time. The service attitude of the front desk and the security downstairs is very good and professional. I was deeply impressed
