Overall hotel is good, nice location inside airport, nice and spacious bedroom, nice breakfast and good staff at dining room. But VERY BAD WOMEN FRONT STAFF! My sister can speak Chinese so she speak Chinese with woman at front desk (evening shift on 17/10/2024) when check-in for smooth communication but she gave us bad attitude like don't wanna talk to us and don't gave us any info about breakfast time and facilities. Also another women when we came back to ask about information gave us same bad attitude and bad service mind. Luckily when had breakfast staff at dining room were nice and well served, also when check out male staff at front desk very welcoming and nice so can end my trip at Chengdu not too bad.

So happy with my one week stay in Dorsett Grand Chengdu!! Had a great service from 小余 Eva during check-in & she was so nice to upgrade me to a Suite!! Love the clean & spacious space… Furnitures & interior were well maintained. Housekeeping sisters are really nice people too, they always gave me things that I need quickly whenever I ask. I must also highlight about the security level at night in the hotel made me feel safe at all times, which are many male staffs looking after at ground floor… Every staffs had made this hotel a great place to stay, well done!! :D

Great hotel! Because of long transfer I needed a hotel. It’s right in the airport that is so comfortable when you don’t have time to go somewhere! Especially when your transfer time is at night time. And there you can check in at night or early morning ~~ So cozy and beautiful! Highly recommended 🌸

The hotel is very new and modernly equipped. It even has voice activated AC, music, alarm clock, etc. But you have to speak Chinese to Xiao Ai Tongxue (the voice activated device's name, like Siri in iPhone). I would say Yushe Yunshan is a 4* or 4,5* hotel at most. However, the hotel does offer pick up/delivery from/to the bus station and from/to Jiuzhai scenic areas. The front desk staffs and drivers were all very friendly and helpful, although they don't speak English. But of course we can use Google translate to communicate with them.

We stayed at Pagoda for 2 nights, very happy with the location and cleanliness of the hotels. The customer services is excellent, very helpful especially the receptionists Aim, Alan, Dawn and Shine, they helped us with our luggage posted to the JiuZhaiGou hotel so we didn’t have to carry around with us when touring Huanglong scenic. Highly recommended this hotel and will stay again if we come back.

The apartment was big, clean, and very comfortable with all the facilities and equipment (the washing machine + dryer were very useful since we moved a lot and we had to wash some of our clothes). The personnel at the reception was very kind and all of them were English speakers. The breakfast was good. Sincerely, nothing to complain about. One of our best choices in our travel around China.

The staff is the highlight of this hotel and i am talking about the only lady that speaks english with out using a translate tool. So shout out to you lady!!! Forgot to ask ur name. She like planned my day for the next day for 30 minutes in the middle of the night with me. Even helped with booking train tickets. LOVE YOU!!!

We had a great time in Chengdu and our stay at minyoun hotel helped make all the difference. It is quite a luxurious hotel with the reception on the 33rd floor and rooms even higher up meaning that all rooms came with an unobstructed view of the city skyline. Location was also great being within walking distance ~7-10mins to taikooli (shopping area) and lankwaifong (bar/club area). It was also only 100/200meters away from a metro station which we honestly didn’t use, as taxis were all only 10-20rmb (~€2) Finally the staff were excellent and particularly helpful at every request. Special shoutout to the 2 girls (apologies if we have the names wrong but Chris and Joy?), and Stefan Hu who took the time to suggest all the best places to visit around Chengdu - helping us add the locations to our maps and gifting us a tourist information notebook and panda! We really enjoyed our stay at minyoun hotel and would highly recommend staying here. The staff brought our stay to another level, thank you ⭐️

Five minutes walk to Jiuzhaigou gate. Good breakfast. Staffs cannot speak English but they used translator equipment which I have never seen at any hotel before, that’s quite brilliant! It showed their adaptation in communication with foreigners.

This is an amazing hotel with good view, high floor and in a very very good value. Gavin is especially helpful by providing interest points and restaurant suggestions.

Staff are very friendly. When we arrived and found out there was a cigarette smell in our non-smoking room, they immediately upgraded us to a suite. When we were leaving the hotel, the manager Ms. Mia Zhou came out to say good bye. The hotel breakfast was food heaven and my local friends were also surprised that the hotel offered so many Chengdu delicacies. There are many restaurants in the neighbourhood. The pool is quite big but not heated and only opened from 10am to 10pm during May to October. The street front room was a bit noisy.

