5-Star Hotels in Lombardy, Italy

One of Milan’s new hidden gem. The location is nearby Chinatown and corso como. So it’s not close to the shopping district and Duomo area. But the service is comparable to other 5 star hotels. Very attentive staff patient and helpful. Rooms are great, extremely comfortable and size is pretty big for European hotel rooms. I recommend this hotel for anyone coming to Milan!!

It was a perfect experience! Just next to the castle, and then you can take pictures of the castle at the hotel. The sunset sun is so beautiful that it is just fried on the castle! The hotel is very gorgeous and the rooms are quite large. However, there is no bathtub in the bathroom. Not only does it not have a bathtub, it only has a curtain, so when I take a shower, the bathroom will flood. However, because the service quality and public areas are great, it is acceptable.

L’hotel è meraviglioso, a picco sul lago. Completamente immerso nel paesaggio. Le camere sono delle suite spaziose e luminose con delle grandi vetrate da cui puoi ammirare il lago. Ci sono due ristoranti, uno con menu degustazione e uno con una selezione un po’ ristretta, avrei desiderato un semplice piatto di pasta al pomodoro o tagliata di manzo con patatine fritte ma non era possibile. La colazione invece mi mancherà tantissimo, super! La spa è nuova, tecnologica ed offre tante opzioni. Nel complesso un posto che rimarrà nel mio cuore

The hotel has an underground garage, and the front desk can help buy Milan City Tickets. When we stayed for the second time, they took the initiative to upgrade the room, and the service staff were also very nice. Highly recommended!

The hotel is located in a very special context. The interiors and furniture are well-treated. The spa access from the hotel is very comfortable and the spa is absolutely deserving. Breakfast buffet is rich in healthy and quality food. Breakfast service is perfect. Unfortunately, the building suffers much from rain infiltration, certainly to be fitted (some corridors during rain are litterally flooding). The room was very cool and the room was very cool.

Because the room booked by Roland & Chateau, the hotel is relatively new and the service is very professional, but the interior decoration is a bit loli, which is not suitable for me. There is a refugee camp next door to the hotel, and there are refugees queuing up from morning to night.
