Hyatt Regency Manila City of Dreams

We are so happy in returning back to hyatt for the 2nd time. My kids love the hotel so much and we are so happy with the complimentary cake they provided for my son’s 3rd birthday

My family and I had such a wonderful time at Hyatt Regency. The staff members were very hospitable! Joshua even accommodated my request to switch one of our rooms to a twin-bed type. My only concern was the bathroom. The water pressure wasn’t that strong and it was very basic. Could have been better.

We recently stayed at the hotel to celebrate my mom’s 60th birthday and Father’s Day, and overall, we had a wonderful experience. The hotel was exceptionally clean, and the facilities were well-maintained, which made our stay very comfortable. I would also like to commend Ms. Mari from the Front Office for her excellent service during check-in. She was professional, warm, and accommodating. There were a couple of areas that could be improved. Upon check-in, only one of our rooms was available, so we had to wait for the other room to be prepared. In addition, the birthday cake amenity that I had requested in the special notes during booking took quite some time to arrive. Despite these minor inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay and had a memorable celebration with our family. Thank you to the team for helping make our special occasion enjoyable.

Special thanks, my much appreciation for Mr. Joshua who welcomed me with high hospitality, warm face and with friendly service in the evening while I arrived to the hotel, even he was responsible for Check-Out Service. And didn’t count for the deposit, which made me feel so welcomed guest🌹 Hotel is nice, clean, and full of snacks, water, tea in the room, also all of them are free. Small things: the water in the sink going in so slowly, and the shower water has middle thrust. AC in the room works 100% well, sometimes i felt myself in the Antarctica❄️🥶👍 Breakfast: doesn’t have Pickled cucumbers and Masala tea. The foods mostly based for Asian style, not European or Mediterranean 🥲 But all good and nice😊 Philippine and its people are very kind, friendly, always like to help, always speaks with respect. Definitely I will come to visit Philippines again and again, with love from Kazakhstan 🇰🇿❤️🇵🇭 В целом все хорошо, кроме кухни, еда более азиатская, не нашла соленные огурцы, и другое что нам привычно. Вода в раковине смывается очень медленно. Напор душа тоже слабый-средний

very nice hotel with wonderful staff,the service eas great as expected, the entertainment facilities are fantastic specially the bar preforms every night if you will compare it to Okada its a like the little brother the amount of inside stors and restaurants are nice not so diverse and big as okada but its ok

Anazing amenities! We wanna go back there!! We love the swimming pool.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and very relaxing. Staff were warm and accommodating, and the breakfast buffet had a great selection. Loved how convenient the location is close to the airport and connected to City of Dreams. Perfect for a quick staycation or family stay.

It was a very nice experience. They provide free coffee, nescafe dolce gusto, softdrinks, plenty of water and even cup noodles and snack. Receptionist and staff are really nice and polite. Pool is small but it is okay.
