Hei.
Breakfast is very good The bed is very large So we don't have an extra bed, it is suitable for children to travel. The hotel is very close to the small town center, there is free parking, but parking outside is also free, very convenient. Breakfast is very good, there is a feeling of South Germany, I like it very much. Although there are not many breakfast items, but each has, and there is a super high-end blood sausage! Very good, like
I didn't arrive in Halle until late in the evening. There is a tram that runs every 20 minutes from the main station to the hotel. The hotel itself is a bit outside the city center, but the location is OK - and the hotel even offers a free public transport ticket.
Due to a technical defect, I couldn't stay in the hotel itself, so I could only rate my general impression of the lobby in terms of cleanliness and facilities. The service was absolutely outstanding - very friendly and helpful. In my case, an alternative hotel had already been booked, I was told how to get there and the staff were very friendly and courteous.
This was our second time at the BB in Dessau, a great location, right in the city. Restaurants and shopping centers within walking distance. Breakfast was adequate. Great value for money. One small drawback: the reception is closed from 1pm to 5pm and you can check in online. All you need is your name and a booking number. This doesn't work if you booked through a portal. Luckily for us, someone from the staff was kind enough to help.
There is free parking, the hotel is really located in the suburbs, there is nothing outside the hotel, suitable for self-driving, driving to the city center for more than ten minutes, there is a restaurant next to the hotel, the facilities are more old-fashioned, but the living is very comfortable!

Perfect for a one night stop when travelling by rail. We were able to leave our bags at reception in the morning as we arrived early which was great. The room was fine with a bathroom bigger than the bedroom ! Plenty of choice at breakfast. Helpful staff when we checked in and out.
The sauna costs €6.50 because of the increased energy costs. It would be OK if it was included in the booking and the infrared cabin worked.
The breakfast food is nothing special.
Well, I got a roll that was from the day before.
The breakfast service is friendly, but they wander around aimlessly. They walk past tables that need clearing, preferring to clean tables or set them instead of refilling food and drinks. You stood in front of a half-empty buffet, even water bottles were not replaced.
The room was simply furnished and the bed was comfortable.
If you wanted a made bed and the trash can emptied, you had to hand in a card at reception.
Only then did you get room service.
The room itself was clean, but the cleaning lady apparently didn't know the corners of the ceiling and floor because there were cobwebs there. After I asked them to remove them, they got rid of them.

GGuest UserVery comfortable and clean. Good location below the castle with access to a footpath going up to the castle. 10 minute walk to centre. Lovely garden. Helpful staff. Plenty of parking. Only negative was the house next door which is being renovated. Lots of early noise but this will pass.
GGuest UserStayed four nights October, Hannes who worked in bar was by far the best member of staff so a big thank you to him for his fantastic service and advise he made our trip so much easier, as for hotel, bathrooms could do with a refurb and beds no so comfortable, food was excellent.
GGuest UserI was staying in the hotel for one night and it feels good as the room is clean and staff are friendly. The breakfast is a good start for a visit to the Castle Church. I would recommend to others to stay there.
Thank you.
AAnonymous UserWe slept here one night to meet the family at the Christmas market. The location is ideal for that. I had some concerns about the location so close to Riebeckplatz, and I also have to say that I could still hear some traffic despite the window being closed. Not a problem for city dwellers, but perhaps for rural residents. The air conditioning was also quite loud. We had to turn it on at night because the room got warm. Unfortunately we had to reconfigure it again at night because it wasn't running in the correct mode.
Otherwise we didn't miss anything. The room size was good. There were even games in the room. We then used the bar late in the evening and were able to end the day comfortably.
AAnonymous UserThe biggest advantage is that the hotel bathroom window opens wide. It is not far from tourist attractions such as the Wittenberg Castle Church, and is an overall decent hotel. When using the parking lot, it is very inconvenient to push and pull the heavy, sooty iron bar and lock it.

HHUILINThe bathroom is very small, especially the shower area, which is surrounded by plastic sheets and is relatively small. The hotel is on the fourth floor and the reception desk is also on the fourth floor. There is no kettle, there is a free bottle of water.
