Rooms are spacious, clean, and homey. The view from the 5th floor is also nice. The hotel itself is large, you can get lost. It has a very titanic-y lobby but crowded with people due to a lot of events being held at the hotel. Service is also good, not the lobby restaurant tho. We were seated for 20mins but no one approached us to take our orders since everyone was busy. So we missed the afternoon tea. Breakfast is also fine, not as much compared to other 5-star hotels but good enough. Amenities, not so much - instant coffee (could have atleast a drip coffee if espresso machine is expensive), no stock in the fridge. Was not able to use the pool since it was also crowded. Overall stay was good. Hotel is recommended.

A first class stay. Lanson Place at MOA was opened in 2023, and is very modern and convenient for MOA and all the waterfront attractions in Manila. Staff were friendly and welcoming, starting with the bellhops and security staff when we arrived (take note, big competing hotel next door), and the room was excellent. The rooftop pool was excellent, with fantastic views and we enjoyed a relaxing time up there before dinner. We enjoyed superior cocktails in the evening at the bar overlooking Manila Bay, and the buffet breakfast was excellent with just about everything you could wish to eat. The staff were more than happy for us to leave our baggage locked up securely with them the next day until our late evening flight home. It was a block or so to walk to MOA from the hotel, which kept us entertained and fed while we stayed in Manila. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in central Manila, as it also convenient for Nino Aquino Airport as well as MOA.

Room was nice and well appointed, all services ex front desk were great. The front desk staff gave the second guest (my genuine fiancèe) a very hard time at check-in, when I (the guest pying for the stay) explicitly informed the hotel of the check-in sequence, and circumstances. I even received a response email, stating that the hotel approved my request. Still at check in, it all goes wromg.. Based on the experience, I will not return to this hotel. Guests paying premium prices expect to be treated with respect, not in a condesecending manner.

I’ve stayed at New World several times, and what impresses me the most is their consistency in service. Even with changes in management, the quality of care and hospitality has remained the same—always excellent. From check-in to check-out, everything feels seamless and professional. The staff are attentive, warm, and make sure every stay is comfortable. And I have to mention their bathrobes they’re unbelievably cozy! New World continues to deliver the same superb service I’ve come to expect, and that’s exactly what keeps me coming back. Truly one of the best experiences every time!

Beyond Expectations – A Truly Unforgettable Stay at Solaire QC Our recent stay at Solaire QC was nothing short of spectacular. It exceeded all our expectations and easily outshone every 5-star hotel we’ve ever visited. We celebrated our wedding anniversary there, and the hotel staff went above and beyond to make it truly special. We were welcomed into a beautifully prepared room adorned with fresh flowers, a bottle of fine wine, and delicious snacks – an incredibly thoughtful surprise that made us feel genuinely valued. The service throughout our stay was impeccable – warm, professional, and consistently attentive. Every detail, from the ambiance to the personalized touches, reflected a deep commitment to guest satisfaction. Solaire QC has set a new gold standard in luxury hospitality for us. We can’t wait to return

Absolutely loved my stay here 🧡🩷❤️ the hotel lobby has a very luxurious interior and what really captured me was the arts and design. I also admire the hotel for supporting sustainability 🌳🌿💚 The room size is very ample for solo business travellers/or for solo travellers who wants to splurge for a comfortable stay. The hotel also adapted to a more easy check out by using a self check out kiosk.

AAnonymous UserIf you’re unfamiliar with the general area, the way to the parking, the way from the parking to the hotel lobby, and to the main reception will be quite tricky. The underground parking is shared by 3 hotels. There were ample available slots when we arrived. But allocate some good amount of time because the journey to find and reach the correct elevator which is leading to the hotel lobby is a feat on its own. Hold on tightly to your ticket coin. It’s tiny and essentially hard to set apart from say toys of your kids. It’s just too risky to be used as a parking ticket. The entry to the lobby is similar to an airport machine checking. We were not lent a hand whatsoever. Prepare for a possibility to do this on your own. In our case, with a child in tow. The main hotel reception is still an elevator (or escalator) ride away. The deposit is PhP5000 per night. Could be made via credit card or cash. If you’re staying long, make sure you are very much prepared. Especially when there’s apprehension to use a credit card. The room was okay. It’s not perfect. The views are either pool or building (you will see the mall across). We were asked if we wanted a pool view room but no bathtub. We went for building view with bathtub. I requested for extra bath mats (for our action packed bathtub use with a child) I was told 3 is the max per request. I asked for water as well, I was informed that 4 bottles is the max. Prepare to hear a rather unhappy tone from the person on the other line. After about 20 mins I received 4 bottles of water, the max and two bath mats because I was told 2 is the max. The number just decreased. Again, this came with unpleasant facial expression, of course this time, in person. Prepare your heart. I’m an avid staycation person, this is something new and unexpected to me. On our first night, I woke up to a noise from a party, laughing, cheering and etc. The room walls are quite thin. You could easily hear conversations at the hallway. During our stay, it was generally quiet. Perhaps it’s not a busy season. Caution if your stay is in time to a peak period. The chairs and tables at the pool area has two rates: PhP1500 or 3000. Otherwise, complimentary ones are only those on the side (in this case you will share it with smokers. One part is the smoking area. Surprise!). By side, I mean very much unfavorable to parents who need to watch little children while using the pool. The pool is elevated and this area has completely no view of the pool. Prepare to stand or pay. The pool is heated. The food is of good quality. We thoroughly enjoyed our breakfast. The team there is just awesome! Jason, Kenneth and the other personnel were truly commendable. They are passionate, very professional and we are happy with their service. Am I coming back? Honestly for the price I paid versus the entire experience, I would choose Fairmont in Makati through and through. If in this area, I will opt for Sheraton.

