It’s a hotel located between T1 and T2 in Chengdu airport, very easy to find if you follow the signs after exiting the arrivals zone. Staff at the desk speaks English, didn’t have any problems with communication. One thing to be aware of: since the hotel is very close to the airport, sounds of the airport can be heard in the late evening and night, so those who are noise sensitive, proceed booking with caution. Their breakfast is decent as well, with a lot to choose from Chinese to Western cuisine. Wasn’t crowded on a weekday at around 9:00AM. The room has all amenities: toothbrush, towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap. Definitely a place I’d recommend to stay at if you have a layover in Chengdu.

Very good location just next to Luomashi metro station. If you take metro from tianfu airport, then you take line 18 then change to line 1 in south railway station.

Hotel location is near to Jiuzhai scenic area, convenient as hotel provides transport service between hotel to nearby location. If taking railway followed by bus services, bus services only stop at other hotels hence from bus final stop will have to walk a little else cab to hotel. Breakfast is ok, provides fruits & nice coffee. Only issue is the water pressure and hot water system for shower, will have to wait for long and water stops or turned cold at times,else all great. Service staff are helpful and friendly.

This Ritz-Carlton hotel is in an excellent location for families. The Taikoo Li and IFS shopping area is only a few minutes away by metro or Didi. The Chengdu Panda Reserve Base is a very reasonable distance (30 minutes drive). The facilities are very nice. The lobby has a great view from the 25th floor. The cafe there also has good coffee and food. The room was very comfortable and clean, with an excellent coat closet. The bathroom is one of the best-equipped we have seen. It has a fully-equipped Toto bidet (automatic opening lid, washing, drying, warming), a convenient hair-dryer outlet inside the drawer, a nice tub and shower. We had the twin room (which was really full-size beds) that was plenty of room for us and our son. Each bed already came with 4 pillows each. All the hotel staff demonstrated excellent service. Especially Lucia Shang at the front desk reception. She was very helpful and answered all of my questions (in English). I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a central location and well-equipped facilities.

Very clean hotel. Cleaning service was very good. Room was spacious. Check in and check out was a breeze. Location was excellent as well. Very near to Chunxi Road and lots of eateries and shopping streets around the hotel. The subway on Chunxi road was also nearby. Definitely recommended for families.

However, we were misled by the hotel name, the hot spring is not real hot spring, it’s just jacuzzi…although they change water every time, the tub is still dirty, my back is full of sands afterwards…..and the water is not hot enough. Service is not adequate and professional enough.

Was disappointed that the room booking did not come with the free transport as mentioned in Trip.com, but hotel staff was able to provide contact to do carpooling, which is about the same price as taking a bus. Amenities are good and clean. Lots of restaurants and there are also some supermarket around the area. There is also a shop within the hotel and the things are very affordable and have long opening hours, so there is no need to go out if you need to buy stuff (I bought a jacket as I did not prepare thicker jacket)

Location wise is a good hotel as opposite hotel there’s very nice hotpot - 冯校长火锅.. and walking distance have chagee and heytea as well.. overall a nice spot but this is first time staying at 5 star hotel and no one offer to help you carry luggage and have to carry ourself to the room.

I really enjoyed staying in this hotel. The front desk Tina and Lena gave me very detail service and upgraded my room with no extra charge. The room was very clean. They provided detail service. Highly recommend you try them out. I gave a five stars!

We were there in Chengdu and faced some sudden changes in our itinerary when arriving,the staffs was extremely helpful and friendly in assisting us for all the problems and queries. I had my mother and brother birthdays on the day we checked in, the staff did a lot of surprises with decorations and cards, really appreciate the help from the morning sets of service crew. I may not get their names but i remember the gentleman with spectacles, along with two ladies with great smiles. 100% would recommend our friends or families to choose this hotel whenever they visit chengdu!!!

JW Marriott Chengdu hotel has exceeded our expectations. The Executive Club Lounge was a relaxing, welcoming space with polite and hard-working staff. We found the hotel’s central location ideal for exploring Chengdu. We ordered room service on the first night. The Dan Dan noodles with minced pork and vegetables, as well as the fried rice were exceptional. We love the overall service persons especially the concierge staff who helped us booked for taxis quickly and took care of the directions. Highly recommended for any foreign visitors

Hotel is located within Siguniang Scenic Area - 长坪沟, private cars cannot enter but hotel arranged transportation to pick us up from outside the scenic area. Very friendly staff who helped us to check in smoothly and also gave an informative overview of our room amenities. High altitude sickness is common for travellers who aren’t used to the altitude, and all hotel staff are concerned about travellers’ health, frequently asking whether we are feeling ok or not.

During my stay at this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the room. It provided plenty of space to relax and unwind after a long day. The service was commendable, with staff always ready to assist and ensure a comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a good variety of options, catering to different tastes and preferences, and was a great way to start the day. Had a wonderful stay at Hilton Jiuzhaigou Resort! It is one of the most beautiful hotels that I’ve stayed. Room is nice and big. On a side note, I would like to convey my appreciation for the hospitality Mr Andy (Restaurant Manager) showed to my family. My family and I were having dinner at one of the restaurants outside of the hotel and it was a really bad experience - long wait for food (which they over promised), poor service and mediocre food. Hence, my dad went back to the hotel for another light meal+drinks and met Mr Andy and was casually chatting with him about the experience we had. Upon hearing his experience, Mr Andy was apologetic and wanted to make up for the poor experience - he didn’t have to be because it was not within the hotel’s purview. The next morning, he made a note to his team and ensured that my family had sufficient light bites to be taken to Jiuzhaigou. His hospitality is beyond amazing. Thank you Hilton and Andy for the great and memorable experience at your hotel.

Absolutely gorgeous villa style hotel with great service provided by Eve and her colleagues. Eve was responsive and checked in with us to ensure that we had all we needed for a stay. The housekeeping team was also prompt with our requests. Buggy can take a while to arrive during breakfast peak hours. You could tell that the room heater had been turned on hours pre-arrival to welcome its guests warmly. Room had a beautiful mountain view and the toilets were huge. Though we had some issues with opening and closing the sliding door at the toilet it, wasnt too big an issue. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting jiuzhaigou!

The hotel is new! It’s very comfortable and the services from the front desk is excellent. Especially the staff named “桌玛“. She took the initiative to upgrade our room as it’s a non peak period now. Provided use with breakfast too. Ultimately, the hotel is well located in the ancient city, providing a unique experience. With the cleanliness and comfort provided, this hotel justifies one of the best choice in this city. Highly recommended.

Hotel room is spacious. Everything else is good except that the bathroom leaks after shower. The water leaks into toilet & also to the exterior to the vanity top area. Just 15-20mins from airport. Free shuttle to & fro airport is a plus point. Breakfast spread is pretty good.
