One of Milan’s new hidden gem. The location is nearby Chinatown and corso como. So it’s not close to the shopping district and Duomo area. But the service is comparable to other 5 star hotels. Very attentive staff patient and helpful. Rooms are great, extremely comfortable and size is pretty big for European hotel rooms. I recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Milan!!
The hotel that I have been staying in Brescia is more retro. This time I came here and made some updates. The painting has also changed. Overall, it is good. The location is very good. In the city center and there are many shops and attractions around. It is worth staying.
From a geographical point of view, Meliá Milano is located in the center of Milan, a few minutes' walk from Milan Cathedral and other major attractions. There are also many restaurants, cafes and shops around, and transportation and shopping are very convenient.
The hotel's facilities are very complete and modern. The rooms are equipped with modern facilities such as flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi and air conditioning, allowing guests to enjoy a comfortable stay. In addition, the hotel also has a gym and an indoor swimming pool, providing guests with the opportunity to stay healthy and energetic.
In terms of service, Meliá Milano is also highly praised. The hotel's staff is warm and friendly, always willing to help guests, and both check-in and check-out procedures are very fast and efficient. The hotel also provides luggage storage services, allowing guests to explore the city more easily.
In terms of dining, the hotel's restaurant offers a variety of cuisines, including traditional Italian dishes and international cuisine, and the breakfast is also very rich, with a variety of breads, pastries, fruits and drinks to choose from. The environment of the restaurant is also very comfortable, allowing guests to enjoy food in a pleasant atmosphere.
It was a perfect experience! Just next to the castle, and then you can take pictures of the castle at the hotel. The sunset sun is so beautiful that it is just fried on the castle! There is also a lake view room, the morning and sunset are perfect scenery. There is also a pool outside the lake that is a hot spring spa! Will definitely stay here again!

The hotel is very gorgeous and the rooms are quite large. However, there is no bathtub in the bathroom. Not only does it not have a bathtub, it only has a curtain, so when I take a shower, the bathroom will flood.
However, because the service quality and public areas are great, it is acceptable.

The hotel is in a great location, about a 16-minute walk to the Duomo Cathedral, which is convenient for sightseeing. There is a Carrefour supermarket a few steps away from the door, and several Italian restaurants nearby are also very delicious. The hotel's internal facilities are complete and perfect, and the quality is guaranteed. The breakfast is the richest one on this trip. The hotel has an underground garage, and the front desk can help buy Milan City Tickets. When we stayed for the second time, they took the initiative to upgrade the room, and the service staff were also very nice. Highly recommended!
The hotel is located in a very special context. The interiors and furniture are well-treated. The spa access from the hotel is very comfortable and the spa is absolutely deserving.
Breakfast buffet is rich in healthy and quality food. Breakfast service is perfect.
Unfortunately, the building suffers much from rain infiltration, certainly to be fitted (some corridors during rain are litterally flooding).
The room was very cool and the room was very cool.
Because the room booked by Roland & Chateau, the hotel is relatively new and the service is very professional, but the interior decoration is a bit loli, which is not suitable for me. There is a refugee camp next door to the hotel, and there are refugees queuing up from morning to night.
A very good hotel. The white-haired manager in the lobby is always enthusiastic. You can consult him for any needs.
Although the room is not big, it is enough. The products in the room facilities are very unique.
The breakfast is also very rich. Although the variety of white cakes has nothing to do with me, it is a good start to the day to drink sparkling wine + cold meat and fresh fruit.

SShanghaiqiushuzhenPros: The room was upgraded to premium, the hotel and the room smelled good, the minibar and refrigerator were free, a pad could control the entire room, the breakfast was rich with both cold and hot dishes, the service was very friendly and they would remember the guest's name to greet them, and the club sandwich from the room service was more delicious than expected!
Cons: No HBO, the switch on the wall in the room was too bright and affected my sleep at night, and there was no hook at the door of the shower room, which was inconvenient to put towels.

GGuest UserGood service for foreignerThis is one of the cleanest hotels ever! It's beautiful and the people are friendly. They have a beautiful van that takes you downtown. The breakfast is delicious. The room is big. The bathroom is modern. Housekeeping service is absolutely over the top. They make the room shine.
GGuest UserBeautiful and iconic property inside and out. It’s incredible to think that they’ve been able to maintain this establishment that was built in 1910 to such a high standard. All the spaces are so beautifully designed, even the spa itself.
We also were able to take wedding photos at the hotel which was a nice perk as some other Lake Como hotels restrict this even if you’re a guest. This we really appreciated as the venues within are very classic and stunning.
Some things to bear in mind of
- service at the restaurants is pretty inconsistent in terms of proactiveness, timeliness and attitude
- value for money for their food is average

CCCP9109It’s my first time in Milan, and I really recommend this hotel for its cost-effectiveness.
First of all, the hotel is very new and in the city center. Almost all attractions can be reached on foot or by public transportation in 10 minutes.
The hotel is not big overall, but it is well equipped and the service is very enthusiastic. Although the room is small, the bed and supplies are very comfortable, and basically all your needs are met.
The hotel is good, especially there is a small bookstore, connected to the breakfast restaurant (actually it is also a small bar, very nice for taking pictures)
There aren't many breakfast options, but the taste is still very good. Each person can order a main dish. I stayed for 3 nights and chose different ones, all of which were delicious.
In addition, you can get fruits, cookies and lemonade at the front desk.
AAndrewThis is a special place.
Stunning property, meticulously maintained and managed, with genuinely warm service (not universally the case with 5* in Italy). Expensive but you get what you pay for. It’s superb.
Only downside is that it’s a historic property and you need to accept - ideally, welcome - its quirks. But the things that matter - plumbing, electrics and HVAC - all work faultlessly.