It was a pleasant stay at Fraser Place Chengdu! The serviced apartment/hotel is extremely new and modern. We were also thrilled to find this Singapore property in Chengdu, so it was truly a home away from home. I have a young toddler aged 24MO & elderly parents above 70YO during our stay and we loved our stay here. Prices are reasonable (with Trip.com perks & a panda coupon, each room was only S$65/night with 1 breakfast/room). We were able to get a free upgrade to the Studio Executive Rooms. The hotel/apartment has everything that we needed from a bathtub, washing machine+dryer (available for all rooms) etc. Our other one-bedroom apartment was also upgraded to an executive apartment and it came with a fully furnished kitchenette. Some noteworthy details (+ 👍🏻): - Breakfast selection was petite but decent, but not fantastic. The view from the breakfast place at Level 41 makes up for it. - The hotel was able to provide a baby cot for our 24MO toddler for the 1-bedroom apartment. Out of all the international hotels that we stayed in our 2-week trip, this baby cot was one of the best. Our toddler slept well. - Fraser Place Chengdu is located very near SKP (a luxury underground mall with a bamboo-inspired water feature on ground level). Only less than 12 mins away by Didi. Cons (- 👎🏻) - As this hotel located within the high tech zone in Wuhou district, it was hard to find affordable food options or supermarkets. It also takes at least 30 mins to get to popular places of attraction such as KuanZhai Alley by Didi. - Service by the concierge/bellboys was lacking. - There is no drop-off point as the access road to the entrance is blocked off with flower pots (no explanation given). Our drivers could only drop us off at the main road. This proves to be a great challenge as my elderly father was on a wheelchair and we also had a lot of luggages with us. Even when we asked the concierge for assistance, they made no offer to shift the flower pots or assist us with the luggages.

hotel is good but don't ask the hotel to book the ride for you because the staff didn't screen the driver for you at all... I've asked the hotel to book the ride for me from Hotel to Songpan. I thought if the hotel manage for me, it would be safe! but I was wrong!! becase I didn't realize that the driver I got is trying to sell the Chinese herbs to me. When we were on the way, the driver stoped by at one private place and tried to sell the herbs to us. I felt uncomfortable. Finally, I decided to pay 140 RMB for a very small amount of herbs and asked him to send us to Songpan. 酒店应该选择与他们一起工作的人。这家豪华酒店 还应该为顾客选择其他可靠的服务。 远方来的顾客感到害怕和不舒服。

You can't get to the hotel by car. The hotel has a special car to pick you up and the service is very good. The surrounding environment is very good, green, and every room has a good view. You can see Mount Siguniang while lying on the bed. The scenery is beautiful, quiet, and clean. Living in the mountains, you can listen to the sound of wind, rain, and streams. It's pleasant. If it weren't for something else, I would like to stay in this hotel for a few days. Here I can experience not only the beauty of Western Sichuan, but also the high altitude in Western Sichuan. But I can basically get used to it in one night. There are no restaurants nearby, but in the hotel All kinds of food are reasonably priced and taste good. Afternoon tea, Chinese food, Western food, and hot pot are all available, and the portions are generous. The housekeeper Tingting is very cute. Chatting with her will never be boring. It should be said that the hotel staff are very good. I will go there again next time. I like this hotel very much.

A good option for Jiuzhai I honestly feel quite mixed about the hotel - in some regards they were really great, but others need some attention Pros: - Location is perfect - a 10min taxi ride to Jiuzhaigou Scenic area main entrance + on the hotel’s doorstep are a wide range of food options and little supermarkets - The airport transfer is excellent and a fair price - 200 RMB. It just made me realize how much my previous hotel in Huanglong ripped me off by charging me ‘the foreigner price’ 😡 - Scenery - it is a very beautifully done up hotel and located in front of a mountain. There are a lot of koi ponds and a very pretty restaurant opposite the reception. - The room is spacious and bed is comfortable. - The 2 staff members who speak English are helpful. - They refunded me when I checked out early as I had to leave earlier. Cons: - The rooms could do with a more thorough cleaning - the small coffee table with faux marble top had some layers of previous cups and other grime. - As already stated by other reviewers, Western breakfast is limited - think toast, cereal, and instant coffee in an urn. When I asked for a butter knife to spread butter and jam on my toast, I was told to use a chopstick or spoon 🫣🫣🫣 - The hotel towels could do with an upgrade as they are quite worn.

Excellent hotel. It is about 11 kilometres (7 miles) away from the Jiuzhaigo national park but there were always taxis or didi around and they charged between 40 and 45 yuan. I think what I liked the most is the decoration and choice of colour palette. Gold, light browns, silver and a hint of red. All very *******. The staff were super nice. They were not fluent in English but they are always willing to be helpful. A translation app is advisable if you have a non-standard request. I recommend the breakfast and buffet dinner - wide selection- as well as the a la carte restaurant (Simmer). Prices for food were very good value for money.

