Upon entering the room, I must admit I was a bit disappointed. The room was quite small, almost like it was designed for children, with a very low toilet, a tiny bathtub (which I didn't end up using), and a rather small bed. The desk was also very low. However, after staying for two days, I was completely won over by the professional team. All the staff members were incredibly professional; not overly enthusiastic, but exceptionally well-trained. Even during the May Day holiday with a huge crowd, everything ran smoothly and in an orderly fashion. I especially want to mention the lovely lady who assisted us in the executive lounge on the first day while we waited for our room, and whom I also saw at breakfast the next day. She had no 'bossy' airs at all; she was very warm, friendly, and energetic, and it was easy to be positively influenced by her. I apologize for not remembering her name. The housekeeping service was also meticulous and efficient. Breakfast was absolutely delicious; both the Western pastries and the Chinese noodle bar were outstanding, with fresh and tasty ingredients. Although the executive lounge on the 37th floor didn't have a huge variety of food, what they offered was very good. Despite the room being small, the bedding was very comfortable. Even though it was a sealed room, the air was fresh with no strange odors, and the air conditioning temperature was comfortable with no noise. Our family of three practically fell asleep instantly on both nights. The only regret was that, presumably due to the high occupancy during the May Day holiday, we couldn't enjoy the room upgrade benefit that came with our Trip.com booking. However, our requests for a high floor, a quiet room, and a non-smoking room were all met. Overall, it was a good stay. While the room hardware had some minor shortcomings, the professional service provided by the dedicated team more than made up for it.

On the second night of our stay, right before bed, we noticed a few mosquitoes. We initially thought it was just one or two, but then we looked at the ceiling and saw them everywhere – many weren't even mosquitoes, probably over 30 in total. We called the front desk at 1 AM, and they seemed quite dismissive, not even coming to check the room. After two calls, the hotel suggested we switch rooms. To our dismay, the new room also had a lot of mosquitoes. Only after strongly insisting did they find a can of insect repellent. After half an hour of spraying, the duvet and floor were covered in dead mosquitoes and other flying insects. We asked if they could change the sheets and pillowcases, but that was a whole other story – there was no housekeeping staff available, and even though the security guard was diligent, he wasn't trained for housekeeping duties. I honestly recommend installing mosquito screens; it's astonishing to have so many flying insects and mosquitoes on the 23rd floor.

Service: Extremely satisfied! Before checking in, I communicated that I was traveling with a child and hoped for some kid-friendly arrangements. The staff responded promptly and meticulously decorated the room with balloons and a small astronaut lamp, which my child adored. They also gifted a chestnut children's picture book and a little lion fridge magnet, and had child amenities, plus two cute rubber duckies, ready in advance. My child was thrilled, and we, the adults, were equally pleased! 👍 When my child wandered to the front desk, a staff member proactively gave them a puzzle. During check-in and check-out, they were very helpful with inquiries and directions, and assisted with luggage, demonstrating excellent service. Daily Double Ritz-Carlton Executive Lounge Benefits: Five meals a day truly filled us up! The main courses were cooked fresh by a chef on-site, and other dishes, though not numerous, were exquisite. I particularly loved the wide selection of salads! There was a great variety of alcoholic beverages, and you could even mix your own cocktails in the evening. All the staff were wonderful and thoughtful. Although the late-night meal was primarily for drinks and children couldn't dine, they brought back several hash browns and chocolates for my child, which was super satisfying. For breakfast, we went downstairs for a wider selection. The panda latte art was adorable, and they even offered lunchboxes for kids to take food with them, very kid-friendly! 👍 Hygien: The room was very clean, amenities were promptly replaced, and turn-down service was proactively offered. Coming back to a clean and tidy room after a day out truly lifts your spirits! 👍

Staying at the Shangri-La was an amazing experience. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by the hotel's unique signature fragrance, which was incredibly comforting. The front desk staff were warm and attentive; check-in was efficient and quick, and they thoughtfully upgraded me to an Executive Suite. The room was spacious and very comfortable to stay in. The hotel is located in a prime area, making it convenient to get around, yet it's far enough from the hustle and bustle of the city center that it was exceptionally quiet for a good night's sleep. The breakfast spread was rich and varied, and the view from the window was absolutely beautiful. Overall, my stay was perfect. The staff were all friendly and approachable, always smiling, and their gentle, enthusiastic, and thoughtful service made me feel incredibly welcome, as if I were right at home.

