We traveled more than a thousand kilometers from Guangxi to Tianshui, Gansu. We kept reading hotel reviews and Xiaohongshu reviews and making strategies. We finally chose Mercure Hotel with our family. From the moment we placed an order for Mercure Hotel, we started to enjoy the hotel's services before we arrived. The thoughtful Xiao Ma sent me the location of the underground parking lot. I was frozen when I got off the bus from Guangxi to Gansu. I was warmed by the clean elevator, bright lobby, and thoughtful service of the front desk staff. The hotel room facilities are smart, the bathroom is clean, there are many breakfast varieties, and the laundry and gym facilities are new. I have experienced all the facilities and services of the hotel one by one. It's really great 👍 When I checked out the next day, Xiao Ma at the front desk not only sent a lot of bottles of water, but also sent hot water. If you go to Tianshui, I strongly recommend everyone to stay at Mercure. I am not a shill and rarely comment. I hope my comments can help you. Facilities: New, laundry and gym are all available. The hotel front desk is very polite and courteous, and the service attitude is particularly good! I went to take the exam and saw the blessing message at the door before entering the interview. I only stayed for one day because I had to take the exam the next afternoon. I coordinated with the front desk to delay the check-out and the front desk agreed to the request without any objection. I am really grateful. I wish our Lingcheng will get better and better. I will stay at your house next time! (A suggestion, there is a not very good smell when the hotel room door is opened, so get some air freshener) I wish your business is prosperous!

We stayed in this hotel as the base to see the Colourful Mountains. The hotel is old which is ok but it is not as clean as many guests have described. There was hair in the shower and the bathroom is patched up. Also, I would not recommend this hotel for nonsmokers as we are because there is smoking in the common areas. The entire hotel including the rooms smell of stale smoke which have seeped into the carpets and furnishings. You constantly feel choked up with fresh and stale cigarette smoke throughout the entire stay. That said, this viewpoint may be our problem because we are visitors from a country that has banned smoking in enclosed public spaces and it is what we are accustomed to. On another note, the service and hospitality was excellent and we thank the hotel team for this.

Zhagana Yunjing Wild House Tent is the most expensive hotel in this trip to Gannan. After checking in, I felt that everything was worth it. Not to mention that you can enjoy the fascinating scenery of Zhagana in the room, various meticulous and thoughtful services let us forget the fatigue of the journey and indulge in the beautiful hotel. The children had altitude sickness, and the hotel sent oxygen cylinders and breakfast to the room (our room was very high, and several waiters helped to move the luggage up at night, which was very embarrassing). Thank you very much. Not to mention the hotel environment, the snow-capped mountains behind are the Rock Road, and you can walk to the sign to check in. Due to the weather, I didn’t see Zhagana under the blue sky and white clouds. This regret will be made up next time. Next time, I will definitely choose Yunjing Wild House. Such a beautiful and warm hotel, everything is worth it. If you go to Gannan, you must check in Zhagana... Then in Zhagana, choosing Yunjing Wild House Tent Hotel will make your trip to Gannan more perfect!

We stayed 4 nights at the Runhu Hotel while we visited all the tourist attractions around Zhangye, including trips to the Gobi desert, Ping Shan Hu (Grand Canyon), the Alien Valley and other sites. The hotel - which is clean, spacious and quiet - has motivated employees who are happy to meet any request. The restaurant is actually very good with reasonable prices the buffet breakfast also was varied and of very good quality. The hotel also provides such services as nightly warm milk deliver and a foot soaking tub with epsom salts with no extra charge. The hotel also referred us to a driver with his own very nice and well kept car. He, Mr. Li, went way above and beyond what anyone could expect. He provided snacks, fruits, water and some sort of local soft drink and arranged tickets in advance where reservations were required and made sure to adapt those reservations when the weather closed one of the sites. His recommendations for local food at or near the various sites were also spot on. While the places were simple (and very inexpensive), the food was honest and good. You can bank on Mr. Li to make sure everything goes along smoothly. All you have to do is tell him what you want to see, or ask him for recommendations, and he will do the rest. In short, splendid hotel for the price with terrific service and if you need a driver, Mr. Li is your guy!

Before check-in, the customer service will call to confirm the license plate number, which saves time. I booked an executive room, thinking that there will be an executive lounge and other executive treatment, but there is not... a little disappointed. The toilet is not very clean and has a bit of smell. I have already pressed the do not disturb button, but the cleaning staff still knocked on the door to clean... Also, there was renovation work in the morning, which was too noisy... I told the front desk, and the attitude of the front desk staff was quite good. They even gave me a gift when I left. There are many hotels around the high-speed rail station, and this hotel is really outstanding. The front desk staff is warm and considerate, and every detail is handled very thoughtfully. The room is clean and tidy, making people feel comfortable living in it. The bedding is soft and skin-friendly, as if it can instantly remove the fatigue of the journey. All kinds of facilities are available to meet various needs. The hotel has a unique geographical location and convenient surrounding transportation. It is worth mentioning that the hotel also has free parking lot, which is very friendly to self-driving guests. In addition, the hotel's breakfast is rich, varied and delicious, and I really recommend it!

I passed by Jiuquan City while driving and fell in love with the underground garage of this hotel. It is spacious and bright. I gave it a good review last time. I came back and stayed here again this time, and it felt as good as before. Especially the breakfast was very good. There were many varieties and good quality. I give it a thumbs up! I have a few minor complaints. First, the barrier-free problem of the basement mentioned last time; second, it is better to move the washbasin out of the bathroom; third, the water-boiling table next to the TV has the kettle on top and the socket under the table. How to boil water? Overall very good!

This hotel is superb, it's located quite near to most of the highlights in the city like the Jiayuguan fort and alleys with night street food (about 1 km walk away). Furthermore, it has many delicious restaurants in the surrounding. The rooms are spacious and the breakfast was delicious with a decent number of choices. The breakfast dining staff serves different noodle dish everyday which I looked forward to everyday during my stay. Staff were helpful and polite and overall, the service was excellent.
