AAfeiAfiaReally good! The front desk service was excellent. They gave us a welcome coffee box and a small cake upon arrival. After a nap in the afternoon, complimentary goodnight milk was delivered, which was a very thoughtful touch. Every time we left, the front desk greeted us with a 'hello.' They also kindly extended our check-out by an hour for free, which was much appreciated! 🙏
Complimentary afternoon tea (2 mousse cakes, 2 coffees) during our stay: Great.

Room and facilities were good and clean.
For Muslim travelers, there's halal restaurant on the ground floor and few restaurants around the hotel. Xiquan Mosque is about 5 minures walk from the hotel. There's a very good small Halal restaurant at the side of the Mosque. Should try their milk egg Lanzhou drink. So far the best I have tasted.
Easy to get taxi in front of the hotel and bus on opposite side of the hotel.

VVixieThe hotel is very close to Xiguan (D exit). There are lots of mini markets, malls, clothes stores and night markets around the hotel.
A bus stop is close too, 1 minute away from the building. You can stop taxi from there. It took around 15 minutes (under 20 yuan) to go to Lanzhou West Station by taxi.
There are also bus going to the zoo and Moshui Danxia close by. You can buy the tickets online or there.
Apart from 2 bottles of mineral water, they provide a small dispenser as well.
Xiaodu Xiaodu (AI) is quite smart compared to the AI in the previous hotels we stayed at 😂
Note for international travellers: Make sure you bring the universal adaptor. They only have the I I type socket. (Check the pic)

GGlynI was pleased on my arrival at Shenyang Business Hotel. The young lady on reception was pleasant, the room was nice, and the breakfast lady was friendly. There was a pleasant atmosphere at breakfast, with friendliness by the other guests, to me, the only Westerner. It is because of this atmosphere that I judged my disturbed night's sleep due to the particular location of my room near the washing machine. A loud washing machine at 1.30 in the morning wasn't conducive to a good night's sleep. Maybe the management can consider the scheduling of this, admittedly necessary, work. Otherwise it's a nice hotel.

MMinShanHuaWithin easy walking distance to the train station - ideal for solo travellers, but far enough to not feel swamped in the crowds. The staff are friendly and personable, always happy to help and have a nice chat. This is a decent budget hotel, and was exactly what i would expect but the warmness and welcoming enviroment created by the staff was above and beyond and helped me feel at ease. Theres a small convinience store directly next to it with various shops and restaurants in the adjacent area providing useful. The bathroom couldve been a little cleaner, and the shower had some problems with water pressure and cleanliness but nothing bad enough to affect my stay. i will reccomend this place to any foreign friends staying in Lanzhou!

Disadvantages: The sound insulation effect is weak. Because it is a duplex structure, the stairs on the second floor are noisy.

GGuest UserIt's a youth hostel in the community, the price/performance ratio is quite high. The boss remotely controlled me to find the location hahaha, it's very considerate. It's just a distribution of several space capsules in one room, and there are different choices, but it will still disturb others. If you want to pursue quietness, it's difficult. Other places are good. There are no pictures, I have deleted them, I'll just post three pictures haha

There is a place to eat on the opposite sidewalk. Turn left and keep going. There are several food stalls. There are many people eating barbecue.

Recently, it is the West Station Night Market. There are many people. It is 3 kilometers away from the Gansu Provincial Museum. The surrounding beef noodles are super delicious.
