The front desk lady immediately helped us pour tea, and asked us what we had to ask for the room, and arranged a quiet room for us. 芃芃廷Vienna has hotels all over the country, so this wasn't my first time staying in Vienna. However, it was my first time staying in Xinhua. I really enjoyed the front desk service; it was friendly and polite. I especially commend the receptionist numbered 0020. She had a warm smile, was helpful, and was polite. She especially remembered every guest she served, knowing their floor and room.
The housekeepers were also very polite, greeting guests politely.
My only complaint was the breakfast, which was a bit bland.
