My experience: First, the hotel is in a good location, not far from Handan Museum and Melco City, more than 10 minutes by car; second, the hotel has complete hardware facilities, which are relatively new, clean and tidy; third, the hotel breakfast is rich in variety and tastes good, and coupons for Haagen-Dazs ice cream and Starbucks coffee are also given; fourth, the hotel staff, including the front desk, cleaning, and parking, are very polite and greeted with a smile. Worth recommending!

Traveling through Yongqing County, Yongqing should be the only five-star hotel, the service is very good! Because it is a car, the basement is free and very clean! The whole hotel is relatively large, the facilities are new, there is a chess and card room swimming pool gym on the ground, mainly, the downside is that there are too few gym facilities, and it takes another 38 yuan to swim in the store! Excellent hotel at a very convenient location. Very polite and friendly staff. Some areas for improvement 1. Shower hot and cold water mixer was not perfect, giving very hot water. 2. The WC area was very congested. 3. English communication was difficult with staff in the restaurant.

There is no price increase during the Qingming Festival. The room is large and the service is good. It is really very good. The location is very convenient for boating in Baiyangdian. The hotel has a swimming pool. There are not many hot spring pools, but the price is cheap and enough. The key is that there are not many people and parking is convenient. I gave my child breakfast, which was not bad.

I stayed at a nice local hotel conveniently located just a five-minute walk from Fulong Snow Park. While my room was slightly dirty, it wasn't enough for me to raise a complaint; it felt as though the cleaner might have been in a hurry. I attempted to order room service, but unfortunately, no one answered the phone. Breakfast offered a mix of Chinese and Western dishes, but I found it lacking compared to other hotel breakfasts I've experienced. One downside was that there was no way to book tickets for the snow park directly through the hotel. Perhaps there was a method, but it wasn't available in English. At Fulong Snow Park, I encountered difficulties as the English-speaking window had no staff who could assist in English. It was quite challenging to navigate everything. Fortunately, I managed to find an English-speaking ski instructor named Alex, who I highly recommend. Although this is unrelated to the hotel, I felt it was worth mentioning!

The location is great, the night view is incredibly beautiful. But the hotel has very little understanding of privacy of their guests. A hotel personal entered our room without an invite while I was dressing up, another hotel worker took our picture without asking, front desk manager keeps all foreigner passport pictures in her personal phone. Should not hotel provide working phone to its personnels if it’s required to keep personal information from guests on phones?k Also hotel price does not match the service they are providing. The hotel room surfaces was in dust, and they do not clean after each visitor, we found pair of shoes from previous visitors. the room did not provide any drinkable water.

Behind it is the Can Can Park and the Grand Canal Museum, both of which are worth checking in. The guest house covers a large area. It is located at the corner of an intersection. This location can be said to be well connected. It is about 2 to 4 kilometers away from Shuiyue Old Street, Minzu Road, and Nanchuan Building. This location is relatively quiet at night and there is no night market. If you like quietness, you must choose here. ”Hotel parking space” is sufficient, both above and below the ground. The hotel's architectural style is courtyard-style, the floors are not high, and there is a small bridge and water lawn area on the first floor. ”Service” Here I would like to specially praise the hotel staff, Mr. Guo Jiaqi 03-102, for his good service and responsiveness. He also answered some of my consultation questions about the surrounding tours in detail, and the answers were clear and concise. ”Guest room” The guest room is large, with regular hotel standards and good maintenance of facilities. It should be a hotel with top standards in Cangzhou at any time. I saw many people who came with children staying here. I will probably stay here again next time, but I have a few questions for the hotel, and I hope the hotel can pay attention to them. [Smoking🚬 problem] When I just arrived at the hotel, I found that someone was smoking in the lobby. It was obvious that the person was communicating with the staff, and the staff acted as if they didn't see it. Some guests who attended the wedding also smoked in the hotel lobby. There were many staff in the hotel lobby, and no one dissuaded them. I hope the hotel will strengthen training in this area. [Housekeeping department is short of staff] This problem is also very serious. It should be short of staff during holidays. I saw many people who checked in and encountered that the room was not cleaned up. At 5 pm that day, I saw the housekeeping department cleaning the room, and the request to send items to the room that I reported to the front desk was not delivered. In addition, the water in the bathroom of some rooms is not smooth. I didn't experience the hotel meals because I had to eat lamb intestine soup, so I didn't have the opportunity to experience it. I hope I have the opportunity to try it next time. Finally, I want to say that Qingxian's unique hot pot chicken YYDS! ~ There are many hot pot chickens, just choose the flavor! ~ You like it

This is the only five-star hotel in Xingtai. The facilities in the house are traditional in style, but the various facilities, toiletries and slippers meet the five-star standards without any ambiguity. I stopped by Xingtai for one night on my way back to Beijing. The experience was very good, especially the buffet breakfast provided by the hotel, which was rich in variety and cost-effective. The hotel has a basement and ground parking lot, with charging piles, and is tram-friendly. The front desk manager Wang Chengyu is enthusiastic and professional, and has maintained the image of the hotel very well.

I asked the staff again if it was still raining outside? The staff said, ”It's still raining, do you have an umbrella?” I said I didn't, and he immediately stood up and said, ”I'll lend it to you.” In fact, I just asked and didn't want to go out, but the staff's reply was too warm. This time we had a seafood buffet, which was really delicious. We went a little late, and when paying, the girl specifically reminded me, ”Do you want to take a look at the food first?” This detail shows that Fishing Island really satisfies everyone. There is also a young man named Yang Qi, who took us to check in, helped with the luggage, and took us to the room. When I was taking a nap, I found that I left the thermometer outside, so I asked him to help check if it was still there. He found it for me and sent it to the hotel. It was really warm and thoughtful. This trip to Fishing Island was very, very satisfying. There was not only the warmth and relaxation of home, but also beautiful scenery and delicious food to enjoy! Give it 100 points, and I have planned with my friends to go to Fishing Island again in June!
