Highly recommend the Golden Lion Hotel! The rooms are clean and elegant, with new and functional facilities. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, making for a very comfortable stay. The breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options. The lamb intestine soup was particularly good, and they have plenty of local specialties like donkey meat sandwiches. The restaurant is clean and the service is attentive. A hearty breakfast definitely sets a great start to your day, offering excellent value for money and a fantastic experience. When we arrived, our child was sleepy, but it wasn't check-in time yet. We spoke to the front desk, and they immediately arranged for a freshly cleaned room for us. Later, when our child wet the bed, they promptly changed the sheets. The service attitude was excellent!

This is a premium hotel in Shijiazhuang, located in Chang'an District, a strong economic area of the city. It really stands out near the Provincial Museum! The decor inside is luxurious and high-end, the service is excellent, and the underground parking is very convenient. It's truly a hotel with top-notch service! A special shout-out to the front desk, especially Manager Liu Zhanggen who was on duty in the lobby!

I had a truly wonderful stay at the InterContinental. The hotel offers a perfect blend of comfort, elegance, and thoughtful attention to detail. My room was beautifully maintained and created a calm, relaxing atmosphere throughout my trip. What made my experience exceptional was the outstanding service from Petrus. He was attentive, kind, and always ready to assist with anything I needed. His genuine care for guests and warm professionalism made me feel truly valued. Thanks to Petrus, my stay became even more memorable. I would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel.

This InterContinental hotel, located right next to Yuhua Wanda Plaza, was filled with a wonderful festive atmosphere. The room was spacious enough to move around freely, and the bathroom was clean with a great wet/dry separation. It offered excellent value for money. Our housekeeper, Lily, was incredibly attentive, checking in daily, responding to our needs promptly, and even leaving us small gifts 🎁. She also helped us with our luggage to the car when we checked out. A special thanks to Lily!

David is excellent. Thanks for his effort. It’s my first time to be Handan, my friend booked the hotel for me. Anyway, I got free upgrade when David helped me check in. The room had a nice city view. During my stay, He made me a travel plan, I gotta go having fun in the historic city. Wonderful trip.

The hotel chosen by the children for the competition has very enthusiastic service. Every waiter is very proactive in helping with luggage and solving problems. The hotel environment is also very good, clean and hygienic, and the sound insulation is also great.

Overall, the Shangri-La in Qinhuangdao is definitely worth a vacation! ⛱️ 1️⃣ The hotel management is very professional and the service level is high. Although there was a bit of a queue when checking in on the first day, someone immediately helped with our luggage as soon as we entered. The management even directed guests to the 23rd floor for check-in when they saw the long queues. 2️⃣ The cleanliness is impeccable. Before check-in, a manager even performs a hygiene inspection. The bedding and pillows are incredibly comfortable; I practically fell asleep the moment my head hit the pillow. 3️⃣ The five-star standard is truly impressive. There's a wide variety of breakfast options, and the desserts and dinner at the executive lounge are very thoughtfully prepared. Turndown service is also available. The swimming pool water is crystal clear and maintained at 28 degrees Celsius. We barely left the hotel during our entire holiday. 4️⃣ The hotel has a beautiful garden, and with just a card swipe, you're right on the beach where you can feed seagulls. 5️⃣ The soundproofing is excellent. We stayed in the room closest to the elevator and were initially worried about noise, but we couldn't hear a thing.

My initial room seemed to not be incorrect, they immediately upgraded my room. Then I lost my AirPods (for the second time when staying at this hotel) both times a lovey lady named Cathy made sure I got them back, even contacting the rail company and getting them from the train. Goods great, pool is awesome. Best place to stay when visiting Tangshan and price is great

The hotel's location is superb, making it incredibly convenient to reach all attractions. The staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming! Breakfast offered a rich variety and superb quality. Dinner at the hotel restaurant was also fantastic; the food was wonderfully cooked and delicious. Even as a Southerner, I found the flavors perfectly to my liking! The cleanliness was also impeccable. This hotel is undoubtedly the top choice when visiting Chengde, and its number one ranking is absolutely justified!

Staff is friendly and helpful. Dry Cleaning/laundry is the best I have experienced in my frequent travel. Breakfast is excellent with a good variety of dishes. Special recognition to Miss Yun. Excellent spoken English and communication. Extremely helpful.
