Hilton Quebec has an excellent location - very close to the Parliament House, walking distance to the old quebec area, close to a few of the popular eateries & coffee. If you choose to stay in a room with the Parliament view, you can also see the Chateau Frontenac. Bed is very comfortable.
Service wise, it's rather prompt when I requested for some extra amenities like bathroom slippers and comb.
Just one boo boo (and a major one), at check-in, I was given an occupied room (got a shocked when I opened the room door). Though another room was arranged quite quickly, I thought the attitude of one of the hotel staff can be more serious, instead of attending to it jokingly.
Nevertheless, I still enjoyed my stay very much because of the location and comfort.
I liked the hotel location and facilities. The indoor pool was amazing and the live stage was so good. I would definitely visit here again and book the terrace view next time.
However, there are few things that I was very dissapointed.
The room was not managed well. There are white things are around the floors (it looks like painting or wall paper. I asked to change the room, but the new room has the same problem).
Hair dryer was phsically broken and not working.
Heater is not working and when I turn on, it is very noisy.
There was a party when we stayed and it was very noisy until almost 1 pm. We called at 12:30 and the reception said they send a security. However, it was still noisy after 30 mins).
Very nice hotel, good location, very convenient to the old town and old port. There is a supermarket not far from the hotel, which is also very convenient for buying food. The stay experience is quite good.

Efficient and friendly service at the front desk. I got a room right by the elevators, which wasn't great, and it sounded like someone was bouncing a soccer ball against the adjoining wall for most of my stay, but the room itself was clean. Google cast wasn't working properly. Hotel is centrally located but the area immediately around it is pretty dead, so it would've been nice if the tuck shop was open a little bit later (was closed when I returned for the night at 8PM).

Great location, close to everything especially Chinatown. Friendly staff. Could pay more attention to details: cleaning mops & gloves were left in the room multiple times after room services; they also forgot to supply bath towels and bottle water; the safe was locked and the shower drain was clogged the first night of our stay. The staff came to fix everything very quickly though, which was appreciated.
The hotel is in a good location, very close to Chinatown, convenient for eating, and there is an IGA supermarket opposite, which is also convenient for shopping. The hotel air conditioning is not working well. I checked in on the first night and it was very cold in the room when the temperature dropped.
Great location in downtown Montreal, close to restaurants and attractions. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Loved the cozy lobby and on-site café. A perfect base for exploring the city—would definitely stay here again on my next visit!

Great hotel in the center of downtown Montreal.
You can walk many areas, the metro is close, 747 airport bus stops right in front.
There is a pool, sauna and fittnesstudio available.
Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable. Nice view on the city as well, right in front of Bell centre stadium.

There is parking for guests. It only takes five minutes to walk to the most prosperous shopping street. The facade says that Amy is not Versailles. You need to pay attention to the room. It is recommended to add dozens of dollars to upgrade the room, which is very large. Compared with the same level of location and price, the price is very high.

Amazing
GGuest UserThere are many positives about this long term stay hotel. The staff at the front desk is very friendly and helpful. The hot buffet (included with the price of the overnight stay)is absolutely amazing, just that alone is worth staying there. Toasts, bagels, muffins, cereals, hot porridge, cheese omelette, plain omelette, boiled egg, sausages, bacon, … and a “make your own” waffle station with sauces, whipped cream and different toppings!!! The coffee and tea or hot water is available in the lobby 24/7! Inside my studio suite, there is a full kitchen with dishwasher, full size fridge and you can borrow an electric induction plate for cooking. The room is big, with a curtain dividing the sofa bed and the king size bed. There are two layers of blinds to ensure complete darkness when sleeping.
The only negative thing was that my hotel room was facing the main road and so there were cars going by every 3-5 mins in the middle of the night, and I heard all the cars that went by, even at 1:00am or 3:00am while I was trying to sleep!!! The next day, I asked for ear plugs from the reception and slept so much better! I should have asked for them when I checked in.
The water temperature of the indoor saltwater pool is not too cold, but not warm. I had a good swim. This hotel is less than two years old, so everything is new, clean and bright. Lots of families with young children stayed there on the weekend I was there. A special thank you to the friendly staff especially the one who assisted me with my luggages.

Llinlinlin_00The room is a little small, but the view is good. It is a bit inconvenient to change two elevators to go up and down the stairs. The front desk service is very thoughtful and polite, and there is a special car at the door. The location of the hotel is very convenient and quiet at night.
ZZhangWe had an outstanding stay at Sonder Apollon in Montreal. The location was perfect, situated in a vibrant neighborhood with easy access to public transportation, shops, and restaurants. The modern design of the apartment was both stylish and functional, providing a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing environment.
The space was impeccably clean and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, even though we didn't have time to cook. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches such as high-quality linens and toiletries.
Check-in and check-out were seamless with Sonder’s efficient system, and the customer service was excellent. Whenever we had questions or needed assistance, the team was quick to respond and very helpful.
Overall, our experience at Sonder Apollon was fantastic. It felt like a home away from home, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Montreal. We look forward to staying here again on our next trip to the city!

GGuest UserI love this place! It's a total disappointment. I live nearby and I go there for fun. However, the big disappointment is the restaurant La Traite...price, quantity, wine $20 a glass...I would never go back there again. For the rest, what happiness!
RRene JoyalComfortable room, with carpet-free floor. Efficient heating system.
The bathroom counter is however very small. Also, the very thin tissues (kleenex) are only available in the bathroom.
GGuest UserTrip.com made the booking process very easy
The hotel is modern and clean
The staff are bilingual (English and French) and very friendly
The pool and gym are nice amenities
The welcome cookies were delicious!
The room was great and the bed very comfortable
We loved our 2 night stay and will stay here again!
KKuangxiangdelvcheng_AileenPart of the hotel is under renovation, the room facilities are old, especially the refrigerator and air conditioner are so noisy. Fortunately, the summer in Quebec is not hot, so we unplugged the refrigerator and air conditioner to fall asleep. After checking in at the front desk, take the elevator on the first floor to the third floor, and then transfer from the third floor to the floor where you are staying. Speaking of the elevator from the first floor to the third floor, it shakes violently when it arrives. I was scared the first time I took it, but I got used to it later.
The distance between the hotel and the old town is not close. We parked our car in the ground parking lot behind the hotel and paid $73.9 for two days. The most satisfying thing is the restaurant on the third floor of the hotel. The price is moderate and the taste is great.
