Hotel room is big and clean. I like the accessibility of the location. Close to train stations, bus terminal and many choices of food to choose from.
Take note the toiletries are not provided. However it can be purchased from the concierge.
Francesco the reception is very helpful. Good recommendation of places to go for my first day in Naples!
A very cost-effective hotel, the room is clean and tidy, there is free parking, the front desk service attitude is very good 👍, the breakfast is rich, and the transportation to the city center is convenient. Next time I come to Naples, I will choose this hotel again.
Das Zimmer war sauber aber etwas Renovierubgsbedürfig, da kann man schon was dran machen. Das Hotel liegt ganz oben auf einer Klippe, die Aussicht zum Meer einfach traumhaft schön.
Das Frühstück was für jeden was dabei. Das Personal sehr freundlich und aufmerksam.
Прекрасно расположение- 3 мин до моря. Шикарный вид с террасы- сама терраса огромная! Хороший завтрак. В номере чайник, холодильник. Постель хорошего качества, все очень чисто)) доброжелательный персонал. Рекомендую!

The staff: amazing. They were some of the most friendly and outgoing people!! They alone made it an amazing stay, so shoutout to them 🩷
The hostel itself was also great! Quite fancy, clean, massive storage drawers under the beds, good sized rooms. The breakfast was yum, so was the free drink on arrival. Omg and they had free stuff in the kitchen for u to make food with. Think olive oil, pasta, tomatoes, zucchini, herbs and spices. LOVE!!! The rooftop was severely underrated, very cool!! Overall an amazing stay, I wish I could come back!!!

GGuest UserTerrible experience with this hotel. After confirming the booking and arriving are the area the owner disappears for hours, doesn’t answer texts or phone calls and doesn’t leave anybody in the property to check us in we had to plead with locals to help us get the owners phone number. In addition, when we checked us we had to deal with non English speakers (how do you rent properties internationally without being able to communicate?) and also demanded tax payment in cash even though they carried no change so we ended up paying more than needed. Property itself very nice and clean but I recommend to stay away.
OoenanayIn my opinion, Palazzo Adele is the best place we ever stayed in. If we go to Ercolano again, it would be our only choice.
The building is very elegant. The terrace on the 2nd floor (or 1st floor in Europe) is spacious. The parking is gated, only opened with a key fob. The room is spotless; I even feel comfortable walking on the floor barefooted.
The owner is such a nice guy! When we arrived, he gave us a warm greeting. He also provided us with some great advice on how to go to visit Vesuvius and Pompeii, as well as where to eat.
In fact, he printed out some useful information, which became our guidebook in the following few days.
We went to the Herculaneum Site as he suggested, spent nearly 2 hours there, only covered 60% of the whole place.
We followed his instruction to purchase the tickets to Vesuvius, and had a great trip there.
We asked about restaurant, he suggested a few of them. We tried the best one on the list, Bistrot Italia, fantastic food, affordable price, nice wine, and impressive service. It was so good that on the day we left, we went there again.
The location of Palazzo Adele is great! Walking distance to almost everywhere (the train
station, the Herculaneum Park, restaurants, The Royal Palace of Portici, oh and an amazing gelato place).
The neighborhood is nice. I remembered we walked through a short tunnel and there was not even a slight trace of urine smell in the air, which was very, very impressive.
All in all, Palazzo Adele is a great place to stay. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the Naples and Pompeii area.
放放浪旅First of all, it's not a hostel, but a hotel in front of the station, and the price is exceptional. Although it was close to the central station, the cobblestone pavement in Naples was so rough that it felt far away (lol). The room was extremely small. I was actually impressed that such a small hotel existed. For some reason, Google Maps pointed me to the back of the hotel, and I was only able to get there after being guided by a local, so I'd better be careful. There's no elevator, so it might be difficult for people with big luggage. The only amenities are shampoo. Also, while I was sleeping, I was bitten by a strange insect in 8 places (I don't think it was a tick since there were no blood-sucking marks...), and on top of that, I got a lot of bites on my right hand, and my right hand was swollen all over 😂 Even though I didn't even scratch it. Isn't it dangerous that the place where you were bitten becomes swollen?
However, all the employees were kind! The free breakfast was also delicious!
GGuest UserI would think with the pictures showing a pool and daybeds these would be free but when we got there they told us they are 15euro each day to use even though we are hotel guests. The reason we chose a hotel with a pool rather than paying for 1 at the beach. Very disappointed.
The showers are very small we aren’t big people and found it hard showering.
Balcony was good as could rinse clothes and dry outside but just placed over the chairs.
No kettle in the room but can get free coffee with breakfast. Breakfast was included which was great.
Scrambled eggs, ham, cheese, danishes, juice and coffee.
Location was great coming off the ferry as right at the port with luggage.
If going to town it’s a big stair case up to the top or you can walk along the beach to the lift down the road which is 2 euro to use.
The bar upstairs has amazing sunsets, lovely watching the sun go down and they have a DJ playing lovely slow singing music which all generations could enjoy. The drinks are slightly priced at the bar though.
The restaurant at bottom of hotel was great. 7 euro Margherita pizza and you get 10% off being a hotel guest.
I would probably next time stay in town as closer to everything but I like walking and hiking for exercise so the big staircase worked for me but wouldn’t for lots of people. I think the hotel may of said they have free taxi to town but not 100 % sure.
AAnastasiiaThe three stars deserve only a ladies at the reception that has provided us a more spacious room than we booked. For breakfast, the room is small, no food is filled in time (for example, if juice is over, drink water or other, no one brings it). Problems with the elevator. And the eternal run from one wing to another, with the unworkable elevator it's not okay when you're with the child, and you still have to pay 10 cents a time for it. On the last day, the child was furled toward that she was dumped in the room, although she got into the pond behind the inactive elevator. We won't be back here.
GGuest UserOur stay at Hotel Vittoria was a lovely experience. The room was spacious, clean, and designed in a beautiful Greek-inspired style. Despite not having air conditioning, the room remained comfortably cool thanks to its location near the sea. One of the highlights was the balcony with a stunning view—my partner and I enjoyed a peaceful evening watching the sunset from there.
A big concern for us in Positano was managing our two bulky luggages, but the staff, especially Christina and Roberta, were incredibly helpful and responsive. They kindly arranged for porters to assist with our luggage during both check-in and check-out, which made a huge difference.
Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. We especially enjoyed their homemade drinks like the chocolate and americano. While the room didn’t have a kettle, the staff gladly provided us with hot water at night whenever needed.
Overall, a relaxing and memorable stay with excellent service!
AAlanaThe hotel is in a perfect location via Toledo, the room had a spectacular view of the street.
The only thing is that check in is made in a different location than the hotel, but if you send them a mail to the hotel, you will get the address where you have to check in.
For all the other great!!
임임횬If I go to Sorrento again, I want to stay there again. It was the best accommodation during my trip to Italy. It was much nicer than in the pictures, and I was able to enjoy the atmosphere of Sorrento with the meticulous and stylish interior design everywhere!
There was no coffee pot, but I asked the reception and they brought it to my room right away.
I had to catch the train early on the last day, so I tried to ask for a simple take-out breakfast,
but they packed it in a paper bag and told me to pack as much as I wanted.
It was raining lightly,, but they also told me to take an umbrella.
I told them I would pay, but they said it was a gift.,,
I had a very happy 2 nights in Sorrento!
The owner is the best,,