Bring the elderly here for a trip and booked accommodation here. The hotel opened this year and the accommodation environment is very good! The room is very clean, with floor heating and oxygen supply. Friends from the north can come here without any problems! It is also very quiet to sleep at night, even though it is fully booked these two days. A small gift was given when we checked in, and the front desk lady Hongmei also gave us breakfast, which is very considerate 😊 Next time I come to Jiuzhai Huanglong, I will choose this hotel first! ! !

Staying at Jiuzhai Paradise Hotel for the first time gives me a different experience. The hotel has a good environment, the air quality is very good, and there are many value-for-money services! The room is large, comes with a free hot spring, and a ******* clothing travel shooting experience. The makeup artist will do the styling and makeup according to the chosen clothes and shooting style. It is very unique. The service is very good, the hotel facilities are relatively new, the price is not low, and it is acceptable in the peak season. If I come to Jiuzhaigou again, I will choose Qianhe Licheng. Due to the flight at 9 am the next day, I checked into the City Celebrity Hotel one night in advance. This time I came to Sichuan for a tour. As a senior traveler who has visited the hotel for the Nth time, the hotel still gave me a big surprise. Facilities: The hotel is equipped with a small refrigerator, laundry room, and free parking, which can fully meet basic living needs. Hygiene: The auntie is very good at cleaning. When I checked in, I found a puddle in the corridor. The auntie quickly cleaned it and kindly reminded me. Environment: Good sound insulation, which is my biggest requirement for the environment. Service: The attitude is very good. Because we need clothes hangers to dry clothes later, the service staff is more thoughtful than we thought, and they are all fully equipped. Breakfast: The hotel is very considerate for the early flight personnel. You can eat some boiled products at 6 o'clock, so you won't have to rush to the plane on an empty stomach. I only took two photos, and I regret it a little, but I will visit Sichuan again. I like its comfort and comfort, and it feels like home.

Hotel room is spacious. Everything else is good except that the bathroom leaks after shower. The water leaks into toilet & also to the exterior to the vanity top area. Just 15-20mins from airport. Free shuttle to & fro airport is a plus point. Breakfast spread is pretty good.

I read a lot of reviews before, about the need for a shuttle bus, some buildings don't have a front desk, etc., I was a little nervous, but after looking around, I still chose this one. The one I booked is not a business or boutique hotel, but Tianfu International Hotel. Overall, it's better than I thought. After getting off the plane, it took about half an hour to walk to the shuttle bus. After going to the front desk, there was no queue. The shuttle bus arrived in one or two minutes. The room was large and clean, but it felt like there were no people in the building. There was indeed no front desk. Maybe this place is too big, and not every building has a front desk. The dining area is next to the building where I live. After eating at the restaurant, I called a shuttle bus to take me to the bus place. Overall, it felt okay.

I have been to Chengdu many times, but this is my first time staying in Jianyang. I was lucky enough to stay at Tianfu Jiuding International Hotel. Mya, the sales manager, contacted in advance to inquire about the arrival time so that the air conditioner in the room could be turned on in advance, which was very considerate. After arriving, a robot was quickly arranged to deliver welcome fruits, breakfast, and recommended nearby Jianyang specialties. The room is very nice, the supplies are very good, you can see that the boss is very particular about quality, the mini bar snacks are replenished every day, the snacks and tea bags are carefully selected, and they are sold in the hotel shop at the same time, the quality is very good, the breakfast is also very good, but the types are exactly the same every day, which is a bit disappointing. There was no staff in the children's park on the first day, like a deserted amusement park, the slide was fenced off, and when I went there on the second day, there was a notice saying that it was for maintenance. I stayed for four days and three nights, and the children's park has always been in that state and I didn't see anyone maintaining it. Children's activities are all paid, and the price is not cheap. I made a pizza for 128 and a cookie for 98. The pizza was burnt and the staff had no apology at all and did not suggest to re-bake it. The bubble party on Saturday, it seemed that the machine was broken after more than ten minutes, and the staff pushed the machine away. There was no music on the scene. If you don't bring your children here, the whole hotel experience is actually OK, because it is very quiet, the holiday feeling is full, you can go for a walk around and enjoy the scenery, it is a good choice.

Staying here can enter the Expo for free. We don’t have many people in the morning and night. We avoid the flow of people on the staggered peak. We sit in the Tianfu eye without queuing. It takes 20 minutes to circle and overlook the entire garden. The water curtain light show at 8 o'clock in the evening is great. The newly opened hotel is clean and clean everywhere, and all the staff are friendly and welcoming. It was very heartwarming to see a family of three prepared three supplies in advance. During the stay, you can collect drinks at the rock bar for free, but unfortunately we missed the time. The balcony is large with a relaxing sofa and bathtub. The breakfast and the balcony of the room can see the view of the Expo, and the holiday is relaxing.
