The hotel is very conveniently located, just a 5-minute walk from North Station. The entire hotel is beautifully designed and colorful. The room had a large, comfortable bed, and the bathroom was very clean. There's a rooftop bar on the top floor with a great view.

The hotel is in an excellent location, close to the train station. The rooms are well-equipped and reasonably laid out. The bathroom has floor heating, which is very comfortable. The only drawback is that the room I stayed in didn't have a shower room, so I could only stand in the bathtub to take a shower. It would be even better if the bedding was better. I was very satisfied with everything else and would recommend staying here.

Really nice Hotel with very professional staff. The only staff which did from my point of view not fulfill the 5 star requirements were the people standing in the lobby to carry your luggage. When we walked past and saying something like good morning or good evening we barely got a reply.
We particularly enjoyed the outstanding breakfast which was the best we had since covid.

Upon arrival I was pleasantly surprised that there is good provision for electric vehicles.
The staff is very important and helpful.
Nothing is too much and every question was answered promptly.
Only the mattress is on the hard side, but that is personal.

Stayed for three nights and had a lovely stay, only problem was the lifts weren't working the morning I was due to check out anyway, but besides that this hotel is a hidden gem in the city centre in Place des Martyrs. Rogier station is just a few minutes walk through the shopping centre, for airport bus, train and metro connections. I specifically chose Juliana as this hotel has a swimming pool and wellness facilities, with a mini gym and not many hotels in Brussels have pools. The room I requested was a quiet room on high floor away from lifts, room 306. Very comfortable, but be aware that the large top window brings in a lot of light, you need to ask to get it closed away or it will be very light. It's wonderful to provide Milton Brown toiletries and I enjoyed the Nespresso style coffee and teas provided. Housekeeping were helpful, I lost an earring in the bathroom basin and one of the ladies help recover it, so merci to her for her assistance. Pool, sauna and steam room are great, but be aware that there is no changing area, so go directly down to basement ready changed and wear slippers provided in the bathroom drawers. Staff were very helpful and friendly, I would definitely stay here again if I return to Brussels.

Everyone at the hotel was very welcoming! There were basically three or four people attending to each of you! I would definitely choose this hotel again next time!

Located in the city center, the location is excellent, 5-6 minutes walk to the palace. The interior decoration is exquisite, and there are many Chinese elements. The service is particularly good. The line suddenly short-circuited in the early morning, and the repair was very fast. I personally think that the breakfast variety is not large, but the ingredients are fresh, and you can make waffles by yourself.

Room was clean but some of the bathroom amenities was a bit old and needed repair. Walls are thin, could hear my neighbour walking around. Convenient location to the metro. 20min walk to the Grand Place.

The location is very good, there is the Wolf Food Market right opposite, and it takes only 8 minutes to walk to the Grand Place in Brussels. You will also pass the Saint-Hubert Arcade in the middle. It is also close to the food street of the Pee Girl, which is very lively at night.
The room is clean, the bedding is comfortable, and there is enough space for an extra bed.
The hotel's inner courtyard has a patio and is very comfortable.
It’s a very nice hotel. Close to restaurants and about 10 minute walk to the nearest MRT. The staff are very nice and friendly. Good service! 👏They assisted us well during our stay. The room is big enough and so neat. The breakfast buffet is excellent. Would recommend this place.

GGuest UserBecause of the hotel's name, I had initially expected a grander entrance. I was a bit disappointed upon arrival; the revolving door was quite small, and the hotel felt a little dated. The front desk staff were rather reserved. After getting my key card, I found the Junior Suite to be exactly as described in Ctrip reviews. For a European hotel, the room was very spacious, with a small living area on the left and a 200cm king-size bed on the right. The room was clean and tidy, and the mattress was comfortably soft. The view from the window was unremarkable. Several Brussels attractions are within walking distance, but the immediate surroundings were quite ordinary. For breakfast, I particularly enjoyed the fruit section. The peaches with lemon juice and mint leaves, blueberries, and raspberries were all exceptionally delicious. The concierge area started to get busy as I was checking out – perhaps Brussels is just a slow starter. My favorite part was the large king-size bed, big enough for our family of three to snuggle together.
