5-Star Hotels in Bogota, Colombia

The hotel boasts a good location, conveniently close to the airport. Situated directly across from a police station and seemingly surrounded by upscale residential areas, the security felt excellent. A large shopping mall is also just a 10-minute walk away. Breakfast was quite good, with options that suited local palates well. The hotel restaurant also offered very generous portion sizes for meals. However, the cleanliness was a slight concern. During my multi-night stay, I woke up on two separate nights to use the bathroom and unfortunately spotted cockroaches.

I am bias with this place. I did an intership in this hotel 28 years ago and I absolutely love Hotel Hacienda Santa Barbara. It is still quite elegant and the area where is located is one of the best in the city. The service, the room, the bathroom, they are all great. I really love the breakfast buffet for the top quality of the food and the variety of native Colombian fruits. The staff (Edwin in the front desk, Don Pedro and Ana in the restaurant..) are extremely helpful and efficient. I will alway try to book this place whenever in Bogotá. Thank you

The hotel room is very large, there are supermarkets nearby, the public security is also very good, there are many restaurants around, the service is very attentive, and the details are in place...

Great F&B at the restaurant beside the lobby. Coffee shop has beans can buy for souveniers. Check in and out was a breeze with their great courteous staffs. Gym room was great with fruits and water and just enough machines. Pool looked nice too. The only downside is the room faced the main road with noisy motorbikes sound penetrated through the windows.

The hotel is very nice, and the price on Ctrip is also very good! It is highly recommended for friends who travel on business to stay here. It is the most recommended among all nearby hotels, five-star praise

The hotel is close to the Ninth Park and the surrounding area is quite lively. The room is large, but the balcony is connected to the next room. When we did not open the balcony door, the waiter actually opened the door when we were out. He kept saying that Bogota's security is average, so I was a little scared! Everything else is OK, but there is a subway being built next to it, which is a bit noisy

Ctrip's price is super good, and the software of the four seasons is not good enough. Slippers are more upscale than the average five-star, towels are thicker and softer, surrounded by places to eat, satisfied.

The staff is very warm and friendly, and the hotel's sanitation facilities are first-class. It is safe to have high-end residential areas nearby. Shopping is very convenient. The room has a kitchen, there is a big supermarket not far from the downstairs, buy a la carte and do it from Shanghai.
