Hotel is exactly as described and we had a great 3 night stay. Located a 15/20 min walk from town but there are lots of cafes/bars locally for great food too and the walk is very easy. Couldn’t fault the rooms, pool, gym, lobby and restaurants. Would recommend!
Pure five-star, yet very affordable. See the pictures for the specific room layout. Personally, I think the best thing is the perfect location! Highly recommended! Also: The hotels I booked in Spain over the past two weeks have been very successful, hahahaha 🤣

The hotel is like a scene from a nostalgic movie. The location is excellent. The Cathedral and Plaza de España are all within walking distance. The breakfast is rich and varied. There are not many waiters. If you need something, you have to wait for the waiter to be available and immediately signal him. The room facilities are old. You need to push and pull the toilet door hard. The spring of the Simmons mattress is old and weak, and it makes noises when you turn over.
Super intimate hotel, set this and another red on the fire, this is very comfortable to live, really no slot! ! ! ! The hotel staff is very warm, the vegetation is rich, there is a kids club, the restaurant by the sea is beautiful and delicious, all kinds of facilities are suitable for lying flat, the breakfast is very rich, there is an organic farm to experience, tennis courts, golf clubs, etc. are all comprehensive, really the most comfortable hotel booked in the whole trip!

The hotel's location is quite satisfactory. The entrance is facing the alley for shopping, with ice cream shops and various quirky trinket shops. It is very convenient to walk to the Flamingo Theater, and it is also close to the big supermarket in the mall, just around the corner.
The room is quite spacious, and comes with disposable slippers and disposable toothbrushes. The spa pool on the top floor has a good view, but the only drawback is that the pool is too small. The official pictures don't show the size of the pool. It may be that big in a conveniently located place, and it's good to have one. The piano in the lobby on the first floor performs from time to time, and the breakfast is also rich and tastes good.

Although the room is entered through a small door next to the bar, it really feels like the entrance to the kitchen! But overall, the room design and supplies are very reasonable, and the supplies are quite high-end. The hotel's spa is also very good. If there is half a bottle of wine left in the room, they will help to put it in the refrigerator of the bar, and continue to drink it in the bar. The service is very good and they also give you potato chips, which makes you feel like you have opened a new bottle of wine. Parking is valet, and the overall service is good. In terms of hardware, the gym is a bit small, and the rooftop swimming pool is also quite small.

This hotel is the best hotel in our trip to Spain and Portugal. The room is so big, the high-rise view is very open, clean and comfortable! You can walk to all the scenic spots in Westville, but it takes a long time to cross the bridge every day. The only high-rise building is easy to spot and you won’t go the wrong way. It’s very close to the Autobus station. It’s very convenient to travel through Portugal by car. There is a large shopping mall and supermarket downstairs. The supermarket is open until 10pm. I will definitely choose this hotel again. Five-star hotel, very cost-effective!

The entrance of the hotel is on the side of the road. The waiters are very enthusiastic. The room is big enough but the living room space is not very practical. Because the light is too dim, I don’t want to stay in the living room at all. Breakfast is set, which is relatively simple, but the waiters All are good, with fruit bread and drinks next to it is a self-service. It is a small boutique hotel.

Amazing
Sste****While waiting to check in, I was given a large glass of freshly squeezed orange juice. The room facilities were also very modern, and the toilet had a washlet for the first time. After returning from the trip, a plate of ginkgo biloba, cheese, diced ham and biscuits were given to the room to replenish energy. There is food everywhere when you go out, especially the seafood restaurant recommended by the hotel, where you can enjoy delicious and affordable tapas. Breakfast was ordered from the menu and was very delicious.
The only drawback is that there is no body lotion in the room, and the area is very dry, but after informing the front desk, a small bottle of L'Occitane body lotion was delivered - the shampoo and other toiletries are all from L'Occitane.
GGuest UserLocation — On the hill, 10 min walk to the Alhambra Palace. If you fancy a short morning stroll in the same natural environment that surrounds the monumental complex, it should serve the purpose. Rooms on the city side have good views overlooking the Granada landscape, but prices are also much higher.
Service — Staff are very well trained and carry with them the old English-style professionalism and dignity, being polite but not condescending or ingratiating.
Amenities — Probably once modern during the first half of the 20th century, they are very old and out of date by today’s standard for a 5-star hotel. For example, the toilet is flushed by pulling (instead of pushing) the plug on the lid, something I’ve never seen in real life, but only in movies. Also the toilet had a bit of smell, not sure if it’s due to cleaning or in the pipes.
Overall, this hotel should suit visitors who look for classy service and/or an immersive experience of living in close proximity to the cultural complex and overlooking the Granada city as the emirs and kings did in the past.
JjerrymomThe location is good, less than 5 minutes walk from the Alhambra Palace. The environment is good, clean and tidy, and the facilities are modern. The service is thoughtful and meticulous. When we checked in at night, the receptionist introduced us to the environment very seriously, and guided us how to eat, how to store luggage, and how to go to the Alhambra Palace. The food in the restaurant is delicious, fried cod, fried chicken nuggets, sandwiches and soups are delicious.
뭐뭐니1. Out of all the accommodations we stayed in during our 10-day trip to Spain, it was the most expensive but the worst
2. I paid in advance (including breakfast), but I went to check-in, but I said there was no payment, and I stood there for over 30 minutes. At this time, it was around 9:30 p.m.
3. Reservation details + card details + receipts, etc. are printed and shown. The staff tried to resolve it with the reservation company, but it didn't go well. He said he was sorry and said to go to bed, got the key and went to the room (moved by car)
4. I received two keys, but both of them opened the door. My husband got in the car and went to the front desk again to get them, but in the meantime, another one was missing.
5. I have to go to breakfast the next day, but no one contacted me to see if it was resolved or not. Since the hotel reservation company settled with the hotel, they said to go eat.
6. On the 1st day, after breakfast, they asked me to pay, and they said it was included, so they said yes.
7. On the 2nd day, I was leaving after breakfast, but the staff chased me out and asked me to pay.
8. I'm sorry when I check out, nothing to say
FFanG246The hotel room itself is okay, but it's not very breathable and feels stuffy, but the toiletries are well received.
The hotel's front desk and doormen are friendly, but the staff in the lobby don't seem to be familiar with the hotel. They don't even know where the restaurant in the hotel is.
The restaurant in the hotel for dinner was unpalatable. It was very salty. I also felt dizzy, upset my stomach and felt like vomiting after eating it. The restaurant environment was very stuffy.

EemmayoungThe hotel is located in a very remote area, right next to an amusement park. On the map, it looks like it's just across a river from the city center, and you need to cross a bridge. But actually, there's nothing there. The nearest bus stops are C1 and C2. To get to the city center, you either have to cross the bridge and take a bus, or take several buses. Most of the people who stay here are families going to the amusement park nearby. It's really inconvenient to stay here if you're visiting Seville.

GGuest UserSuperb hotel! Excellent facilities, very friendly staff, amazing choice at breakfast, outstanding hotel grounds and views, and the hotel restaurant next door was lovely and served a great BBQ on Saturday night! We got offered an apartment instead of the twin room that I had originally booked and it was amazing! Outdoor pool was fabulous and the Spa and gym facilities were of a very standard. Very good value for money for such a beautiful hotel - thank you :)
