The front desk provided a free welcome gift cookies to welcome us to stay. It is expected experience of booking Hilton hotel. We stayed there for 2 nights, however there are no housekeeping services even we reminded the staff to clean up room in the early morning.
The overall service is so-so; the location is not easy to access and there are only few shops nearby.
Comfortable room, with carpet-free floor. Efficient heating system.
The bathroom counter is however very small. Also, the very thin tissues (kleenex) are only available in the bathroom.
Lot's of underground parking, We were greeted with a smile in both French and English. Secure building. (you need your room card to use the elevator) The dining room on the 2nd floor was nice and the service and food was great and plentiful. I would recommend a stay there especially if you are going to an event at Place Bell.
Equivalent to a resort, the giant wooden house is very classical, the surrounding environment is value for money, unfortunately the indoor swimming pool is under maintenance, looking forward to the next time
I stayed for three nights, and I left a tip of $5 a day. I just made the bed and never changed the sheets. I didn't even dust the sheets. The location is super good. The hotel is connected to the ski slope and it takes 10 minutes to go down the mountain. Restaurants, supermarkets, shopping villages are all available!
Breakfast is very simple, 10 knives, two kinds of coffee, orange juice, oatmeal, fruits, hot foods, egg pancakes, fried potatoes, and ketchup and cowpea. The room has a kitchenette, a microwave, a refrigerator, a capsule, a coffee machine, a stove, and cutlery plates. Many households bring small car refrigerators and cook with food ingredients. Winter is a ski resort, summer is a mountain bike 🚴♀️ site, many cyclists. There are daycare, indoor and outdoor children's playgrounds, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and a small hot spring must be very comfortable to see snow in winter.

The environment of this hotel is really good. The old forest in the deep mountains is still in the back mountain ski resort by the lake. The environment is beautiful and the air is fresh. The hotel also has hot springs. The restaurant can be called Michelin level
The hotel is newer and the rooms are larger. Suitable for self-driving travel, no need to pay parking fees, there are no commercial supporting facilities around, you need to drive out. It is about five kilometers away from the town center and is very convenient to drive there.

Amazing
GGuest UserThere are many positives about this long term stay hotel. The staff at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. The hot buffet (included with the price of the overnight stay)is absolutely amazing, just that alone is worth staying there. Toasts, bagels, muffins, cereals, hot porridge, cheese omelette, plain omelette, boiled egg, sausages, bacon, … and a “make your own” waffle station with sauces, whipped cream and different toppings!!! The coffee and tea or hot water is available in the lobby 24/7! Inside my studio suite, there is a full kitchen with dishwasher, full size fridge and you can borrow an electric induction plate for cooking. The room is big, with a curtain dividing the sofa bed and the king size bed. There are two layers of blinds to ensure complete darkness when sleeping.
The only negative thing was that my hotel room was facing the main road and so there were cars going by every 3-5 mins in the middle of the night, and I heard all the cars that went by, even at 1:00am or 3:00am while I was trying to sleep!!! The next day, I asked for ear plugs from the reception and slept so much better! I should have asked for them when I checked in.
The water temperature of the indoor saltwater pool is not too cold, but not warm. I had a good swim. This hotel is less than two years old, so everything is new, clean and bright. Lots of families with young children stayed there on the weekend I was there. A special thank you to the friendly staff especially the one who assisted me with my luggages.
GGuest UserUrban oasis, up at penthouse level with a beautiful outdoor landscape and water features in the heart of downtown Montreal. It’s located directly across from Central Train Station and metro station. Spacious, clean contemporary interior with large, comfortable beds and linen.
ZZhangWe had an outstanding stay at Sonder Apollon in Montreal. The location was perfect, situated in a vibrant neighborhood with easy access to public transportation, shops, and restaurants. The modern design of the apartment was both stylish and functional, providing a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing environment.
The space was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, even though we didn't have time to cook. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches such as high-quality linens and toiletries.
Check-in and check-out were seamless with Sonder’s efficient system, and the customer service was excellent. Whenever we had questions or needed assistance, the team was quick to respond and very helpful.
Overall, our experience at Sonder Apollon was fantastic. It felt like a home away from home, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Montreal. We look forward to staying here again on our next trip to the city!
AA MTOur plans to Quebec City by VIA rail arrives quite late at night so decided to stay at a major chain hotel where it’s easier to find the way. Hilton Quebec is just 5minutes drive from the VIA Rail Canada station, yet it’s on a steep hillside ( and it’s located right outside of the Old Quebec fort ), you will be climbing up and down the hills in order to go sightseeing the Old Quebec.
Hilton overall are very reliable major-chain hotels worldwide, but at the same time it won’t have any particular charms of the local uniqueness of the region, so if you are looking for a charming place resembling Old Quebec, this place might not be your first choice.. but anyways we liked our stay here because of a hot shower and clean rooms for a reasonable prices.
Our room was facing opposite the famous Le Chateau Frontenac view, so it’s better to request beforehand if you are keen on staying on the Chateau view.
GGuest UserI love this place! It's a total disappointment. I live nearby and I go there for fun. However, the big disappointment is the restaurant La Traite...price, quantity, wine $20 a glass...I would never go back there again. For the rest, what happiness!

KKarenDespite the hotel being under renovation, there was no noise from construction. You couldn't see construction scaffolding inside the hallways, they Built temporary walls that fully hid the corridors with construction. Excellent management of customer experience despite renovations!
Excellent location! 2 mins walk to the closest attraction, the national assembly building
RRossThe room was ok, clean and modern. The window views were too close to the windows of neighboring buildings so we sadly had to keep the curtains closed for privacy. The location was convenient with plenty of restaurants, parks and shops within walking distance, and a short uber ride from old Montreal. The biggest problem is a hidden fee, they inflate the tax value and call it ”VAT Tax” which ends up being around 3-4x the normal tax amount, and it turns out that was just how they hide a ”Property Fee” while making their rates look lower and more competitive during the booking process, I don't think it's legal to call something tax when it's not being passed to the government! They want to be listed like a hotel and with deceptively lower rates, when it seems they are an AirBNB and need to hide a cleaning fee as Tax.
