It’s a hotel located between T1 and T2 in Chengdu airport, very easy to find if you follow the signs after exiting the arrivals zone. Staff at the desk speaks English, didn’t have any problems with communication. One thing to be aware of: since the hotel is very close to the airport, sounds of the airport can be heard in the late evening and night, so those who are noise sensitive, proceed booking with caution. Their breakfast is decent as well, with a lot to choose from Chinese to Western cuisine. Wasn’t crowded on a weekday at around 9:00AM. The room has all amenities: toothbrush, towels, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner, body soap. Definitely a place I’d recommend to stay at if you have a layover in Chengdu.

Although I didn’t have time to visit the spa, it looked inviting, and I’d love to try it on my next visit. Location is convenient and room is pretty clean and new. However, we were misled by the hotel name, the hot spring is not real hot spring, it’s just jacuzzi…although they change water every time, the tub is still dirty, my back is full of sands afterwards…..and the water is not hot enough. Service is not adequate and professional enough.

Hotel is nice and clean. Breakfast alot of options n delicious. I dine in for dinner as well and the food is delicious. You can order dishes pair with rice or even hotpot. Front desk is helpful. There is a hot spring as well if u are interested. The location is abit deserted but they have free shuttle service to main place like entrance of jiu zai gou. Easy to order didi as well. Also we check out very early around 5:45am and thy manage to prepare a car to send us to take the bus back to huanglong railway station. Thanks for the great service.

My stay at the Ritz Carlton is memorable! The executive lounge is my favorite as I could go there anytime and not worried about not having food! Camilla was so helpful that she suggested an upgrade with such good benefits! I will definitely recommending my friends to stay at the Ritz!

The receptionists were really friendly and helpful. I booked the hotel for 3 nights and extended to 5, because I really enjoyed it. The rooms are very clean, modern and well equipped. The view is just breathtaking, I had a room at lvl. 33. The location of the hotel is perfect, many restaurants and shops in walking distance. e.g. Taikoo Li. I will definately book it again, when I come back to Chengdu.

Room are big and well maintain. Having a washing machine & dryer is a plus! They have robot to delivery your food delivery. Will choose this place again when I come back to Chengdu.

We had requested for non - smoking room but we realized that there is an ashtray in the room with stale cigarette smell. I think this hotel do not segregate non - smoking and smoking room, so do note when booking if you are really sensitive to the smell. Nothing to complain about the location! Super convenient. Good location and about 10-15 mins walk to Jiuzhaigou park entrance. Was disappointed that the room booking did not come with the free transport as mentioned in Trip.com, but hotel staff was able to provide contact to do carpooling, which is about the same price as taking a bus. Amenities are good and clean. Lots of restaurants and there are also some supermarket around the area. There is also a shop within the hotel and the things are very affordable and have long opening hours, so there is no need to go out if you need to buy stuff (I bought a jacket as I did not prepare thicker jacket)

The location is quite convenient. It’s very close to Taikoo Li and IFS, where you can find a variety of luxury brands. The room is spacious, but the light switches are old and difficult to locate.

A very conveniently located hotel in Chengdu city center near Tai Koo Li shopping district.  The service is friendly, efficient and welcoming. English is spoken at the check in desk and foreign guests shouldn’t have any issues with staying here hassle-free.  The breakfast is fairly varied, possibly geared more towards the locals, but there is plenty for international palates.  Bedroom was spacious, comfy and quiet. Some of the hard furnishings might seem slightly worn, perfectly normal for the age of the hotel. My only gripe was the non-functioning holder for the bathroom shower head which wouldn’t hold the shower head in place as it was broken. However, the overhead shower curtain worked perfectly and was a substitute for the actual shower itself.

It was a pleasant stay at Fraser Place Chengdu! The serviced apartment/hotel is extremely new and modern. We were also thrilled to find this Singapore property in Chengdu, so it was truly a home away from home. I have a young toddler aged 24MO & elderly parents above 70YO during our stay and we loved our stay here. Prices are reasonable (with Trip.com perks & a panda coupon, each room was only S$65/night with 1 breakfast/room). We were able to get a free upgrade to the Studio Executive Rooms. The hotel/apartment has everything that we needed from a bathtub, washing machine+dryer (available for all rooms) etc. Our other one-bedroom apartment was also upgraded to an executive apartment and it came with a fully furnished kitchenette. Some noteworthy details (+ 👍🏻): - Breakfast selection was petite but decent, but not fantastic. The view from the breakfast place at Level 41 makes up for it. - The hotel was able to provide a baby cot for our 24MO toddler for the 1-bedroom apartment. Out of all the international hotels that we stayed in our 2-week trip, this baby cot was one of the best. Our toddler slept well. - Fraser Place Chengdu is located very near SKP (a luxury underground mall with a bamboo-inspired water feature on ground level). Only less than 12 mins away by Didi. Cons (- 👎🏻) - As this hotel located within the high tech zone in Wuhou district, it was hard to find affordable food options or supermarkets. It also takes at least 30 mins to get to popular places of attraction such as KuanZhai Alley by Didi. - Service by the concierge/bellboys was lacking. - There is no drop-off point as the access road to the entrance is blocked off with flower pots (no explanation given). Our drivers could only drop us off at the main road. This proves to be a great challenge as my elderly father was on a wheelchair and we also had a lot of luggages with us. Even when we asked the concierge for assistance, they made no offer to shift the flower pots or assist us with the luggages.

