I spent 2 nights at this hotel and the location couldn’t be better. Right in the heart of everything, so major points there. But the bathroom… that’s where things fell apart. The showerhead holder was broken, which made every shower an awkward juggling act. And the “frosted” glass? It doesn’t actually blur anything out. If you’re showering, anyone on the bed has a front-row seat. Seriously, why even install a glass panel if it offers zero privacy? The towels didn’t help either — yellowed and oddly dark, they didn’t exactly scream “fresh and clean.” Aside from those misses, the room itself was decent enough, and the staff were a genuine highlight. Kind, helpful, always with a smile. Great location, lovely people… just maybe pack your own towel and shower with the lights off.

When you call the taix or by grab，you can go to find more international food.And walk to watch the sea.

This hotel comes with balcony clean and good price. Surrounding have food court offers all kinds of food. Massage, spa and manicure. All within walking distance. Bed and pillow super comfortable. Highly recommended, if you are visiting Batam.

Good location, not far from nightingale, pier, the room is generally hotel quality, but the front desk gave me early check in, this is very worthy of praise

Best stay with this hotel. But bad experience booked with trip.com. As we arrived for check in there was a problem, receptionist said they dont receive our booking from trip.com. After 15mins later, they found out my booking under *******. They offered me for other room because my room curently full. A bit happy because they offer for 2single beds extra n room upgrade for free. I really love the room. Very spacious. On 2nd day we got our room as we booked before. Anyway i really happy with this hotel. Thankyou.

For the price I pay, I think it’s quite good because it’s also include breakfast. It’s a good place to stay for a night if you are in Batam Centre area. Many restaurants nearby, The Convenience Store also few steps away. The distance to the airport is quite near around 20 min. from the hotel. And the viral Maru Cave Themed Cafe is just across the road.

Clean room n toilet , reliable front desk service and nice view of Pacific Hotel n New Park. Better can provide in house breakfast corner.

The most convinient location ,if u looking just for room to sleep on and not bother about all the hotel amenities,as sorrounding area have everything u need

No issues, but it's a bit noisy at night since it's next to the road. On the other hand, it's convenient because it's in the city center. The room was clean, and the restaurant on the 4th floor was also spotless.