KKat_CNot my first stay at the Marriot but it was, for a stay with lounge access. It didn’t disappoint. As usual, staff at reception/check-in were very helpful. There was a slight mix-up coz I paid for 3 pax breakfast while only 2 was reflected in their system. It was corrected right away by showing my confirmed booking details. Special mention to Ely, staff at the lounge. Customer service at it’s best!

MMarielle29Bellevue Hotel: An Oasis of Elegance and Impeccable Service The Bellevue Hotel transcends the definition of a mere place to stay; it is a destination in itself. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of refined elegance and genuine warmth that set the tone for a truly unforgettable stay. This is, without question, a five-star experience where every detail is meticulously curated. Impeccable Service and Ambiance The staff at The Bellevue is the hotel's greatest asset. Check-in was swift, seamless, and personalized, and throughout our trip, every interaction—from the concierge offering spot-on recommendations to the housekeeping team ensuring our room was pristine—was characterized by professionalism and a truly anticipatory approach. The lobby is a breathtaking space with soaring ceilings and classical decor that speaks of old-world glamour while maintaining a modern, comfortable feel. Luxurious Comfort and Attention to Detail Our room was a sanctuary of comfort. The panoramic city view was stunning, but the interior details were equally impressive. The bedding was plush and high-quality, ensuring a restorative night's sleep. We especially appreciated the thoughtful amenities, including the personalized welcome note and the state-of-the-art climate control. The marble bathroom, equipped with luxurious toiletries and a spacious rainfall shower, felt like a private spa retreat. Exceptional Culinary Journey Dining at the Bellevue was a highlight of the trip. The main restaurant, The Summit, offered a diverse menu of locally sourced, exquisite dishes. We enjoyed a breakfast buffet that was expansive and fresh, featuring everything from artisanal pastries to made-to-order omelets. Dinner was a true culinary event, complete with impeccable wine pairings suggested by a knowledgeable sommelier. Even the simple room service order was delivered promptly and presented beautifully. Final Verdict The Bellevue Hotel sets the gold standard for luxury hospitality. Whether you are traveling for business or a romantic getaway, the combination of outstanding service, luxurious accommodations, and world-class dining creates an environment that you will genuinely be reluctant to leave. We highly recommend The Bellevue and look forward to returning soon.

SSometravelbuddieOverall, my stay was a *fairly decent experience*, but there were several aspects that left much to be desired. To begin with, the cleanliness and condition of the towels provided were extremely disappointing. They were worn-out, stained, and resembled those you might expect from a budget motel like Sogo, rather than a proper hotel. It was unhygienic and very unpleasant to use. Another concern was the lack of clarity regarding the food. We were under the impression that meals were included in the booking, but upon check-in, we were informed otherwise. This caused some inconvenience and would have been avoided with clearer communication in the listing or booking confirmation. Furthermore, parking and some of the elevators were not functioning properly during our stay. This led to longer wait times and difficulty accessing certain floors, especially for guests with mobility issues or heavy luggage. A major safety issue I noticed was the lack of proper window protection. For rooms on higher floors, there were no safety locks or barriers, which could pose a serious risk, especially for individuals with mental health concerns or young children. This should be urgently addressed to prevent any potential accidents. One of the more frustrating aspects of our stay was the housekeeping schedule. Cleaning services began around 6:00 PM and continued late into the evening. This was disruptive and poorly timed, as most guests are back in their rooms during that period and would prefer privacy and peace. That said, I would like to commend the staff for their courtesy and professionalism. They were accommodating and responsive to our requests. The overall facilities, while basic, were also acceptable for the price. In conclusion, while there were some positive aspects of the stay, I believe there are several areas that need immediate attention—particularly in terms of cleanliness, safety, and guest convenience. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously to improve the overall guest experience in the future.

HHersheyI booked a Deluxe Studio Room, and based from the description it has a kitchen and kitchenwear. Unfortunately, upon seeing the room there is not kitchen and kitchen wears just like it said on the description, we called the reception in the room and they said that this type of room has no kichen. Though they apologized, they said that there will be a room upgrade charge which sucks and disappointed since we had high expectations based from the description but overall the room is nice and clean and had the best view but sadlly no kitchen. WE ALSO HAD THE WORST CHECKOUT!!! upon checkout we clarified about the parking voucher so that the fees are waved since ascott shares the parking of Glorietta 4, the woman in the checkout counter said that the voucher given to us upon entry is already good, but upon exit at the parking the lady in the cashier said its not yet validaded and we caused traffic jam and spent 10minutes waiting which is very inconvinient and disapointing since we will travel 2 hours back to our home. Overall, i love this hotel because of the hospitality of the people and its best location located at the center of Makati's most popular malls. But this hotel needs improvement on ther front desk checkout service (for their misinformation) and sales and marketing (for their wrong description in the third party website)
