A very pleasant boutique hotel with a cozy and well-appointed room. The amenities and service were professional and made the stay very comfortable. The highlight was the stunning view of the mountain rising over 3,300 feet. A truly relaxing and memorable experience.

酒店的外觀設計很獨特，給人一種眼前一亮的感覺。走進大堂，就能感受到酒店的高端大氣。前台的工作人員很熱情，辦理入住手續的時候還詳細地介紹了酒店的設施和服務。房間的裝修風格很時尚，床品的質感很好，睡起來很舒服。浴室的空間也很大，洗浴用品的香味很好聞。酒店的健身房設施很完善，我每天早上都會去鍛鍊一下。早餐的種類也很豐富，有各種各樣的麪包、點心、水果和飲品，還能根據自己的口味定製煎蛋等食物。酒店的服務也很貼心，每天都會有人來打掃房間，而且還會更換洗漱用品。在這裏住的這幾天，感覺就像在家一樣舒適，下次還會選擇這家酒店。

這次在西昌邛海灣柏樾酒店的住宿體驗，真的讓我對西昌的好感又加了幾分，從多個方面來説都很值得稱讚：位置與景觀：佔盡地利，推窗見景。酒店就在邛海邊上，我住的房間推開陽台門，就能看到一片開闊的湖景，清晨湖面薄霧繚繞，傍晚夕陽灑在水面上泛着金光，隨手一拍都是壁紙級畫面。步行到邛海濕地公園也特別近，飯後沿着湖邊散步，吹着風特別愜意，完全不用為交通操心。房間設施：細節貼心，住着舒服。房間裏的設施佈局我也挺喜歡的，床品舒服，睡得特別沉。衞生間乾濕分離做得好，熱水供應快且穩定，還配了高品質的洗漱用品，聞着很清爽。餐飲體驗：本地特色，味道在線。早餐種類很豐富，不僅有常規的中西式菜品，還有西昌特色的米線，現煮的米線配上本地辣椒，酸辣開胃，每天早上都想多吃一碗。晚餐嘗試了酒店的餐廳，點了邛海魚燒烤，食材新鮮，做法地道，能嚐到食材本身的鮮味，價格也不算貴。服務態度：熱情周到，有求必應。從入住到退房，工作人員的服務都讓人很舒服。前台辦理手續快，還主動介紹了酒店設施和周邊玩法。有次我想借個充電器，客房服務很快就送來了，態度特別好。離店時還幫忙叫車，一直等到車來才離開，感覺很暖心。整體來説，這家酒店無論是位置、設施還是服務，都沒什麼可挑剔的，下次來西昌肯定還會選這裏，強烈推薦給計劃來邛海遊玩的朋友！

It was also unexpected to send afternoon tea. The black chicken wild mushroom soup pot is highly recommended for dining, the ingredients are fresh and the taste is delicious. What I hope to improve is that the hotel does not have a bed guard, which is not friendly to families with children. In addition, the room type is very exquisite, and Building 1 is not very quiet. Overall, it is a good experience.

Phenomenal hospitality, excellent caring service, just all round 10/10 for a family weekend. We went climbing up to Taoist temples, snowy peaks, trecked up mountain creeks then chilled in the sulphuric hot springs. Excellent family service, the team really took care of my kid too, played with her while I was dealing with checking in and out etc. Great atmosphere, cool rooms, great hot springs. Also the locals come here which is a big seal of approval for me. Would definitely recommend and return to Arcadia

We had a great stay at Rezen. The location is 5' walk to the scenic spot. There are many food options nearby like McDonald's, Mina hotpot and local restaurants. Hotels provide toothbrushes and gifts for my kids. Amenities provided including facial masks, toothbrushes, combs and razors. The room is clean and the hotel smells nice. There is laundry room with washing machines and dryers. Breakfast options are 👍. All the staff is friendly and helpful. They helped me to arrange transfers between the hotel and huanglong station at a good price. Overall, we had a great stay at Rezen.
