5-Star Hotels in Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria

The accommodation was very neat with many facilities. The location is very good next to a ski lift. It has parking. Very helpful staff! They upgraded me to a mountain view room. The room had an espresso machine, kettle, water and ingredients for tea and coffee. The mattress is perfect! Clean and quiet! The hotel has a luxurious Spa! The breakfast was excellent! While on booking I immediately paid the value of the room with credit card, the clerk at the reception it didn't look in their system my payment and asked me to re-pay the value of the overnight stay. I told her that I had already paid the value of the room reservation. The next day at check out they asked me to pay for the night again. I showed the proof of payment that Trip.com had sent me then the employee stated that he would have to confirm it manager...after waiting a few more minutes they acknowledged my payment. Unfortunately the delay and lack of information the payment was unreasonable for a 5 star hotel.

The location was good, the transportation was good, the hotel was also nice.

Service is good, the room is old, the best hotel in the local area, there is an Italian restaurant is not bad, playing is very convenient, you can park at the door, breakfast is good, convenient to the court

Excellent hotel with very clean rooms and facilities. Only negative that i would suggest staff is during dinners to refill items when they go out specifically ice cream as they failed to do so