I recently stayed at the JW Marriott Chengdu, and I can honestly say it was one of the most memorable hotel experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, the warmth and professionalism of the staff made me feel like I was returning home, not just checking into a hotel. Every touchpoint—from the seamless check-in to the delightful breakfast service and the ever-smiling lobby staff—was filled with genuine care and attentiveness. It’s rare to find a team that consistently goes above and beyond, but the JW Marriott Chengdu truly embodies the spirit of heartfelt hospitality. What elevated our stay from wonderful to absolutely perfect was Xiaoxiao (小肖). Her communication was not only professional and timely but also incredibly detailed and caring. She took the time to understand our needs and thoughtfully coordinated every little detail to make our Mother’s Day trip smooth, stress-free, and unforgettable. Thanks to Xiaoxiao, my mother felt truly celebrated and cherished throughout our stay. This is actually the hotel I regularly stay at when I am in Chengdu, because of its central location. It never disappoints.

Woo... an absolutely fantastic stay at the upscale Joyhub Air Hotel! On April 20th, 2026, check-in was a breeze – quick, no deposit required, just a passport registration. The staff were super friendly and incredibly helpful. The location is excellent, and the room was spotless with a cozy duvet on the bed – everything I could ask for. The room itself was very spacious, offering a relaxing garden view outside, which I captured in many photos. After settling in, I explored the hotel's facilities, which were also stunning. I thoroughly enjoyed the buffet dinner; there was a huge variety of delicious food. I paid CNY 298 / RM 178 (for 2 people) in cash, as Alipay wasn't accepted. There weren't many tourists dining, and every dish was incredibly tasty. The next day, April 21st, I tidied up my room before checking out. I left the room at 4:45 AM and returned my key card at the reception, and check-out was also quick. It's about a 10-minute leisurely walk from the hotel to the airport terminal – you just cross a bridge to enter the airport. At the airport, female customs officers scan you before entry. The hotel is directly opposite Terminal 1. I would happily recommend this place to my family and friends. Before arrival: On the day of check-in, I received a call asking about my arrival time. Knowing I would be late, they arranged for a turndown service. They also asked my preference for pillows from a variety of options and placed them in the room beforehand. Upon check-in: The room was clean and tidy, and the bathtub was quite large. Being on a high floor, the city night view was very pleasant. During stay: My butler found out it was my birthday and thoughtfully prepared a birthday setup, including a cake. It truly felt like a lot of care was put into it. The hotel also offered three complimentary travel photoshoots. Any additional photos could be purchased. The photography staff were incredibly patient and friendly, and I was very happy with the photos they took, so I didn't hesitate to purchase more. Their team, 'Niguang Travel Photography,' is genuinely excellent. After check-out: The front desk was busy when I left, so I just gave my license plate number and headed out.

This time I came to Ya'an, it was really a super wise decision to choose to stay at the Yuji Hotel. The whole experience was full and the five-star praise was proper! The location of the hotel is particularly excellent, travel and play, punch in the surrounding attractions are super convenient, the surrounding dining, supermarkets are fully equipped. The interior of the room exceeded expectations, the space is spacious and transparent, the smart facilities in the whole house are too extra points, the voice can control the lights, curtains, electrical appliances, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, the sleeping feeling is super comfortable, the washing area is separated from wet and dry, the bathroom supplies are clean and hygienic, the quality of toiletries is online, and the use is excellent. What impressed me the most was the hotel's service. The front desk staff was super warm and friendly. Check-in and check-out were efficient and fast. They would also recommend Ya'an local food and play routes. Any needs could be responded to in time. The whole experience was super warm. The overall price/performance ratio is directly full. Whether it is travel or business stay, this hotel is a great choice for Ya'an. I will definitely choose here next time I come to Ya'an. I really recommend it to every friend who comes to Ya'an!

The hotel is really close to the scenic area's entrance, which is super convenient. They let us store our luggage, and even after checking out, we could still relax in the lobby and have some tea, which was a nice touch. Breakfast was good. My only minor complaint is that the room felt a bit small, making the air feel a little stuffy. Other than that, everything else was fine.

First off, I have to commend how my booking was handled – they clearly read my notes, and the room arrangement was perfect! I was a bit worried when I booked, seeing some reviews about the hotel being older, fearing it might be dated. But honestly, as soon as I saw the room, all those concerns vanished. The hotel is incredibly well-maintained, even better than the photos. As they say, an old Ferrari is still a Ferrari! My overall stay was fantastic. The room was spacious, the bedding was excellent, ensuring a great night's sleep. The toiletries were top-notch, smelled lovely, and worked wonderfully. Every little detail showed care. The high floor offered fantastic panoramic views through the floor-to-ceiling windows, and everything was spotless. The location is excellent – quiet yet central. The butler service was outstanding, available 24/7, with quick and friendly responses. The 24-hour complimentary drinks and snacks were a thoughtful touch and of good quality. The housekeeping staff noticed we were drinking tea and proactively left extra bottles of water during cleaning, which was very thorough – thumbs up! There are plenty of great dining options nearby. If I had to pick a flaw, it's that the shampoo and other bottles in the shower were a bit too close together, making them hard to press, but that's a minor point. The 6:30 PM sabrage champagne ritual added a nice touch of ceremony. I'll definitely stay here again next time, and for more than just one night!
