I think the location is super good; it's very convenient, especially if you have a lot of luggage, as it's less than a 5-minute walk from the station. It's very quiet, and there's a public study area with outlets and a great view! There are common areas on the first floor and every other floor, all suitable for studying! The first floor also has many interesting books, which is fantastic đ. However, they don't offer pasta or coffee, and the wet and dry areas aren't well-separated, so water tends to get everywhere. Also, the outlets by the bed don't have a small shelf to put things on, which is a bit inconvenient, and there are no hooks or hangers. The bed curtain is nice, but... it doesn't cover the head of the bed because there's an open-cut panel. The water pressure is excellent, and the temperature is good, plus toiletries and towels are provided! But sometimes the toiletries are hard to dispense.

Location very close to Napoli Centrale train station .. while the neighborhood can be intimidating for first timer visiting Napoli⌠itâs pretty safe during my 4 day stays.
Good as base if you exploring Napoli or doing day trips to Sorrento; Pompeii via the train or taking ferry to Capri; Amalfi coast via buses nearby to ferry port.
Clean rooms and generally helpful front desk staff.

If you're looking for a hostel in Napoli, look no further. Here is where you'd want to stay. All the staff were amazing and very accommodating. They prepared lovely home cooked breakfast and also provided quality recommendations of what I can do. This place is close to the heart of the city. It's very, very clean and has great security too. Highly recommended!

We found the hotel quickly; everything was described in detail. You can also see signs along the way indicating the hotel is on the second floor.
The staff was very friendly and gave us an extra blanket.
The hotel was very clean and smelled delicious.
There were beautiful paintings hanging everywhere.

GGuest UserIf you're looking for a nice, friendly, unexpensive place to stay in Naples, Hostel Mancini is the spot.
Located near Naples Central Station, Metro lines and Centro Istorico, it's a very convenient point to start exploring the city and the region around.
The hostel is very clean and a basic (though hearty) breakfast is included.
The staff are very friendly and they would give you pretty accurate advice on anything you're planning to do.
All in all, great location, great service and great staff.

After confirming the booking and arriving are the area the owner disappears for hours, doesnât answer texts or phone calls and doesnât leave anybody in the property to check us in we had to plead with locals to help us get the owners phone number. In addition, when we checked us we had to deal with non English speakers (how do you rent properties internationally without being able to communicate?) and also demanded tax payment in cash even though they carried no change so we ended up paying more than needed. Property itself very nice and clean but I recommend to stay away.

OoenanayIn my opinion, Palazzo Adele is the best place we ever stayed in. If we go to Ercolano again, it would be our only choice.
The building is very elegant. The terrace on the 2nd floor (or 1st floor in Europe) is spacious. The parking is gated, only opened with a key fob. The room is spotless; I even feel comfortable walking on the floor barefooted.
The owner is such a nice guy! When we arrived, he gave us a warm greeting. He also provided us with some great advice on how to go to visit Vesuvius and Pompeii, as well as where to eat.
In fact, he printed out some useful information, which became our guidebook in the following few days.
We went to the Herculaneum Site as he suggested, spent nearly 2 hours there, only covered 60% of the whole place.
We followed his instruction to purchase the tickets to Vesuvius, and had a great trip there.
We asked about restaurant, he suggested a few of them. We tried the best one on the list, Bistrot Italia, fantastic food, affordable price, nice wine, and impressive service. It was so good that on the day we left, we went there again.
The location of Palazzo Adele is great! Walking distance to almost everywhere (the train
station, the Herculaneum Park, restaurants, The Royal Palace of Portici, oh and an amazing gelato place).
The neighborhood is nice. I remembered we walked through a short tunnel and there was not even a slight trace of urine smell in the air, which was very, very impressive.
All in all, Palazzo Adele is a great place to stay. Highly recommended to anyone visiting the Naples and Pompeii area.

GGuest UserIt remains one of my favorite hotels in Naples, obviously when the price is right with my expectations.
Central, but not noisy, when I asked for a quiet room, they immediately did their best to change the booked one, for a really quiet internal one. Large, clean room, sheets and towels changed every day, nice and pleasant room.
Plus excellent and abundant breakfast.

GGuest UserI would think with the pictures showing a pool and daybeds these would be free but when we got there they told us they are 15euro each day to use even though we are hotel guests. The reason we chose a hotel with a pool rather than paying for 1 at the beach. Very disappointed.
The showers are very small we arenât big people and found it hard showering.
Balcony was good as could rinse clothes and dry outside but just placed over the chairs.
No kettle in the room but can get free coffee with breakfast. Breakfast was included which was great.
Scrambled eggs, ham, cheese, danishes, juice and coffee.
Location was great coming off the ferry as right at the port with luggage.
If going to town itâs a big stair case up to the top or you can walk along the beach to the lift down the road which is 2 euro to use.
The bar upstairs has amazing sunsets, lovely watching the sun go down and they have a DJ playing lovely slow singing music which all generations could enjoy. The drinks are slightly priced at the bar though.
The restaurant at bottom of hotel was great. 7 euro Margherita pizza and you get 10% off being a hotel guest.
I would probably next time stay in town as closer to everything but I like walking and hiking for exercise so the big staircase worked for me but wouldnât for lots of people. I think the hotel may of said they have free taxi to town but not 100 % sure.

LLKHKerMy family and I had a precious and memorable experience at Casa Astarita guesthouse in October. Although we walked for a while from the bus station to the house, we soon realized that we were already passing through the most central and lively area of Sorrento. Everything we wantedârestaurants, gift shops, gelato and drink bars, supermarkets, and moreâwas just a few steps from the guesthouse.
The reception and hospitality at Casa Astarita were even more surprising and heartwarming, making us feel truly at home. We were deeply touched and grateful to be guests here.
We especially enjoyed the morning breakfast time with other guests in the common dining area. The maids were kind and thoughtful, customizing our meals to our preferences.
The room was spacious, and the furniture solid and traditionally functionalânot designed for those expecting luxury decor, but perfectly comfortable. The balcony overlooked the main street below, where we could hear buskers and Italian music playing from the nearby restaurants, giving us an immersive sense of the city.
On our checkout day, as we wanted to stay in the city until late, we were gladly offered luggage storage without hesitation. We sincerely thank the host for their considerate and customer-oriented service.

CcharlottieotsieTook my dad on a trip to Italy for his birthday and the first night of our stay couldn't have gone better here. Margrita was so welcoming and friendly, offering us a glass of juice or water upon arrival. She then gave us a plethora of different croissants to choose for as part of the breakfast. There was a classic course of buffalo mozzarella and tomatoes, then a flavoured croissant, and a plate of fresh fruit. The other people staying there said it was the best breakfast ever, and to be honest, I agree. The rooms were incredibly tidy and neat, complete with a fridge to store water for enduring the heat (air con worked a treat, and there were also complimentary water bottles on our first night). The views from the little balconys in the common areas were beautiful overlooking the lemon trees. The location was great, about a 15 minute walk to the beach, which was perfect for us as we were out of the hustle and bustle. And about a 10 minute walk from the station when we arrived. All in all 10/10 honestly, and I don't usually leave reviews but felt the need to do this place and margrita justice! đ
