Environment: Located near Tianfu Square, right in the city center. It's about 1.5km from various city attractions, easily walkable. The night views are beautiful. Service: Still the classic Ritz-Carlton service – attentive and meticulous. The turndown service was very detailed, and staff proactively asked about our stay experience and dining preferences. In summary, this 'Chestnut' (Ritz-Carlton) is not as bad as some online reviews suggest. Its service and location are still top-notch, making it one of Chengdu's premier luxury hotels and well worth the price.

The room was spotless, and the toiletries were a thoughtful touch, featuring a niche aromatherapy brand. Everything was well-appointed. The food was excellent, with a wide variety of choices. The service truly stood out; our butler provided attentive and considerate service throughout our stay. We had a beautiful view of Siguniang Mountain's Yaomei Peak, and both the sunrise over the golden peaks and the falling snow were stunning sights.

This was my first stay at a St. Regis hotel, and I had high expectations which were definitely met. The experience was great; they offer 24-hour complimentary drinks, and the indoor heated pool was fantastic – my kids absolutely loved it. The most delightful surprise was on my third day, which happened to be my birthday. The hotel secretly prepared a small birthday cake 🎂🎂🎂 in my room, which was incredibly thoughtful.

Geographical location: It is backed by Wanda Plaza, which is convenient for eating and drinking, and is friendly to business travelers. It costs 15 yuan to take a taxi from Nanchong Station. If you tell the driver that you are in a hurry, there will be a ”surprise”. Hardware facilities: It is one of the best in Nanchong. After all, it is supported by international brands. The hardware settings are more suitable for user needs. High-speed hair drying, hot water heating speed, shower water volume, comfortable slippers, and iced minnibar cola are more important to me. Price: Sometimes the single breakfast price is less than 400. Stay at Hyatt Place, what do you want a bicycle. Room selection: I have stayed in river view and city view, and I recommend city view. The river view is beautiful, overlooking half of the city, but the window is open for a long time, and small mosquitoes will naturally attack. The variety is so wide that it is close to the level of brunch. You must try their red oil fermented bean curd, which is perfect with fried rice and vegetables. I had a truly unforgettable birthday here 🎂. The room type was amazing, offering panoramic views of Chengdu city from the 30th floor. The hotel's location right by Chunxi Road makes shopping and ordering takeout incredibly convenient. The front desk and concierge staff provided excellent service, proactively helping with luggage. All the hotel staff were warm and friendly. The breakfast was very plentiful, and the drinks at the Executive Lounge were also great.

Caren at the front desk greeted us and checked us in. She discovered it was my birthday and organized a cake to be delivered to our room. She also gave us an excellent room on a higher level that was quiet. Caren introduced us to our bulter Michelle. With the use of WeChat, Michelle was able to provide us with excellent recommendations for locations to visit and restaurants no matter where we were in Chengdu. Her recommendations always exceeded our expectations! On my birthday, Michelle hand delivered a personalized card, panda and a JW Marriott Griffin to surprise me! Overall, we were very satisfied with the standard of the accommodation, quality of the breakfast and the truly outstanding services provided by Michelle and other satff we encountered

This Shangri-La is an older hotel, and although it was renovated a few years ago, the room facilities and layout still show a distinct sense of age, especially in terms of smart technology. However, none of this made me regret choosing it for my trip. On the contrary, I continue to be a loyal supporter of well-established five-star hotels. As my child put it, 'It's old, but it's great!' From the proactive contact by hotel staff SANDY before check-in, to her attentive inquiries about our needs throughout our stay, everything was seamless. The welcome amenities, daily water replenishment in the room, turndown service, the giant panda toy for my child, and even the follow-up on invoicing before departure were all handled thoughtfully. The service center and housekeeping staff were meticulous, and NANCY at the front desk even helped my child print out daily homework. The pool environment and water quality were excellent, and the breakfast service at Fusion Café, along with the consistent quality of the food, offered a wide variety and was promptly refilled. Staff seating and table cleaning were always timely. Both the soft and hard services demonstrated Shangri-La's characteristic attentiveness, and my whole family was very satisfied. As a 'Shangri-La veteran' who knows the brand well, returning after so many years felt incredibly familiar and comforting. I will definitely come back if I have the chance.

The concierge, Xiao Guanjia, was incredibly attentive and provided excellent service. He explained everything about the room in great detail. The room I stayed in this time was very spacious and comfortable. The location is also incredibly convenient, right next to Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, making it easy to get anywhere. I'm really satisfied! The cleaning lady also did a fantastic job; the room was spotless. I had a very pleasant stay.

I recently stayed at the Grand ParcVue Hotel Residence Chengdu for a day, and it was the highlight of my trip! The location is absolutely unbeatable—right in the heart of the city near Tianfu Square and just a 5-minute walk to the Jinjiang Hotel Metro Station. The room was massive and felt like a luxury apartment, complete with a full kitchen and a washer/dryer, which was a lifesaver for a quick traveler! I spent my morning at the gorgeous indoor pool and grabbed a delicious breakfast at Vinos before heading out. The staff were incredibly attentive and even helped me with local tips. If you’re looking for comfort and convenience in Chengdu, this is the spot! 🐼✨

Facilities: The room was very spacious. The front desk is on the 33rd floor, and all the rooms are on higher floors, offering a beautiful night view. It was very convenient to rent a car from Tianfu Airport, and there's free parking with charging stations. Cleanliness: Very clean, satisfied. Service: Very satisfied. There's a butler service who contacted us in advance with important information and helped prepare toiletries for our child. We also received complimentary welcome fruits upon check-in. Children under 1.3 meters eat breakfast for free, and the breakfast selection is rich, including freshly cooked rice noodles, hot and sour noodles, dumplings, and freshly squeezed juice. This hotel offers excellent value for money.
