 I stayed here for one night and had a great experience overall, though the facilities are quite limited—no gym, bar, or lounge. The room itself was comfortable and very convenient, with easy access to restaurants and malls nearby. However, breakfast is served in a public area, which felt a bit off. The staff were friendly and accommodating to my requests. The only downside was that my room was on level one, which made it a bit noisy in the evening.

Had a 3days and 2nights stay at Sadi beach house. This resort is quiet soul dream.its where you go, when you need to reset not physically but mentally and emotionally. Weather you are travelling alone,as a couple, or even with close friends this is the kind of place that leaves you feeling restored and centred. We will be absolutely coming back-and next time staying longer.  Staff is friendly and helpful.

I had a wonderful time at Hans Inn Hotel. The highlight of my stay was definitely the beautiful scenery—the views from the hotel are absolutely stunning and create such a relaxing atmosphere. The hotel itself is cozy, clean, and well-kept, with comfortable rooms and all the basic amenities I needed. The staff were welcoming and helpful, making check-in smooth and the overall experience pleasant. Its location also makes it easy to explore nearby attractions, yet it feels peaceful and quiet when you’re back at the hotel. If you’re looking for a charming and comfortable place to stay with great views, Hans Inn Hotel is a fantastic choice. I’d definitely come back again!

Best stay with this hotel. But bad experience booked with trip.com. As we arrived for check in there was a problem, receptionist said they dont receive our booking from trip.com. After 15mins later, they found out my booking under *******. They offered me for other room because my room curently full. A bit happy because they offer for 2single beds extra n room upgrade for free. I really love the room. Very spacious. On 2nd day we got our room as we booked before. Anyway i really happy with this hotel. Thankyou.

My recent stay at Hotel One Batam was a truly pleasant experience. The hotel boasts a central location, conveniently close to shopping malls, food streets, and the ferry terminal, making it incredibly convenient for both shopping and sightseeing. The lobby features a minimalist design, and the staff were friendly and efficient, making guests feel truly welcome and at ease. Our room was clean and comfortable, equipped with strong air conditioning and stable hot water. The plush beds were perfect for a relaxing rest. While the daily complimentary breakfast didn't offer a vast selection, the food was tasty and sufficient to meet basic needs. The surrounding area is well-equipped with amenities; convenience stores and massage parlors are just a short walk away. Overall, Hotel One offers a comfortable and budget-friendly stay, making it a highly recommended accommodation choice for anyone visiting Batam.

If you are not fussy about a ”right slap in the city” hotel, then this is a perfect hotel for you and your family! The hotel is within walking distance to Melayu Square, Tugu Pencil, Gong-gong building, Jalan Hang Tuah, the newly built coastal bridge, and the main ferry port. The neighborhood is also very friendly and littered with many little local eateries and grocery shops that are not expensive! Even if you want a very good Chinese seafood restaurant, Sei Enam is only a stone throw away! The hotel rooms are very basic and simple and the hotel is not equipped with a elevator, so if you are staying on the 4th floor, you'll have to walk up! Inside the rooms are simple appliances like TV, cable, telephone, drinking cups, bottled water, slippers, cupboards, drawers, hot and cold water showers, toothbrush with toothpaste, shampoo, small bar soaps, aircon, firm pillows, and even a nice bolster for you to hug to sleep! There are unfortunately no water billers nor coffee and tea condiments in the room. Hot and cold drinking water are on level 1 dinning area. The hotel package that I took came with a simple breakfast. The dishes are local and spicy and they are often sprinkled with peanuts. Breakfast come in wrapped up (takeaway) packages with all the pratas sauces, and/or rice in paper and plastic wrappings. Cutleries and plates are available for use. Free flow of coffee and tea with sugar (no milk nor creamer). For the price of about S$26/day, I thought that it was such a wonderful stay in this hotel! Even though it is without much amenities (because I'd rather go take my walks around town and go get a boat ride), I highly recommend this 2 star hotel for a simple and affordable stay in Tanjung Pinang! Everything was good except the plug point. I’ve been in batam so many time and dont have any problem with power socket. Apparently they still using 2 pin power socket. Even they also dont provide 3 pin plug adapter. And i have to walk to nearest hardware to find travel adaptor by myself. I hope they will fix this problem and tourist dont have to worry abt this anymore. I would like recommend this hotel to my other family and friend. Clean, comfortable and affordable🥰👍🏻