The hotel facilities are very good, the room is large, there are sofas and recliners, central air conditioning, we checked in during the Spring Festival, the air conditioning was very hot, we could only open the ventilation, the room was very clean and hygienic, smart toilet. The toilet, bathroom, and washbasin are completely independent, which is very convenient for a family of three. The washbasin is reasonably designed, and the water will not splash everywhere. The bathroom has a top shower, and the water temperature can be adjusted. It feels that the highest can be adjusted to about 48 degrees, but it is not recommended to wash too hot in the plateau area. Don't listen to what the Internet says that you can't wash your hair. Blow dry as soon as possible after washing, and there is no dizziness at all. The hair dryer has a power of 1600W. The breakfast is very rich. The best is beef rice noodles + fried eggs, small cakes, fried rice and noodles, vegetables, coffee, milk, soy milk, vegetable salad... and the dishes are all very fresh. Although the price of staying during the Spring Festival will be a bit more expensive, it is worth it. There are also many hotels near the scenic area, but the price is more expensive than Wyndham and the room is not as good as it. The hotel is more than three kilometers away from the scenic area, but there is a car that takes you to the entrance of the scenic area for free in the morning. After visiting Jiuzhaigou, there is a commercial street a few hundred meters away. You can have dinner directly there and take a Didi back to the hotel for 15 yuan after dinner.

Hotel is located within Siguniang Scenic Area - 长坪沟, private cars cannot enter but hotel arranged transportation to pick us up from outside the scenic area. Very friendly staff who helped us to check in smoothly and also gave an informative overview of our room amenities. High altitude sickness is common for travellers who aren’t used to the altitude, and all hotel staff are concerned about travellers’ health, frequently asking whether we are feeling ok or not.

Excellent hotel. It is about 11 kilometres (7 miles) away from the Jiuzhaigo national park but there were always taxis or didi around and they charged between 40 and 45 yuan. I think what I liked the most is the decoration and choice of colour palette. Gold, light browns, silver and a hint of red. All very *******. The staff were super nice. They were not fluent in English but they are always willing to be helpful. A translation app is advisable if you have a non-standard request. I recommend the breakfast and buffet dinner - wide selection- as well as the a la carte restaurant (Simmer). Prices for food were very good value for money.

Absolutely gorgeous villa style hotel with great service provided by Eve and her colleagues. Eve was responsive and checked in with us to ensure that we had all we needed for a stay. The housekeeping team was also prompt with our requests. Buggy can take a while to arrive during breakfast peak hours. You could tell that the room heater had been turned on hours pre-arrival to welcome its guests warmly. Room had a beautiful mountain view and the toilets were huge. Though we had some issues with opening and closing the sliding door at the toilet it, wasnt too big an issue. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting jiuzhaigou!

The hotel is new! It’s very comfortable and the services from the front desk is excellent. Especially the staff named “桌玛“. She took the initiative to upgrade our room as it’s a non peak period now. Provided use with breakfast too. Ultimately, the hotel is well located in the ancient city, providing a unique experience. With the cleanliness and comfort provided, this hotel justifies one of the best choice in this city. Highly recommended.

A great hotel, impeccable from the environment to the service, especially the service of Bam at the front desk, which added points to the trip to Jiuzhaigou. When we checked in, we upgraded the room type, and gave us an extra cup of coffee, and asked us to add WeChat, which perfectly solved our needs during our stay. The restaurant breakfast is also very rich. As a high-star hotel near the world-class tourist attraction Jiuzhaigou, tourists eat at around 7:00 in the morning peak, and there are occasional queues. I understand that. I read the comments that Howard Johnson is a bit old, and there will be old guest rooms. In fact, the guest rooms are well maintained, and the bedding and quilts are very comfortable. After a day of playing, I basically fell asleep at night. Jiuzhaigou is worthy of being a world-class scenic spot. As a frequent traveler, I say that the scenery here is breathtaking and beautiful beyond words. Excellent service had been given by in taking care of customers’ needs. Mr Lee helped us to book taxi for our early morning train. The front desk receptionist was friendly and helpful when we needed local adaptor for my mobile phone charging. A Welcome ******* Tea was given to us free at the lounge. Free snack pack which included panchos was provided free for our tour at Huanglong and Jiuzhaigou. All these thoughtful things had made our stay with extra enjoyment.

Very close to Tianfu Airport, 10 minutes by shuttle bus to the hotel. 5-diamond hotel, covering a large area, with more than a dozen buildings, it is a garden in itself. After getting up in the morning, go to the Rose Building for breakfast. The air is fresh and the breakfast is rich, with representative meals of the Land of Abundance. The room is arranged with a double bed and a single bed, two beds, very friendly for traveling with children. The bedding is comfortable, the pillow height can be selected by yourself, the neck protection effect is very good, wake up refreshed. The shower head has sufficient water, which makes up for the lack of a top shower head.

The hotel I stayed in on this business trip was really good! The location is easy to find, the transportation is convenient, and there are many places to eat around. Huahua at the front desk checked me in quickly, the staff was friendly, answered all my questions, and enthusiastically recommended fun things to do around me. The room was clean and tidy, the bed was soft, and I slept well.

I booked the wrong hotel for the Renshou Marathon. I was so amused. I arrived here at night and went directly to the KTV to sing. I communicated with Mandy throughout the whole process. She was efficient and provided thoughtful service. Breakfast was available at 6:30, which was convenient for early risers. The amusement park was very popular with children. The hotel was clean and tidy.
